I finally found a place where I can take a flat tire and have an honest opinion: if it’s possible to fox your tire, they will fix it instead of up selling you to a new set like Canadian Tire and other big places do. Absolutely loved it! Got there early morning, lady at front (I believe her name is Jackie) was very nice and friendly, then a guy came, drove mu car to the back and service was done in less than 20min. Amazing! No wonder why these guys are 5 stars! Absolutely loved it and will tell my friends and family about them :)

A very honest and professional shop. Decided to go there after hitting the curb with one of the tires and the steering wheel would shake at high speed. I originally took the car to Kaltires to see if a wheel alignment would fix the issue, $140 later, it did not help at all. So I decided to take it to this shop after seeing the good reviews, the staff was very knowledgeable and honest up front, didn’t try to sell me things I didnt needed. In the end, it costed me less than 90 dollars and now the issue has been resolved!! 100% would recommend!

I just brought them my truck that had lugnuts that the previous owner had over tightened so much and over the years had rusted tight. another tire shop gave up on it so i went to Sons because they are the only commercial tire place in the area and they would have the heavy duty tools to deal with it. they fought with it for an hour and did not charge me extra . thanks guys good job i'll be a returning customer

Lazy and unknowledgeable. Bought a set of Pirelli's from a different Tirecraft and had one of the tires blow out while my father was driving on the highway. Called the original Tirecraft where I purchased them in Calgary, and was told to take the tire in for inspection to find the cause of the flat since Pirelli warranties their tires and that any registered Pirelli dealer can handle the issue so it shouldn't be a problem. My father brought in the flat tire to these guys and they tell him that Pirelli tires aren't covered by warranty. Tires were less than 2 months old, under 2,000 km driven. Quick google search brings up their Consumer warranty brochure for passenger tires. It's one thing to not want to take on the job but it's another to lie or be completely uneducated on the topic. If you don't want to help a customer out who purchased them at a different branch then just say so. Ended up taking the tire to a local Kal-Tire in New Westminster and they inspected the tire, wrote a report, and are helping me file the warranty claim with Pirelli. Thanks for nothing!

Had a small metal peice sticking out of one of my tires. Called them to give them the details. They said to come in at any time and they will look at the damage. Went in and gave them my keys and about a half an hour later I was on my way. Great service all around.

Son helped me out with a tire rebalance after another Tirecraft did a poor job (did not remove mud from inside the rims). However the tires were still vibrating after. I went back and they would not redo it as it was over a year. My bad. But they would not take my word for it nor consider the low mileage. I went to a nearby shop and had the tires rebalanced, and was informed every tire was out by 1/2 to 1 oz. As a result I cannot recommend Son Tirecraft.

Patched tires several times. Excellent and quick service, got a tire fixed in 20 mins. Actually uses a torque wrench compared to some other shops.
