These individuals are not reliable. I went to them at the company, I talked to them face to face, and I made an appointment to change 2 tires. They gave me the price and told me they had the tires in storage. They told me not to have any problems. The next day I drove to them and I had a surprise. They asked me what price they told me yesterday, then they tried to change the price, obviously up. Then another surprise. They didn't have the tires in stock. Then they wanted to sell me another dimension, they tried to explain to me that these dimensions are the same, etc. Very, very annoying!

I was looking for a pair of used snow tires and this place had some. He had the size I was looking for and his prices included mounting balancing and installation. And if I might ad it was a fair price and thanks for the very friendly service and explaining how to understand the tread wear on a tire. I'll be coming back again when I need tires. For any of my vehicle's.

They're really nice people... But they've gotten SO expensive!!!!! Changed over my winter tires (already on rims!) and paid $60 cash for a 30 min swap..with no re-torque. Last year it was less than half that. Even Kal Tire isn't that expensive and they give you new bags and re-torque your wheels after 100kms!! Personally, I feel a bit ripped off this year, but I've otherwise always had a good experience there.

Stay away from this shop at all costs. They quote you one price and charge you another, and if you give them a deposit get a receipt because they deny taking a deposit from you.

Got a tire pressure sensor replaced. The shop had a problem with their supplier so I had to drive there a couple of extra times to get it done. They were very professional about the installation and dropped the price by $20 because of the inconvenience of having to go there a couple of times to get it done.

Went here to price new tires, got a great deal on a set of 4 265/75 R16 A/T Mud & Snow for $700, mount, balance and Taxes included. Owner Cyrus awesome, mechanic who assisted him took care to do it right. All in all, took 45 mimutes and I drove off with a nice set of new tires with a 60,000 KM warrenty.

I was having an issue with the engine and airbag error lights in my car - and while I typically manage my own repairs, I didn't want to deal with it this time. I took it to the Greater Vancouver Tire Shop and the Mechanic of GV Tires diagnosed the problems, He gives me the list of all the parts, and the estimate of instillation time. Not only that, but he estimated the price before he started the repairing, and then charged me the same exact price When it's finished. Car runs excellent now so I am very happy with their service. Honest and hard working mechanic. Awesome!

I have always come to this place because they had great prices on tires, but last Monday April 12 I got off from work around 3:30 and I rushed home then to the shop to get my winters tires swapped with my regular tires. I arrived there at 5:00pm (as their store hours say 6:00pm). As soon as I got there the older man (which I believe is the owner) started to nag at me and lecture me about why I arrived at that time. I explained that I needed my tires swapped and that I knew they close at 6:00pm. The man was VERY RUDE to me. Then he charged me $100 for the swapped. I called Canadian Tire and asked for the same vehicle, wheel size and rims and they charged a total of $60. They ripped me off and treated me badly. The customer service is the worst as he is very rude, difficult to talk to and unfriendly.

Avoid this place at all costs no matter how convenient you are to this place . Came here for a tire balance because it was vibrating on the hwy. I called on the phone and the guy quoted it is $10 /tire rebalance over the phone. Then after the service I was charged $20/tire. And the guy said his boss said it's always $20. Ok fine paid and left. But the story doesn't end here the vibrating issue wasn't sorted out in fact it got worse, so I took it back to expect them to rebalance and correct the problem then they said it's mechanical problem with shocks and suspension problems and quoted me more than $2000 to fix all 4 shocks. I feel very skeptical and I just left to get another second opinion and the other tire shop rebalanced my wheels tires again and said the previous shop completely messed up the balance. Now the car drives fine no vibration or anything like that!! So basically I just got scammed $80 by this place and they made it worse!! Moral of this story do not go here no matter how cheap their Chinese made tires are!!

Please please please do not go here. Had a terrible experience. The low-down: Service took almost 20 minutes not 10 minutes as advertised. Technician is rude and condescending. Yelled at me to park properly to the hydraulic lifts without giving proper instructions. Non-verbal language terrible. No smile no warmth in voice. Poor customer service. Dirty office for waiting room. He did not direct me to the waiting room, just yelled at me that it's dangerous to sit in the car but not asking politely to go sit somewhere else. Was interested by it being a new local and independent business close,to home, and the price. $35 was the advertised price but I was surprised as it did not include the filter (which I was not asked at first if I wanted replaced) so it came to $50! He also left dirty, muddy scuff marks on my glove compartment where they changed my filter. Yuck!

I would highly discourage you to use this place unless it in an emergency! I live just around the corner from this place so I thought it would be really great and convenient if I ever needed help with my tires or any mechanical issues. The place has a mechanic on site to help with mechanic issues as well. Last year I brought my car in due to emergency when my car wouldn't start and power steering warning light came on. The mechanic said they needed to replace the alternator and it would be close to 1000$!!! I wanted a second opinion and took me car to the Toyota dealership in New West and their mechanic said the battery had too low charge on it and I should change the battery. I got a new batter for less than 200$ and my car has driven fine ever since! Be careful - it seems like this place try to scam you and will just take your money! Fast forward to today. I saw winter weather is coming next week and just wanted a fast help with changing my winter tires. I called in and the gentleman on the phone said it would be $75 including balancing. When I came to pick us my car they charged me $100!!! He told me the had never told anyone it was $75 and I had to pay if I wanted my car back. I will never go back to this place again. Not ever to get my tires changed!! Very dishonest people who will trick you for extra dollar the can!!
