If I could give a worse review I would. I bought some tires and I received an email a few days later saying that I should start booking an appointment because my tires were at the store. Because it was busy I planned to go and do a walk in to one of their stores. When I went to the store they told me that they didn't have my tires and that the email they had sent me didn't mean the tires were there. After emailing with the customer service for 2 weeks in which they were plain rude, they finally called the store only to tell me my tires had been there from the day I went. I would never recommend the hassle of dealing with them to anyone.

Good prices and incredibly large selection! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional and don't try to sell you any particular product because it happens to be in stock. In fact, they don't really stock most products and you will need to wait for them to be shipped in so give yourself some lead time and make an appointment and you won't be disappointed! One caveat is that they are not franchised dealers for many of the lines they carry because their prices are lower than those companies want their dealers to maintain so 'factory special offers' and 'manufacturers' warranties' are sometimes not valid however Volco often provides an even better warranty than the manufacturer does. This can be a disadvantage if you have a tire problem when you are travelling and not close to a Volco/1010tire shop so it's something to consider.

1010 tires in Vancouver are THE TIRE EXPERTS! RICKY was the team member who took care of us. He is professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of everyone's time. He knows his products well and he will give you options to explore. He will educate you on the pros and cons of your choices but will make sure that your choice will suit your driving habit so as to prolong the life of the tire. I was referred to this particular store by one of their regular customers and I came all the way from South Surrey for the experience and really pleased with the service. Poor customer service. Everybody playing around with cell phones not paying attention that a customer has walked in, standing there for 10 mins without any greeting or acknowledgment. They asked for my phone number and said they will call me when I can pick up my tire. It's been 3 days and still no phone call. I've called many times to their office, left messages, no response for 3 days. Go to a different tire shop if you can, 10 10 Tires is a waste of time and money, you can get much better service anywhere else. I won't be coming back. Finally went back to pick up the tire... I asked them to patch it from the inside, they did not patch the tire, they put a cheap plug in. Never coming back.

Their after-sale services are very awful. I was bought set of wheels but crack one of them without 6 months . No warranty and need to contact directly with manufacturer by myself. And finally don't get any compensation but have to pay a new one.

Placed an order on 11/27 for 4 snow tires, 1010 Tires failed to mention that they were unable to get the tires through customs. While out of town the tires were shipped back to their warehouse where they refunded the price of the tires and not the shipping. After several calls I was finally able to get refunded the shipping cost of $130, on 1/15/2019. I would ride on the wheels of my car before I would buy tires from this unprofessional organization.

Honest company. Honest staff. Clear explanations. Good prices. Great service. Would visit again if I have to. Dropped in to see if they had time to fix a tire puncture on a Saturday. They made sure to know what tire I had with my Honda Fit (they don't fix punctures on run flat tires) before scheduling a check and fix within 30 minutes. I had a chance to overhear some transactions while I was waiting. The staff seemed willing to spend enough time to help customers make informed decisions about their wheels and tires, as well as their 4 year warranty for tire installation (probably just the new ones, but I could be wrong). They also showed patience and service while explaining a price discrepancy. In the end, the service finished on schedule. I had one clear puncture and suspected another one, but they found only one, and changed me for just one at $30 plus taxes.

This is a place you can trust. They will not pull a fast one on you. True Story -Stopped at a near by tire shop to get a flat fixed. They told me the tire is too old to fix ..would need a set of tires and a wheel alignment. Went to 1010 he said no problem $30. To fix the flat. I said sure go for it 15 minutes later he tells me just a broken valve NO CHARGE - Also the tire had lots of life left Honest People

Randy helped with install staggered tires on my rims. Had no issues with installation and customer service. Only issue was with the masks. Was repeatedly asked to wear one even when sitting down and eating. Then was asked to hold it in my hand. You guys need to chill out on the masks as I explained my situation a couple times already. Otherwise, service was totally fine. Thanks Randy and technicians. Would recommend getting tire service here.

Great price, outstanding advice and service! Despite the fact that I have a lift and thousands of trucks run oversized tires with no issues, and even after having a guy in the shop assure me that they would install them, Costco informed me that they'll only install within 3% of stock size- the ones they had no problem selling me were 7% larger. After I was told I could pick them up but Costco wouldn't touch them, I emailed back and asked for a refund. Radio silence until I called the corporate office. All this after waiting 2 weeks for the tires to come in. After cancelling the order, I called 1010 on Marine on a Friday and had my new BFGs installed Saturday morning- for $100 less than Costco. The guys even torqued my wheel spacers and trimmed a little off my inner fender as there was a tiny bit of rubbing. The tires are perfectly balanced- these guys only do one thing and do it well. 100% recommend.

I forgot to bring my wheel key on my 1st visit and they were very helpful to put me in 2 days later. They finished installing the winter tires in 30mins, very efficient. Went all the way there from Surrey just because it was a referral. But word of mouth is the best and I did not regret it driving down there. Good product and service! After searching online and reading the reviews, I decided on Perelli P4 All Season tires for my sedan as they have a long tread life, good traction, and decent temperature resistance (UTQG rating 760 A B). I've had them for a week now and they are way better than the BF Goodrich tires from the factory. Now when I corner in an underground parking lot my tires don't squeal as if I'm in a drifting race. Being a Perelli dealer, they had the best prices in town ($99 each). Service was first come, first serve. I arrived just before lunch time, dropped off my car, and went for lunch. They estimated 30 minutes to put four new tires, change the valves, valve stems, and balance the wheels. When I got back my car was waiting for me out front as promised. Fast friendly service and good prices! I would recommend Volco to anyone looking for Perelli tires.

BEWARE! OLD TIRES! I just purchased 4 new tires online and picked them at the local 1010tires store on Aug 20. One of them was made 2 years ago, and one was made 18 months ago. Maybe, I'm still a lucky man because the customer service told me: 'Some tires we sell are 5-7 years old and it's considered "fresh"' (exactly the words from email). If you want to buy it from here, then good luck :)

My Mum went in to get some Toyo's - 1010 tires, previously Volco on Marine was definitely the best price - literally $100 less than other shops even with the 'friend' discount. Randy was both courteous and efficient. I spoke with the owner and he arranged for her to get in early - an unexpected help. Good service, excellent price - recommended.

Use KX WHEELS. These guys just don't care about you. I lost $200 to these guys as a "restocking fee". After finding out that the wheels I ordered were different than what I wanted, I cancelled the order BEFORE it even shipped. They charged me rather than trying to help. Customer satisfaction doesn't matter to them. Don't use these guys.

Took my tires off to replace and realized what I ordered didn't come in (waste an hour waiting), came back days later and installed tires but broke my wheel locks and didn't compensate me. I specifically told them to hand torque the nuts (at first visit, which they didn't and had to use brute force to remove, damaging my wheel locks). I'd avoid this place...disorganized and unprofessional.

ATTENTION CUSTOM CAR OWNERS: DO NOT USE 1010Tires Marine/Fraser! Very disappointing and expensive experience! (Lesson) $6070.00 I ordered custom rims and tires from 1010Tires at Marine and Fraser in Vancouver. I was told that the rims would take about 3 months to arrive. It took almost 6 month's! The rear rim's measurement, center to outside edge of rim 5.5" and the center to inside of rim 4" equalling 9.5" rim. I even drew a picture for Dan @ 1010Tires explaining the exact measurements, as I was told no refund on specialty orders and could not afford to have this EXPENSIVE screw up. How Dan & Ricky from 1010Tires wrote details out on their paperwork is in metric and terminaloligy suitable for them only. The rims are sold 18 inch by 9.5 inches. Not Metric! As a buyer you will not know if your order is correct untill it arrives and remember you own it because it's a specialty order. At the time I deposited on my order, I explained I did not understand their wording, didn't feel comfortable and I even mentioned to Dan that maybe I should hold off ordering, but was assured by Dan that he had the order correct. The order arrived with the offset/back space measurements backwards on the 2 new rear rims. If I use these 2 rims there will now be 3 inches of space from the outside fender to edge of tire. Because of this, the new specialty rims ($2380 + taxes) are now no good to me. I paid in full $6070 for the screwed up order to 1010Tires. I could have purchased non-custom local rim's that would have fit better for under a 3rd the price! All 1010 Tires fault. No refund was given or offered. Go somewhere else for specialty orders and consider yourself warned for free!

Purchased a set of Pirelli Scorpion Verde Plus here a number of months ago. Service was excellent and prompt. Price was fantastic and easily came in 1000$ less than the same tires at the Mercedes Benz Dealer. Stopped by this morning to have a free tire rotation. Car was brought into the shop as soon as I handed the keys over. This place is more than 5 stars

Five star service all the way! I took my daughter's car to a place down the street (Kal Tire) at 8:00 a.m., and left the vehicle to have a slow leak repaired. I called back 2 1/2 hours later to get a status update and the guy tells me I'll have to leave it all day because I didn't have an appointment. I didn't have all day to wait, and so I called 1010 Tires and they said, "no problem, we can have it in within 30 minutes, and you can pick the car up in an hour" So, I picked up my car from Kal and brought it over to 1010 Tires. Randy at the counter was a real pleasure to deal with, and the customer service experience was all-around outstanding! Sure enough, the car tire repair was completed, and the vehicle was ready to go within 45 minutes. There is no question where I'll be going to buy my next set of tires. Great job, 1010 Tires!
