Horrible service. 1. took 2 hours to change the tires couldn’t find one of the tires so they had to go to a different location and grab one. 2. The owner is very rude and swears at you alot, very unprofessional 3. He Kept my all season tires and he said he couldn’t give them back because he threw them out with out my husbands permission, 4 gave my husband a tire that is very warn out with a line sprayed painted yellow. 5. The car is making a weird noise in the front, since they changed the tires and it shakes alot when going on the highway. 6. I asked them to put a new bolt on each tire and they forgot to do that. Not a place for family and not very welcoming As a woman I did not feel confortable being there. Wouldn’t go back, please don’t go.

Be careful when getting a quote. Get it in writing. I wanted a set of used tires. They said they had a set for $300 and they could give them to me for $280. After it was all installed they said $380. Yes, but when your people called me back and said you could give it to me for $280 i was told the tires had 95% tread, so perhaps you and your people need to have better communication amongst yourselves

Worst service ever There is no communication between employees. One gave you to come the same day when you load your tires and go there other say next week. Its just waste of time to be there. Never recommend anyone to go there.

spent 340 for for tires with same tread as old tires had to go back twice in first hour tires going flat third time was told to come back in morning by owner he would take care of him self woke up to totally flat tire filled and went to shop were owner says you must of hit curb funny first time it went flat was in the their driveway will never use this shop or refer anyone

Manager/owner was rude.lost my hub caps worth $75 each never replaced them nore did he apologize. Tires were cracked and constantly leaked .I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

i got 2 used tires that were different tony said he would get me another match i said ok i called and asked about the tires got yelled at by an employee on the phone had to go buy 2 new tires and get the front end of my car fixed cost over 600 because the tires they put on were different sizes and my front end was shaking really really bad so if i was you i would not go to get tires there they take your money and lie to you so beware just trying to help the community .

I hit a pothole on route to work a few weeks ago. By first break my tire was flat. Used the spare to get home. Next day called the shop and took my car in right away. Broke the sensor from the valve stem. They fixed it and I was on my way shortly after. The price was more than fair and I am a very satisfied customer.

Just needed a set of tires, 3 days later I got an appointment and had the owner tell me which tire size to run despite my constant request as I know what my car needs. Long story short, waited an hour, nothing. Ended up going to Cambridge and bought a new set of the same size I needed within 30 minutes (Ordering new here would take 2 days they said and the tires were not the models I wanted). Owner is very unprofessional. Only reason I wanted to go here is how close it is.
