These guys are awesome... From Michigan... we had a blowout without a comparable spare. .. had no idea how we were going to travel 200+ miles/km to get home... these guys worked to get us on the road despite the unique tire size not being in inventory... suffice it to say... we made it home! all thanks to the guys at TiresNow... I went in to repair a pin size hole in my rear tire and decided i should get new winter tires installed too since its winter now. I was so happy they were able to do it right then on Saturday afternoon because I'm very busy during the week. I also got a pretty good deal on everything. Great service, thank you!

Very bad experience on what should of been a simple tire rotation. The person rotating my wheels chose to use an impact gun to remove my locking wheel studs. You CAN'T do this as it breaks the key - as it did with mine. They got 3 wheels off but couldn't get the 4th off so they put the wheels back on and said "Sorry". When I asked about the nuts, they said they frequently have them break, well STOP using the impact gun on them and the problem will go away. Now I have to have someone weld a nut onto the remaining nut and remove it that way, then I need to buy new locknuts. No idea what that will cost ME for someone elses error. They claim the nuts were seized - not so, I have my tires rotated frequently by peopel who know what they are doing, only chose to have them done here as I was having an oil change (Which they always do very well). "IF" you have locking wheel nuts I strongly suggest you go to a real tire shop like Brant Tire or Cainsville tire.
