I came in with slightly difficult tires to find as I wished used tires for an older model car. They had them in stock and great quality ones as well. The service was friendly, courteous, and explanatory in all respects and they even checked a brake light I had on for me without charging. (And fixed the minor problem causing it) I'll go back and definitely recommend anyone to try them. ????????

Friendly service. Clean. Fast service. Just recycle your own tires free at any tire recycling bin that takes them. As Tirecraft charges a eco recycling fee for your old tires. Mechanic also went the extra mile.

I went to tire craft today prepared to buy 2 new tires because one of them was flat and I noticed a gash in the wall of my tire. The young man working on it came to tell me the gash was not an issue and it was just a defective valve. This man saved me $310

Owner is a stand up guy and did me a solid. Picked up a screw in my wife's winter tire and couldn't find any place to fix it because everywhere was booked solid. Went by Tirecraft and they were closing up...the owner looked after the tire for me! Thanks a million. A+++ highly recommend.

Recently got an oil change, which took 1.5 hours, too long for an oil change. Checked the filter, it wasn't changed. The customer service wasn't great. Ken, the service advisor, wasn't keen on providing any type of service other than 4 quotes for tires that weren't of any interest to me. The complimentary check list that they advertised wasn't provided, not happy with the overall quality of the work. Avoid at all costs.

Price and installation went fine. If you require service after the sale you are on your own. Had a tire warranty issue, they were completely unhelpful (is that a word ?). They said all the right things before the sale and after offered zero help with tire warranty issue. Made 7 phone calls to them over 3 months never once did they return a call or offer any assistance. Promised to call, took my name/number and did exactly nothing. They like the sale, not the service you are on your own.

Dear Jeff, my review is not based on services rendered at your location, It's solely based on Tirecraft's inconsiderate staff to their neighbours parking and blocking sidewalks. During my regular walking routine with my physically challenged Mom, I was extremely disappointed, saddened and concerned to have my mom unsafely go off her way into the street around the blocked sidewalk to continue with her exercise. This was not an off the record parking but in fact an ongoing behaviour that I nor anyone else should even complain about. This neighbourhood is also full with kids, and I find it very indulgently ignorant to think it's okay for Tirecraft staff to block sidewalks and allow kids to unsafely ride on the roads to accommodate an unschooled parking behaviour. Your locally operated business and services should strive not only at your shop level, but rather everywhere specially if you carry your business logo on your trucks. Only reason I took pics and video was to take my concern to the city hopefully educate and, maybe enforce if need to, more safety standards in our small community. It was my go to place for tires, service as well as tire rotation and winter tire changes and car service. Having said that I find that recently they have started adding a 10% surcharge to your bill to pay for their new equipment. If you don't look you will not see it and they do not advise before hand. A cash grab which will make me reconsider my continued patronage of Tirecraft. That is why I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2. I don't condone this behaviour.

Stopped by the Tirecraft shop on West St. In Brantford for the first and last time! I was greeted by a miserable counter person who gave me some long winded story about it taking 2 1/2 hours to do a front alignment on my recently lifted truck which I thought was ridiculous! Left the shop and drove to the OK Tire in St George where the counter person came out looked at my lift kit, said it was done correctly and they could do the alignment in an hour! If your shop does not want to do alignments on lifted trucks then tell the customer instead of giving them some ridiculous time line so they go somewhere else! TO ALL PEOPLE WITH LIFTED TRUCKS DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES AT TIRECRAFT BRANTFORD AS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE ALIGNMENT ON YOUR EXPENSIVE TIRES!

I have to say I find the managers response to customers that are unhappy with the service they received very poor at best. I dont understand why you would tell a customer to call you to discuss. Why wouldn't you call them if you have their number and from what see on here you should have some of these numbers because some of these customers you lost due to poor service were previous customers. You have or had a chance to make things right but you did not. I now know why the poor service has come down to the employees. It comes from the top . I did have a poor experience as well at your business 2 months ago . I know why these people are more then upset.

Jeff Wright and his kind friendly staff are amazing. I brought my dodge Durango in for oil change and service. I had to end up with front brakes and Jeff was very kind helped with a Great set reasonable prices. And even has a great deal on new winter tires ready for this coming season. It is worth the drive to see the kind folks at Brant tirecraft rather then the other guys. Never do I have long waits or ignorant staggered. Nor do I have to worry about dirty shops. The shop and waiting area are clean.

Went to them to get a 4 wheel alignment due to all 4 tires wearing on the inner edge and both times they could not fix the issue. I asked if their wheel alignment rack was properly calibrated and they said yes. very disappointed and they wanted to charge me again to do alignment within a span of a week. would not do business here again.

Went in to discuss buying new tires and removing my winter snows. 2 people at the counter, lady was on the phone and the gentlemen I was talking to said he couldn't get me in until wed or later. I thought If i am spending over 1400 on tires i should be able to be fit in within 24 hrs . They did have service bays empty I really dont think the guy knows what hes talking about . I left and went to a place on lynden rd and they got me in this afternoon and I spent my 1400 there. Poor customer service at tire craft. My friends warned me .

She know all the tires and what can be interchanged to give you the best options. Ever since they've changed the ownership, the prices for putting your winter tires has gone up. They now charge $125 for putting on winter tires. My father found someone down the road doing the same work for $70. They even put one of my low-tread tires on the front (for a FWD) which is ridiculous. Total rip-off, take your money elsewhere.
