First and foremost, I have to say this because I want to. Mike Bowers and especially Rob, the tire specialist are the most amazing tire specialists in Brantford hands down or more precisely, possibly in all of Ontario. I don’t know another business that would fit in a new customer HOURS before Christmas Day without an appointment. That’s the first thing. The second thing is how professional and courteous Premier Wheels Direct was towards a new customer. Their customer service is excellent, beyond 5 stars. Mike Bowers and Rob, I did not get Rob’s last name, was gracious enough to replace the rear tire for me as I had a bolt stuck in the rear tire and needed to be replaced asap. The third thing is that Mike Bowers even extended the time of business hours to finish the job of 4 brand new tires and without extra payment. I could keep listing off of how fortunate Brantford is to have a professional business that is ready and willing to put forth quality work.
