My husband and I arrived at Genuine Tire in a panic yesterday as we were going on a day trip in Cambridge area . We noticed our tire had an odd bump and we didn’t want to risk driving back all the way home to Toronto. The shop was about to close but Lilly at the front desk quickly brought over Brian to assist us. He changed the tire right away and even brought to our attention an issue with another one of our tires. Everyone at the shop was so kind and friendly and willing to help right away. I highly recommend this place! It also has a really nice new waiting area with refreshments - it was a very pleasant experience. I would love to come back for oil changes etc if it was closer to where I live. Thank you again!!

They messed up my car with an oil change and then proceeded to charge me over $1000 for repair and half price on an oil change. I don’t want your oil change anymore. I went to fix it at another shop for $250 and did a way better job not overcharging me.

Ran in on Saturday afternoon, needed my front right tire repaired, (Canadian Tire recommended Genuine Tire, as they couldn't get me in for hours and I needed to get on the road for work). Genuine took me right in, fixed me up and out the door in about 20 minutes. I was impressed, fast, efficient, courteous all at a reasonable price. I'll be back for sure. Excellent service.

Hands down the most professional and respectable automotive shop I've ever come across. Even though I live in-town, this is exactly the type of shop you would drive to if you live out of town: its too bad I only just heard of their shop recently. Professional, honest, fast and excellent customer service with a clean and tidy showroom. DEFINITELY try them out - you will NOT regret your decision; I've been to at-least 20 or 30 automotive shops (including OEMs) and this is certainly at the very top. Highly recommended. I had an emergency vehicle issue while I was travelling with my family (Infant + toddler) over the long weekend. We were from out of town and this was the closest shop available. They made an exception to get our vehicle in on emergency notice and fixed the vehicle. As if the service wasn’t already good enough, they even left a ‘thank you for your business’ card in our car to top it off. What fabulous service.

Very professional and competent mechanics here. Had a tire balance done and seen the mechanic torque down lug nuts by hand with a torque wrench. This is something I seldom see nowadays. Very reasonable pricing for the level of service received, I will be coming back and recommend this shop to others.

Genuine Tire is run and operated by Genuine People. The staff are super polite. They get the job done right the first time and on time. I would highly recommend Genuine Tire before any other Maintenance and Repair facility in Brantford. I loved the small gestures, from the bottled water to the thank you card.
