These guys really know what they are doing. I arrived on time for my appointment and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. They have a nice clean waiting area with free coffee and Wi-Fi. I recently took my truck into Tirecraft to get new tie rods from DMAX store since i drive a chevy. My truck is not lifted nor upgraded suspension. all stock. They did not install the supplied part correctly. They were explaining to me why i cant have both, a straight steering wheel and straight tires. I had to choose either straight tires or straight wheels. Reason being they quoted at first, "its a lifted truck" i explained to them that the torsion bars are raised up a 1/4 inch. Then they began to say my truck' stance is past stock since i have larger tires. I did my research and found a company that works specifically with raised trucks with larger tires than i have, and they can get the vehicles steering and wheels straight. My point being, is i do not recommend Tirecraft to install aftermarket or upgraded parts into your vehicle.

I store my seasonal tires here in Brantford Carrier Tirecraft. I find the service and customer care exceptional and friendly. I stopped in today because my car's display was showing I had low air in my tires. Ken and Derrick promptly helped me. I was soon on my way. I will see them again when my winter tires need to be put on. Ken advised me when the best time would be. I highly recommend this Carrier Tirecraft in Brantford.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered tires no problem. Had an issue with one and it's been a fight for 3 months to even get a call back. I've called dozens of times trying to get the sorted out and I can't even get a call. I have given up and moved my service else where along with my friends and family. Wish I could vote negative stars

Now called Carrier Tires, these ratings are old. I also went when it was called queenston. Same owner, but managed better than ever. Business must be good because they now own the entire garage, the office has had a facelift ( very clean, modern, and bright) and they have hired new front line staff. If thats any indication of good business, not sure what else is. These guys are honest, the owner has said to me flat out that he will let folks know whats going on with your car-- whether or not you get fixed there is up to you. Honesty in this industry is appreciated. My whole family goes here to swtich seasonal tires to winters. They will store your tires for 30 bucks, which is a great price. Lots of parking. Highly recommend.

Was in a pinch and needed a tire (had a blow out on the 403 due to some debris). I have to give them a smidgen of credit as they did get a a barley used tire on my rim in no time considering it's the end of November and the weather we had just had. However, even after asking them if my rim had been damage due to the blow out they said no and handed me back a"balanced, safe and ready to put back on my car" tire. First off I'm no gear head but they put the tire on backwards as it was meant to be aligned for the drivers side, which I had told them before; and the guy at the front even asked again to confirm. My own fault for not realizing till I was back on the shoulder of the hwy installing it. Secondly by the time I drove 40km on side roads mind you as I was a bit nervous I get out and the tire is almost flat. obviously these guys never answer the phone I've heard 2 exact slow leak stories from others about this Location and its the day after QT&R "fixed" it...BOO

Had a very bad vibration in my Sprinter van. What a great group of people. They were nonstop and it wasnt easy, till they figured it out. So very happy. This is definitely my go to shop. Highly recommended. Thank you all so much. ????????????

I will never go back there for several reasons. 1. I ordered tires and paid a deposit and was told 1 to 2 day wait. After 8 days without hearing from them I had to call and ask. I got them the next day, a total of 9 days wait. 2. I was waiting for my tires to be installed and a technician came and informed me that I needed a new engine filter. It had just been replaced less than 2 months ago. I asked him what he was doing under the hood when I had only come for tires and had authorized no other form of service. . He told me that they can do that because they are licensed. I told him that his license was irrelevant as I had authorized no work other than tires He walked off in a huff and told the other technicians to stop working under my hood. Another technician approached me and said that I had to sign a work order to get them to stop. I refused. They left it at that. 3. The work was done and I was given my invoice, along with 2 small containers of hand sanitizer which I assumed were complimentary because price was not discussed and I had not asked for anything else but tires . I do not need any, but I took them out of politeness. I should have scrutinized the bill more because I was charged 2 dollars apiece for them! I did not ask for these items and do not want them. They ripped me off, plain and simple. I may just go back and demand my 4 dollars back, out of general principle. Maybe not. But I will never do business with them again.

Thank! I will never let This place touch my car again! and i advise you don't either. I let them switch my Summer tires over to Winters back in Nov 2016, I was there waiting for 3 1/2 hours to find out my tires weren't even at the shop, I then waited another hr for them to show up and be put on my car. I was going to switch my tires back over to summer, at a different tire shop due to what happen above, I get told that whoever touch my tires last royally ***ked the bolts to the point where it would cost my over 150 dollars to have it fixed. Once again. If you want your time wasted and your Car, truck, Van, whatever you drive ***ked up, by all means use their service. if you can get any service of them.

I've taken my car to Carrier Tire on several occasions and have highly recommended them to my family and friends. The staff there are very knowledgable and helpful in explaining to me in great detail what repairs are needed on my car. The General Manager, Dave, is always on site and more then happy to answer any questions that I may have. Anyone who I have sent there, always tell me after how much of a pleasure it has been to deal with Dave. Can't beat the price or peace of mind that my car is always in good hands!!

Been coming to these guys for the last 5-6 years to change my winters. I will never go back. Consistently over booking resulting in AT LEAST a 2 hour wait each time. This time in particular I was told 1 hour tops and 2 1/2 hours later my truck was done. As far as their work goes, very poor and shady. Like i said me and my family will never come back.

My vehicle would not start. Called service to give me a boost. Felt I needed a new battery. Took my vehicle to Carrier Tirecraft and they were very helpful. So helpful that after they did their diagnostic on the battery, they explained that my battery was fine. Ken could have just put a new battery in and charged me for it but instead, informed me my battery was fine. This type of service is not found too often anymore and my thanks go out to the team for their honesty. I will be back if I ever need service again. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

My wife went in to get tires changed and of course was given a list of things to fix on the vehicle and the gentleman made her feel like her car was going to fall apart the moment she left. Not a very diverse shop at all and will not be sending anyone there let alone females.

Very disappointed. My family has went here for years (switched names/ownership?) and ever since, seems to have went downhill. We wait hours every-time we have an apt. NOT OKAY. Last time, I was sick as a dog and waited for over 1.5 hours, I went and confronted them to ask how much longer and they scrambled, made up some excuse and then I saw them go out and get my car minutes after. I got smug responses from the lady that works there and just overall a horrible experience.

I went in for brakes and calipers which I knew was going to be pricey but when I got my bill it was lower than quoted due to being done quicker than expected. Jeff and his guys were so friendly and helpful they even cleaned my battery, vacuumed and detailed my car. I will definitely be going back. Keep us the great work!

After my tire blew on the 403 yesterday, I was super worried on how I was going to get back home to Sarnia, let alone continue our trip to Toronto! Fortunately I called Carrier TIRECRAFT Auto Centre and they were able to get me in immediately and put all new tires on my vehicle! It was all finished in an hour and we were able to get back on the road to Toronto for my Birthday in no time! The tires felt great and I was so relieved to be back on the road safely. My boyfriend, brother, and friend would like to thank TIRECRAFT Auto Centre for helping us in such short notice!! I cannot remember the man at the desk's name but he was exceptional. Thanks again!!!

Stands behind his products and service and if issues arise they are rectified in a timely and satisfactory manner. Staff are friendly and professional. I had my winter tires put on this morning. I had gone to their shop a week prior to get it done but they were completely book. (Which is understandable ). They booked me in first thing in the morning the next Tuesday. I had to order rims as well which came in quickly. I was in and out within an hour.
