The guys here are so nice and so honest. They forgot to put our spare back last time, but we only discovered this when we had a blowout. So because we had to pay for a tow, they replace our tire for free. Can't get better customer service than that. 4 stars for them, one star for their shop cat being so cute!

The people at this shop are amazing! I had my tires slashed a while back and this shop was the only one that had stock on used tires that would fit. Got towed here got fixed up pretty promptly for a very reasonable price. Here is the cherry on top that is their customer service: About a week later, I run over something and one of the tires they put on gets shredded. At this point I am a student with roughly $17 to my name. These guys REPLACE the tire again! (as the damage was beyond repair) and don't charge me a cent for it. I had a Tim Hortons card in my car so I gave that to them as a thank you but now when I need tires, I will drive from Toronto all the way to Brantford to get my tires here even if price is slightly higher. Since these guys took care of me when I needed it most, I will continue to provide my business to them for as long as I can.

Went to cainsville today. Awesome service. After dealing with a tire person in Toronto this was a great time. Staff were friendly, patches greeted us with open paws(lol), quick service(compared to waiting over four hours in Toronto), great price, the work was wonderful, called an WAS NOT hung up on but had prompt answering, and they didn't strip anything and we're very professional. I think other reviews are very far off and not accurate at all. Will definitely be going back to replace other tires in few weeks.

I have been here for the past four years buying tires and am always impressed by the service and honesty they provide. When I went the first time I was expecting to buy four tires and was told it was only necessary to buy two. I felt good that they could have gotten more money out of me but chose to be honest with me about my situation and only sell me what I needed. They sell new and used tires and it only takes them about an hour for the work to be done. They are consistently polite and courteous. Always a good experience.

This business deserves to have loads of attention for it's amazing work ethic, customer service and the adorable little kitty that will hang out with you while you wait. You get to choose from a potted mum plant before you go and you know you'll be driving safely when your tires are put on because they guys do a fantastic job. My tire had a leak that required me filling it everyday. I decided to replace the tire. I had heard cainsville tire was a good place to go. I went expecting to have to replace the tire. They said it was an excellent tire and didn't need replacing. They found the leak, plugged it and charged me $20.00. What s pleasant surprise!!

Called on a Saturday just over an hour to closing, told me I could bring my car in right away. Made it there with 30 minutes to close. I absolutely love this place. The people are so friendly and helpful! The prices and quoted they give you on tires and rims are hard to beat anywhere else. If you are there to sell your old tires, you get a decent price. I only come like 2 times a year for my tires to be switched out (winter into summer and vice versa). And 2 times for torquing. I'm super impressed that the first person to help me at Cainsville Tire (Willy) all those years ago was able to remember and recognize me each and every time. I highly recommend not coming during the peak season or if you do, come super early in the morning...unless you don't mind waiting for hours while they look after your tires (changing them out). They get booked really quickly and get super busy, so much so that often times they can't answer the phone due to all the walk in traffic. But despite that they are always so friendly and helpful. Just be patient during the busy seasons. Also love that they usually have little pots of flowers that customers can pick and take one when they leave.

Quick, cheap, friendly. No appointment. I went in a few weeks ago with a slow leak. It was junk wedged in the rim. They cleaned it for a few dollars. It worked for about a week, then the air really started leaking. I had run over a screw. I'm pretty sure they were separate issues, but they gave me a discount on the tire repair anyway, because they "didn't see it the first time." Then they handed me flowers to give to my wife.

They are usually my go to place when I need tire work done, but they operate on first come first server basis so if you can't get in first thing in the morning, you don't have much chance of getting served. For example, I need to ask them a question if they carry a certain type of used tire, which is something the website doesn't say. I tried calling and the message just says if we don't answer the phone we are busy, please come in. So when I was able to come in there was nobody at the counter and people were already standing waiting to be served. I waited for about five minutes to see if anybody showed up and then left.

These guys are incredible. I found them through a local fb page and the recommendations were nearly unanimous for them. With already high expectations, I'm thrilled to say they still exceeded them and went above and beyond. Not only was the price great but it took them about 45 minutes to install all 4 tires! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming- the service was fantastic. They even put my donut back away for me, nicely wrapped up one that I asked to keep and put it away for me in my trunk. They were all very informative and told me to come back for a quality check. I'm taken aback by just how outstanding the service was and how smoothly everything went. Usually people get disappointed when they go into something with high expectations but not with these guys. I will surely be recommending and returning. Went in with a co-worker who had a screw in his tire. We had planned to drop it off and pick it back up later. The service was fast they had it all fixed up while we waited. In total from start to finish about 20 minutes.. It all started with Jerry who took the tire in immediately once we arrived. They even had potted mums for the ladies who came in for service.

Needed a flat repair - they fixed it and a few days later I have a different tire puncture with a different nail. Back I go - repay for another repair. And voila, a few days later another flat on a different tire. Back I go again. Very suspicious and others waiting had the same complaint with suspicions of "fix one, spike another" . I now avoid the place like the plaque for the last 3 years and have been better off.

I guess this is family business. A young lad was assisting me and once he knew I wasn't buying but just enquiring about price, I was told to wait until he finish with customer that are about to make payment. I thought he only wants to help a customer so I waited then he called the next customer and i was totally ignored so I left. This place was highly recommended to me but it seems they have too many customers. My business is just a drop in a bucket and its better to give it to someone who will appreciate it.

I am the 3rd generation of my family to go to Cainsville Tire. I drive in from Hamilton because I don't trust anyone else. I went in last week for a quote on 4 new tires for my suv, Willie gave me the quotes, my flowers and even helped me out to my suv with my 2 kids. Last year I went out there with what I thought was a slow leak in my tire, turned out I had a large nail through the sidewall and the tire was scrap, they put a new tire on and I was on my way within half an hour.
