Drove over a nail at the Brantford dump. Nail was near the sidewall so Beverly said it can't be fixed and I need a new tire. Infact " for safety reasons I need 2 new tires so the treads match" and they offered me the 2 new tires on sale for $450. I said no and picked up the car. Later I went to Canadian Tire and they removed the nail and plugged the hole no questions asked for $45 taxes included.

Let’s talk about lousy service! On Friday morning at 1030am I contacted Beverly Tire Brantford via their website to book an appointment to buy and have mounted 4 new tires they HAVE advertised on their website. I provided all my info including telephone number and was told via return email after my initial contact that a technician would be getting in touch with me shortly to confirm my appointment. I heard NOTHING all day and it was actually hours later while scrolling thru my junk email that I found a response from a technician saying the 4 tires I had requested are discontinued and that stock is limited. I was then directed to now physically come to their location so that a technician can inquire if my tires are available to order. I was also reminded in this email, once these tires are gone “so is the price”. I know how this old game goes folks, I’ll get all the way down there and of course, they won’t have my tire available because as they said it’s “discontinued”, if the tire WAS available I wouldn’t be going through these hoops. So the tires won’t be available and then I’ll be swooned to either purchase a lesser quality tire that I’m not interested in or up sold a more expensive tire that I’m not interested in. It’s like going all the way to the fancy restaurant because they’ve been boasting the best steak in town for $5 just to arrive and be told “well the steak is discontinued but while you’re here already we have the bologna for $3, the chicken for $10 and the roast beef for $12.” Seems like the customer and his money are really being taken for granted here. I don’t get the decency of being spoken to like an adult on the phone, I have to fish for the response via some email that shoots to my junk mail and then I’m treated like I’m to be satisfied that my sole option is to make the personal effort to come to them and pick out what I don’t want rather than not being fooled into doing business with a company that doesn’t even have what they offer in the first place. If the product is discontinued, pull it off the website as a feature item for sale. You have clearly taken this purchase for granted. I’ll tell anyone who cares to listen about this lousy attempted to do business with Beverly Tire.

I went in to Beverly Tire with a bit of an emergency today. I had a flat tire and went in to see if there was anything they could do. Dean Roarke made sure I was looked after right away and the entire staff was very kind. My son was with me and everyone was very friendly to him and he was given a hot wheels car which he was thrilled about. The building was very clean and comfortable for customers waiting. The gentlemen who checked my vehicle let me know about a few things that needed to be addressed soon. I appreciated this very much and would be happy to have my vehicle serviced there. I was very impressed with the service I received today and would recommend them to anyone. The price was reasonable and we were back on the road in no time at all.

Took my Chrysler 200 in for service, the oil and filter were changed, the battery was replaced and I envy the mechanic who had to do it because someone at Chrysler decided that putting the battery in front of the left front wheel was a good idea. The transmission gasket had to be replaced and I was somewhat hesitant because the Chrysler dealers in Brantford, Kitchener and West Palm, Fl. all said they couldn't work on the "sealed" transmission. When I got the car back, for the first time the transmission shifted through the gears without hesitation and bumping. When I asked Dean what they did to make it so smooth his answer was replaced the gasket and put in transmission fluid! Amazing they figured it out without all the bother that the manufacturer put me through over the years and said they couldn't fix it. I have taken both cars to Al and Dean and I will continue to do so for their expertise and prompt , courteous service.

We have been customers for 17 years and we always get great service at Beverly. Fast, friendly and they always do their best. Today they snuck my wife's truck in even though they were swamped with other work, because it was making a really nasty noise. Turned out to be the serpentine belt, and the tensioner (which was literally in pieces. ) They gave her a loaner and had it repaired in a couple of hours. She could have been stranded if it had let go. Great guys who always go the distance for you. Thanks Al, and Dean and all the rest of the crew. Once again, we got great service from the guys at Beverly. Al gave us an estimate of between 6000 to 8500 for MAJOR work on the truck....new brakes all around, ball joints, leaking power steering line...a new differential..;a bunch of serious stuff. They manged to get in done for well below the estimate. And way sooner than we expected. Always really happy with their service and friendly attitude. Just good guys who know their stuff.
