TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I've been to this business many times at both locations and have been pleased. I find they truly care about their customers. As a person who knows very little about mechanics I appreciate having a repair shop that is honest and only does the necessary work .. this business is that way. I have an older SUV that I keep in town for when I am here and so I only want to do the basics to keep it running .... just took it to South End and they only did the required work .. they told me there was another related issue but that it did not need doing if I was not driving it in winter. I recommend this business for auto repairs. ✌

My car broke down while I was out of my home province and it needed a new water pump. No one in the area was accepting my car because it was European made. South End offered to take a look at the car, found the problem, fixed it and got me back on the road in under their predicted time frame. I followed up with my regular service shop which confirmed all of their repairs were top notch! Absolutely superb customer service!

The first time I stopped in to South End Service was an evening last week for a tire change on my truck.A front tire sidewall was bulging badly and was unsafe to drive on and I had a forty mile drive ahead to get back home. The shop had actually closed for the day but the owner welcomed me and said it was no problem and they were happy to help.Ernie, Ken and John went that proverbial extra mile to help me out of a jam and that quality of service is rare these days.Stand up guys and great service,thanks!

Awesome Service! We pulled up with break issues right as they were closing on a Friday evening. When they heard we were from out of town and had just had our brakes replaced elsewhere they quickly offered to check them out to make sure we were safe.. They then spent an hour after their normal closing time to fix everything and get us on our way. TOP NOTCH service and awesome people! Thanks again!

2.5 stars When the manager tells you that they are to crazy busy to get back to a customer there is something wrong.... to be lied to by a technician that the brakes are metal on metal; is wrong.....to forget to order parts for a booked apt knowing, that is what the apt is for; is wrong...to not give a customer a proper receipt for what work was done; is wrong ... It's sad Actually, I am a former mechanic 17+ yrs, I trusted a garage & this is the way I was treated.. To all you out there....At the end of the day, stand up for your self, your rights & stick to them! . After a long negotiation, the Owner did come thru & a situation was finally taken care off.
