I don't find the customer service people very friendly at all, apart from the girl with the light brown hair. Luckily she was there. I needed to get to work and the girl with the bun was just ignoring me while she was cleaning windows. My car was done and they were past the one hour mark. Thank you to the girl who helped me. Awesome people! Helped us out on a road trip from Kamloops to Colorado with our travel trailer. After finding out that Kaltire (who just greased the bearings a few months ago) had left a dust cap off (or it flew off) I bought another cap and these guys were the only ones readily available to help re-grease the bearings. Found out that the outer seals had not been replaced, there was water in there, the bearings were dry and cooked. They saved us from a potential disaster. A big thanks to these professionals! The shop was clearly in the midst of their busy winter tire season but they snuck me in to diagnose the issue and fit me in for the repair the very next day. The guys at Integra Tire are true to their name - honest and helpful. I ended up getting towed in there because a piston broke in my engine. They went to action right away put in extra effort to find a good deal on a replacement engine. They broke down and explained the costs, but unfortunately in the end it wasn't worth fixing since the car was from 2003 and was also accumulating other issues. They helped me figure out how to get some cash for scrapping my vehicle and were very patient and accommodating during a stressful situation. I was recommended to go to Integra Tire by a friend and I definitely continue to recommend them due to their insight and fairness. Thank you, guys, especially Brandon (sp?)!

So I'm not entirely sure what happened. Not sure what's going on, but walked away unimpressed. Currently it's around 0', snowing. I went in to get my tires changed and was told they will call me when they are done. Me and my mom both waited over an hour and a half for a tire change, she was also getting her tires changed. We never got a phone call. So ended up walking back to the shop, and their we saw our cars, they were done. Both of them were completely done. But, we never got a phone call. We walked in, and asked why didn't they phone us. The excuse that was given to us by the woman behind the counter was "well it's just the two of us". It's cold, their is no where for us to wait on site, it doesn't matter if theirs only two of you do your job. It's unfortunate cause my family has been going to integra for years, but that was so unprofessional and so unjustifiable. It was even more irritating and downright unacceptable because another lady who was there did receive a phone call saying her car was done. Not impressed, seriously considering looking for another mechanic. Edit: to clarify this is the only time I ever had a problem with integra, every other time they have been excellent. Because of this I'm obviously going to go back if I need repairs, and see if next time they can change my mind and have me change this review.

Truck was brought in for winter tires. The tires and service was completed in a timely fashion. However truck wasn’t perfectly smooth. I called the shop and explained my situation. Keeping in mind it’s the busy time of year, they insisted the truck be returned immediately and it would be corrected. Truck is now perfect. I was most impressed with the staff/manager to insure it was done correctly and it showed customer satisfaction was of upmost importance. This type of service is hard to find. I highly recommend this place if you want your work completed properly with honest feedback.

I've had extremely good experience with Integra in the time I've been bringing my Jeep to them to be worked on. The latest being a rush job on Christmas Eve AM after parts failed on my Jeep installed by a previous shop this year, they were kind enough to get my Jeep up and running right before the holidays so that I wouldn't be stranded without a vehicle. I went here several times asking for help all they were interested in was time put into the car I wanted checked out plus they charged massive amounts of money for one single part. Let's say the suspension, and they know that when you change one side you have to change the other. They told me nothing of this but I did my homework. They gave me an estimate of $600 to put in a control arm just one side. I ended up ordering a whole suspension set for $150 - 14 piece set. Inner and outter tie rods; upper control arms, lower front end control arms, ball joints, bushings, plus installed it myself. They offered me $1800 for all the parts for the suspension plus another $1600 for installation. I ended up doing it myself after buying a few tools and only $150 for a 14 piece front end suspension. I went to Integra Tire to get my two wheels rotated and was charged for a whole hour plus labour and it took no more than 10 minutes. I do not recommend this place. Go see professionals or message me and I'll give you the buy links for any car parts for way cheap and if you don't believe I'll buy your part myself. Don't buy from this place. They don't care about you. They just want your money. This was my experience with Integra Tire.

This review relates details of service beginning in late July 2021 and running through 3-4 weeks in August. It was super hot and staffing was apparently an issue. Initially I dealt with Steve and then with Matt once the troubles began. Here are the facts: Scheduled and completed front and rear brake replacements. Put new 4 tires on the rear of the motothome. Found the air bags (rear suspension) were worn and not holding air, then located and ordered replacements. Found a problem with and repacked the bearings on one wheel. Results: The bearing issue was a good find and likely saved some more serious trouble in the future. Tire replacement was done on schedule and yielded no problems. Air bags - ordered with an expected delivery of 3 weeks. I checked back after about 2 weeks and was told if they hadn’t heard otherwise delivery would be on schedule. I asked again the next week and pushed for Matt to check with supplier directly. He was told delivery could not be guaranteed by any certain date. I had told them early on I could get air bags installed elsewhere within a week but would stay working with them if the job was completed in the 3 week timeframe. Matt suggest I go there. I did and air bags were installed early the next week. The brake replacement didn’t go well. After the first replacement I took the motorhome back as I found little improvement in the braking. Integra worked on the brakes again and made some adjustments. It seemed somewhat better but nothing like a new set of brakes (drums, rotors, shoes and pads) should feel. So Matt and I had some discussion over the next step and the scheduling, which I won’t go into, but within a few days the motorhome was in again and came out with all new components once again. And again, the brakes were clearly not working properly. Omitting some unnecessary detail, eventually Matt decided they had done everything they could and that the problem must be operator error, meaning I must have been braking incorrectly coming down the local hills such as the hill from Summerland leading to Penticton. I took the motorhome to a mechanic (my son in law) who inspected the rear brakes and found the left rear drum was not able to rotate freely (on a 360 degree manual rotation he needed a pry bar to complete 180 degrees of rotation). Also, the brake shoes were arced incorrectly and didn’t contact the drum correctly. The drum defect was confirmed by the wholesale supplier rep of these parts when he, the mechanic and I were there. He also confirmed the drums had not been overheated. The mechanic put on proper new drums and shoes on the rear and correctly setup and adjusted them. He also completed the necessary maintenance on the front brakes which had not been done at Integra. Since then the brakes have been working properly, both locally and on a recent outing to the Shuswap. And finally, the parts used by Integra on the rear brakes were the lower quality choice contrary to our agreement they would use the premium quality. They did however charge roughly the suggested retail value of the premium parts (also confirmed by the wholesale rep). I will not recommend work being done at this Integra location.

Reasonable, yes, but we considered other options. When they found out we were pressed for time, they moved us to the front of the queue and had us on the road in twenty minutes. Lovely staff but I can't say they have the best prices. Labour goes up if you bring/buy your own parts from Napa/Lordco, which is nonsense to me... Just let the client decide if they wanna buy their own parts for a cheaper price instead of trying to rip them off. Service is still great though so i can't complain about it.

Not a good experience what so ever. Got my engine light and broken shocks fixed on my Mazda5 2009. Paid around $1200.the ingine light came back on by the third day after it was fixed. Went back and they said it was some programing issue and fixed it in 5 minutes. Soon enough it came back that same day around the evening. Took it back by next day and then said we thought we could fix it by programing it but it turns out something needs to be replaced and that will be another $350.

They are always ready for me when I arrive, and I just sit in the waiting room because the service is so incredibly fast. They always finish changing my tires in at least half the time they say it's going to take. The last time I went in, my tires had reached the end of their lifespan. They had new tires in the shop, and on my vehicle in a little over 24 hours. If you need an out of province car inspection do it here, not at Canadian tire! Integra Tire is honest in their assessment and quick! I had a friend do her inspection at Canadian Tire and drove away with $1100 in "fixes". I only had to replace my windshield since it had a huge crack, which is a standard repair on any vehicle coming into BC. It also costs about $90 less at Integra.

They had to get a special battery in, dismantle the back seat, and do all of that with a smile. I phoned ahead to ask if I could get a battery load tested, I was told yes. When I brought the battery in the service advisor brought out a tester and said he was pretty sure the battery was no good. I knew the battery was dead, I asked him if it should have been fully charged to do a load test. He said there was no point because the different readings were so low he was pretty sure the battery was no good. I wasn't in the mood for arguing and didn't feel like lugging the battery anywhere else so I just bought a new one. In hindsight I wish I had either asked for a proper test or gone somewhere else to confirm what he said. UPDATE They followed up and offered to charge the battery and do a load test. The battery did fail. I appreciated the follow up call.

Indicator light was on that new tires were low. I had to ask to have them remove the tires low indicator. Had to call and ask for diagnostics and reset. I was told that I would be eligible for a $100 rebate but wasn't told how to obtain that. I had to call again for how to get this rebate. Had to wait in rain. You could put a tent out front to protect customers from rain while waiting. Saw one guy sitting inside while two ladies waited outside in the rain. Another man crowded in front of us two ladies to get in before us. Tent might make waiting line-up more obvious.

This is third time at Integra in three years. I travel from California and I only trust them to work on my 35 foot RV. They checked the tire for a leak and it was just a valve stem.They Checked my brakes without even asking and they changed the valve stem on another tire for no charge. They lubed everything under my RV and then let me use itheir crawler to get underneath there and check it all. If I have time I’ll come back for new airbags. The whole experience from original appointment phone call to payment was easy.

I rely on Integra Tire in Penticton for quality tires and mechanical servicing. I pay a bit extra to have my out-of-season tires (on rims) stored at their shop so switching from summer to winter or vice-versa is easy peasy. Their staff are friendly, reliable, and they are known to hustle. They have had my back since 2016 when they installed winter tires on my car without an appointment. Every other place in the city of Penticton was about a 4-day wait. Integra Tire told me over the phone exactly how to ensure I would get winter tires: show up at their front door at least 45 minutes before their 8 am opening time the next morning. I would be placed on the wait list between appointments. I arrived at 7 am on a snowy Saturday morning (my car had summer tires) and everything turned out exactly as they told me over the phone. By noon that day I had brand new Michelin winter tires on my car.

I also asked them to look at my spark plugs because my make of truck has an issue with plugs seizing in the heads if they aren't maintained. Would of gave zero, but had to put something. One of the most horrible customer experiences my husband and I have ever experienced. I feel sorry for the people that aren't mechanically inclined and have been getting ripped off without even knowing it. We asked for part to be changed over because we didn't have enough time yo do it ourselves... well, after dealing with them turns out we should of did it ourselves. It would of saved us time, money and a headache. The "part" they took out and charged us for was the wrong part... and guess what? They didn't actually take that part out but still charged us for it. We had to fight to get refunded. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else if you have to.

With the new covid restrictions in place i did not think that I would have to stand outside in the freezing cold for 40min while the tires were being changed. I was not told there was no access to sit inside and wait. A temp shelter outside would have been acceptable. For a 45min job integra tire knows people wait around as there are 4 or 5 chairs to sit at plus a cell phone charge area inside. I did not appreciate sitting outside.

Absolutely wasted my time I have tires I know are decent and I wasted my lunch hour to have them put on rims on my truck and they took my payment and called me when I got back to work to tell me they would not work on it. Then they tried to up sell me brand new tires I have been coming here for a few years now and I will not be coming back. In fact I had planned on buying new tires from integra tire in a few weeks but now I will be taking my business to kal tire and will not be coming back to integra tire. And actually last time I was here I found a rusted out muffler clamp they had left hanging off my exhaust loose that could of done very serious damage to my or someone else's vehical.

My experiences with Integra Tire have been mixed, but management has been quick to resolve my issues and concerns so I intend to continue to patronize them. Nobody is perfect, but they try. A minor annoyance recently, that I note only in hopes that a lesson may be taken from it and perhaps someone else will be spared some aggravation. The new tires that I purchased from them were due to be rotated, and I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. I know how long it takes to do a tire rotation, so was mildly annoyed when I checked in to be advised that it would be an hour to an hour and a half before the car was ready. My wife and I had made plans for the morning, and - expecting only a short wait - I had not made arrangements for alternate transportation. So there we were, with an hour and a half to kill, plans made, and no way to get anywhere. We walked down the street and had "breakfast", then shopped a bit, (Dollar Store - whoopee !!) returning to the dealership just after10:00 a.m. The car was ready. I understand indefinite and approximate time frames when you are dealing with potentially complex issues (brake relines, suspension issues, etc.) in the middle of the day, but having made an appointment for 9:00 a.m., for a simple tire rotation, I felt justified in expecting a more rapid turnn-around time. Having said this, I intend to continue to patronize Integra Tire because they do try hard, and I believe that they have (so far) earned the right to my business. ...........John Page

I was really debating if I would make this review as I dont like conflict but I dont want people taken advantage of.When I first took my vehicle here I had no issues. The last couple times are a different story. Recently I took my car in for an alignment and was told they couldn't do the alignment because I needed work done on the ftont end. They couldn't give me a quote or tell me the problems due to being to busy during there close. The next day I got an email quote for over 1000 dollars with multiple fixes and 2 thirds was just labor. I was also told it was unsafe to drive. I called around for a second opinion and was able to be seen the next day at another place. The other mechanic, who has 30+ years experience, said my car needed no other work, was in amazing condition for its year and hed feel safe driving it to kelowna or further. Integra has told me before I needed my breaks done which was also untrue so im a little frustrated with this establishment. Be careful always get another opinion if unsure.

I got an appointment within a few days for both my car, and my sons. Rats had gotten into my engine and it was running rough. They seemed to find the issue fairly quickly. However, they went ahead and did the repair without contacting me for approval. When I brought it up they said they were too busy to call everyone back and assumed that it would be ok as it was a quick fix. The following day I brought my son's car in. The car would shake when I pressed the brake. I was asked of I knew where the shake was coming from, the steering wheel, the pedal, the engine. I said that I didn't know but he kept pushing the issue asking me over and over. I said that I really didn't know. He then told me that if I couldn't tell him then it would cost more for them to figure it out. He said it was like going to the doctor the more information you can give the better. Perhaps that's true, but my doctor doesn't charge $120/hr to figure it out. I told him that I didn't want any work done to the car without speaking to me first. 3.5 hours go by and I returned to the shop. I waited in line outside for half an hour just to get an update on my car. Inside the phone is ringing off the hook and discussions happen in short spurts as they are constantly distracted putting people on hold. Long story short, they charged me $69.97 to look at my car and couldn't do any work on it that day. I asked why they didn't contact me, he said that they were too busy. It took half an hour to look at the car but they couldn't call me anytime over the next 4 hours? I have never been charged for someone to "look" at my car before. The place is packed with people and the phone rings non stop. The service and communication was terrible. They can't handle the work load and customer service suffers. Or maybe I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars on tires so I wasn't a priority. Either way, I didn't experience that unwavering integrity, and accountability and I certainly didn't feel like they were trying to build a "real, honest relationship" with me like it says in their mission statement. Terrible service, 0 stars, I want my money back.

My Dodge Ram truck had a couple problems with lights. Intégra Tire gave me a very reasonable quote to change the rotary switch. Unfortunately the new switch did not solve all the problems and they spent many hours to troubleshoot and fix the issues.
