On TWO occasions I've taken time out of my day to physically drive to Discount Tire to try to get my tires changed. Both times the staff will not help any of the customers waiting at the store (you know, the one's that actual took the time to drive to the store to purchase something) but instead repeatedly answered the phone and assisted call in customers (who are only price shopping). Call in customers were immediately assisted while all of us (about 6-7 people) physically at the store were made to sit and wait with no help. Well that the absolute last time for this store! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and it's not from a single shopping experience. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

1 STAR !! Only Gave 2 stars because they are friendly an courteous. Ordered tires on a Thursday. Was told no deliveries on Monday so they would be there on Tuesday. Wednesday at LATEST!! Thursday comes around an I’m told tires are there. Start heading over to pick up an get a phone call saying only one tire was delivered . Delivery was split into 2 trucks. Two deliveries. So have to wait for other 3 tires to be delivered. An hopefully will be tomorrow is what I was told. That they have no way of knowing for sure or tracking when they’d be there. Only reason I ordered there in first place was for fast delivery would of or was going to go else where. Was guaranteed to have. Needless to say waiting for other 3 tires to arrive so I have full set to install. Next go around. I Will order myself or buy from somewhere else. Btw already PAID or I would just have them keep them an would go somewhere else.

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here since 1998. They are very price competitive and sell you the product you need and they don't try to upsell you to something you don't need. Superb experience with Craig and his team here! Had an unexpected check tire pressure warning on my vehicle, they checked and found an inner wall crack on one tire. It's not safe to drive anymore at that point and my specific tire needed to be transported from Calgary to the shop for replacement (which would take a week). Craig offered me a loaner tire with the same measurement to get me mobile while I wait for the new tire, which made my drive to work possible the next few days! Special thanks to the gentleman that thought to swap my original rear tire to the front and loaner tire to the rear, the attention to detail and care for customer is greatly appreciated! To top off the fantastic service, they managed to bring the tire in just 2 days, which is way before the expected date. Huge thanks to Craig and his team, cheers!

I recently went into Discount Tire to get a tire repaired in my truck. Colton one of the team members came out to look at it, and informed me it wouldnt be something they would feel comfortable repairing because of the placement of the screw. He was very polite and told me the options I had available to include a used tire they had available. I let him know it wasnt something I was able to get today and Russell the senior assistant manager informed us he was going to give us the used tire as long as we continued to use them for tires in the future. Russell and his team habe always been polite and very informative and most importantly truthful with me when buying tires with them. If you are in the market for new tires make sure you give them a shot. They wint disappoint you. Thank you Russell and team.

These guys are AMAZING, y'all. Since I have the worst luck with cars in general, especially with flat tires lately, of course just after replacing 2 tires for free at Walmart with the road hazard coverage (purchased with the tires), alas a screw ended up in the tread of one of the new tires. No road hazard coverage this time, and since we are constantly broke, we used a portable air compressor to air up the tire every time the low tire light came on. Did this for a few weeks and then had to drive from Texas to Arkansas. Someone told me that Discount Tire will patch a tire for free, even if the tire was not purchased from them. Made an appt online for same day service, and got there about 30 minutes late, but was immediately assisted by an employee upon arrival. Explained the situation, and the employee went out to look at the tire with me. I had forgotten that my Hyundai requires a key for the lug nuts on the wheels, but the worker stated that it was necessary and might be in the trunk. We were fully packed and the trunk was filled to the max, but the guy squeezed his arm under the trunk floorboard after I pulled some of our luggage out into the parking lot. Within seconds, the key was located and the car was taken into a work bay. The repair seemed to take longer than we expected, but multiple other customers showed up right after us and it was almost closing time. They brought the car out when the patch was complete, and stated that it would not cost us a penny. Huge relief! Also felt much better driving back to Texas on 4 fully inflated tires. Incredible service all around, and super grateful to Discount Tire and their employees for doing things like that with a smile on their face, even though they don't make any money by offering the repair for free. I probably won't be visiting Walmart for my tire needs anymore. Instead I will tell anyone who will listen that Discount Tire is the way to go! Keep up the great work y'all. And thanks again!

My light for the tire pressure came on and off and then it stayed on and I was worried I was going to get a a flat tire. I filled it with air but the light still came on. I went to Discount Tire so they could check the tire and repair it. They took care of it and the light didn't come back on again. They never even charged me for it. When I need new tires I know where I am going...to Discount Tires! Good work and thank you so much!

I needed some cheap tires for my Ford Focus, so I went to one of those used tire shops...OOPS..that was a mistake! They didn't even balance the wheels. I went to Discount Tire in Fort Smith, Arkansas and they balanced all four of them for forty bucks! They even reset my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors! They did such a great job, I bought a sensor as well. I bought a used Ford Expedition and apparently one of tires had been previously patched and was bulging. I took it to Discount Tire in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I had made an appointment online for 8:30AM, but I arrived 30 minutes early and they got me right in!!! I bought a new Pathfinder tire and was on my way in about 15 minutes:) I even made it to work on time! Later that day, after work I noticed a different tire loosing pressure. I returned to Discount Tire, and they replaced a valve stem on a different tire FREE OF CHARGE! These guys are always courteous, prompt, friendly and completely professional, but they also add a personal touch...I was starving and they even threw me a burrito!!! I recently rolled into Discount Tire because I received a complementary email that it was time to check the tire pressure on my tires. It also so happened that my tire sensor warning on my dashboard had gone off. I was assisted by Ross, the store manager, and while he was checking my tires he noticed I was missing two lugnuts on one of my wheels. I had no idea they were missing as someone (evidently) had recently helped themselves to the two lugnuts after I had replaced them all 2019. In any event, Ross replaced the missing lugnuts at no charge and I am extremely grateful for the great customer service I received that day and all the other times I have gone in for tire check ups.

We stopped in here to replace the tire we had blown on the fwy while driving through an accident scene. They had the size we needed and the price was right. They were quick to help us out. The reason for only 3 stars was they had the wrong tire mounted on our wheel and didnt notice til we mentioned it and they weren't able to accurately measure our tire pressure, we had to use our own gauge.

Best place to shop at for tires. We had a problem with one of the tires but we were in another town and 2 hours away. So I called the one in that town and see if they would honor the agreement. They said yes they would. They said if you are in the system you can go to any Discount Tire and they will honor it. Great to know. They have very friendly staff and the facilities are always clean and smells good.

This place is amazing!! We had looked at wheels and tires for my jeep for months. We were in Washington on a job and talked to a Discount Tire store there. They contacted the store in Fort Smith since we live in Arkansas and got our wheels ordered. When we arrived home after the job was finished we made an appointment to get the wheels and tires installed. They take genuine care and listen to any requests you may have (ie. black tire weights on the inside of the rim, rather than having the weights on the outside), and my rims always leave the shop without any sort damage or mistreatment. I highly recommend Discount Tire over any other automotive tire shop like Canadian Tire or Costco. Canadian Tire has damaged my rims one time too many, so Discount Tire has a customer for life.

I went online and found some tires I wanted to order that were onspecial. I then called the shop, and the online tires had a 40,000 mile warranty, and the salesman found me some in stock that were a better tire and with a 50,000 mile warranty. Service was excellent, and I waited a maximum of 30 minutes to get 2 new tires, mounted, balanced, and rotated. I will definitely be going back to Discount tires in the near future. I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and was promptly greeted with incredibly charismatic service. Usually you'd expect a simple exchange where you point at your car, hand over your keys, and sit on a bench until completion. Not here! I was helped by Russell who walked me out to my car, measured my thread, and immediately spotted the issue I was having with my tires. During a short wait inside I was able to watch the team work on my car with incredibly clean red equipment. I was out the doors at 6:30, right after they closed and I still had incredible service. Overall it was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a retail establishment and I would recommend this place to anyone. I met Ross and Russell while I was there and they were both excellent. The rest of the staff were all working hard, but I am sure they are all just as nice as these two! 10/10

I came to your establishment with my tire pressure being low and yes my tires were in need of replacement I totally agreed with you and I was about to approve the purchase of four new tires for my Ford Explorer. Than you had to scare me in believing my wheel had an issue because the clear coat was coming off.. your tire tech even brought it in to show me... that’s when a set of new tires turned into you might need to replace the wheel or we can sell you a set of aftermarket rims for a thousand dollars.. how can a clear coating cause my wheel to warp? This is when I smelled a RAT! I was done and I said air my tire up and put it back on! I’ll need to get a second opinion. I didn’t see nor hear from you after that. Your tech came back stated my tire was holding air.. I took my keys and left.. went to Phoenix Tire bought a set of tires and they were less than the price you quoted me for the same tires... nothing is wrong with my wheel.. so buyer beware.. never again Discount Tire Fort Smith..

***UPDATE*** Ordered our tires online and they were delayed. Once we got the appointment we were told they were for 18 inch wheels instead of the 17 inch wheels we had. They didn't have the 17 inch tires in stock and it was going to take 4 days to get them in. Or, pay an extra $124 to upgrade the tires. That wasn't really in the budget and we didn't want to wait. I took my car there to get the tires replaced with new tires last week and after $800 I drive away and the "low tire pressure" signal pops up, which has never happened before so I call them, they say sure bring it in, I take the car there and they tell me it will cost $100 to turn it off, seriously? You know you are the one that made it pop up and now I have to pay for that too? Very very disappointed anyway also they went through the trunk of my car and didn't even bother to take their garbage out. NOT RECOMENDED.

Ordered on line delivery was overnight. All went well. Schedule was set for appointment. Mounted tires quickly and I have had no problems witn my tires. But the $50. Prepaid Visa for my veterans discount was such a disappointment. It was such a hassel just to get it. Then the rules for purchases, only 80% of card balance can be charged for a purchase. Purchase cannot exceed card balance. You can't pay amount over card balance. Can't buy gas. Some purchases must be run as a debit card not a credit card. In other words you are discouraged from using the card by so many petty rules. Not a good feeling about my gift card. I did get a lot of exercise jumping through hoops!

We do all our business with DT in our home state and heres why: Austin answered the phone when I called. He had empathy for the situation and though they were booked, he didn't hesitate to say "come on over." After looking for a place to mount balance, install tpms valves on the 22" wheels and tires I had all purchased online, I found it difficult to have someone install them on my truck! Costco would not install the valves because they claim they must sell you the valves ( these oem valves cost me over $300!) BCAA service did not think they had the right centre hub to balance. Local Canadian Tire was not interested in doing the job. I called the Local Discount TIre on King George in South Surrey and was offered a good price on the phone and told I could just drop by today. I got there and they were busy but I left the tires, wheels & valves with them for about 2 hours. Came back and had them mounted in 20 minutes. Overall very please with the service and their friendly and casual approach. Would highly recommend.

I brought my car in to have a leaking tire repaired. Paid cash, no receipt. Tire still leaking several days later and after two return trips, they told me the valve was damaged and needed to be replaced for $60 plus labour. Decided to go to the dealership where I learned that the valve was damaged as part of the repair. Not impressed!

If you want dangerous used tires put on your vehicle make sure to see these guys. As a matter of fact I think all of us that have had bad experiences here should report them to ICBC and the proper authorities. I used to give them all of my business with living in the White Rock area but they get 0 now.. that includes my commercial vehicles and my private vehicles. Both of the owners have an attitude that should make them go out of business soon.... They put used tires on my vehicle and I had to go back a couple of times so that they could fix their previous jobs and it still wasn't done properly so I had to take them to a reputable tire shop in Surrey. The one owner wanted to charge me extra and I told him that I would not pay and he was miserable after that. These guys always seem to have monkeys on their back. Their staff have always been nice but the two owners are terrible and miserable.I am now giving all of my business to Country Tire in Surrey and they have been fantastic every time.

I picked out tires on Friday. They were special order... the salesman said the tires would be there Monday morning, so I made an appointment for 3pm Monday for the install. I arrived exactly 3pm... and I was driving out of the Discount Tire parking lot on a band new set of Cooper tires at 3:40pm. I don't know if it could be better than that. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered some wheels from discount tires but from eBay. The wheels didn't fit right. They were rubbing on calibers. My fault on my end. But discount tire in fort Smith took them back to get sent back to sender and I ended up buying some nice wheels from them and they gave me a great deal and waved the labor fee because of all the hiccups. Without a wheel lock key you're in big trouble if you have a flat or need to do your brakes. Some how mine was damaged and unusable. I called they guys up at discount tire and they told me to come by not knowing my bolts are very shallow and not easy to get at. The two guys there worked so hard in the hot blazing sun to get those nuts off and saved my wheels. I can't thank you guys enough. I buy all my tires at this shop. Great service and great prices.

Yesterday I went to Costco Langley to have a nail removed from my tire. Costco told me it was damaged, and could not repair, that i would need to buy two more new tires. I called Discount tires, and Mark, told me that the tire was not even removed at Costco to see if it was repairable. Mark repaired it for me, and answered any questions i needed to know about tires. Discount tires it 5 star. They are honest and reliable. Thanks again. Ill be back to purchase new tires when it is time. :)

I purchase 2 front tires for my vehicle as I had a screw through the sidewall. Price was good, I had them install the tires as well. About a week later, I noticed the front right tire was losing air, so I took it back to them. They found the issue which was a leaky valve stem. (Nothing I could have done to cause this). They repaired it for free, but informed me next time they would charge me. I also started to notice my steering wheel was vibrating at highway speeds. I took it to another shop and they said the tires were badly balance. I was not very happy with the service as I feel they should not charge me at all regardless of how many times there is an issue on a next to new tire I had just purchased when they completed the work. I was also not impressed that I paid for balancing that was done so poorly that I had to take it somewhere else to have the issue resolved. The tires themselves are good and the price was fair, but not worth the extra hassle of taking it back to White Rock to get a valve fixed and the additional cost of having tires rebalanced a month after installation.

Called ahead to get tires on my truck. I'm from out of town so I wanted to make sure I could get them while I was in town. They couldn't get the toyo tires I wanted because they were out of stock even though the one near my home could. So I settled for a diffrent brand. Over the phone I told then the exact rim I had and I ordered tires of the same size I already had on them they told me no problem at all I ordered the tires and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was no way they could mount them and that my rims were wrong (same exact size tires I had on the rims already) I ended up having to buy the tires due to my limited time and and I had another shop put them on. They offered no other solutions to make the tires work on my rims. And offered no warrenty on the tires since they would not mount them. The staff handled everything professionally, but, I am very very unhappy with the situation I was placed in.

Over the past 44 years I've been a customer of Bercher's Tires, Galloway Tires and Sears and this place beats all of the others hands down. I've vowed to not even check out any other tire store. Discount Tire has a new lifetime customer and a very vocal supporter. The employees here are incredible. Be very careful that they don't bait and switch you. I was quoted a price for a set of Hankook tires over the phone and I show up and had them put on and drove away. Didn't really look that closely at them. A couple of days later I look at them closer and see they are Pathfinders. I call them and they say they are "made by" Hankook. I only buy name brand tires so I am very sure the salesman never said "made by". He said they were Hankook. I talk to the manager and of course all he will do is order in a set of Hankook and swap them out for an extra $200. So, be careful that you get what you pay for because they will bail and switch you.

I give it three stars ONLY for the fact that they do a good job! I have made an APPOINTMENT twice. The first time was months ago to get my tires rotated. It was 45 mins past my appointment before they took my car back there. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, I just thought they were busy. Same thing this time. Car was taken back 30 mins past my appointment time. What is the point in making an appointment when walk-ins can get in front of you??

Slow down and listen to the customer. Talking over me when I had questions while on the phone was a red flag. I had a few questions regarding two different brands that they offered and the gentleman on the phone became short with me as if I shouldn't question his tire knowledge. I ended up going down the road to Grizzle where I didn't feel like I was at a rat race and the salesman politely answered my questions.

Can’t recommend enough. Front tire was losing air so I called and swung by without an appointment. They found the screw and repaired it quickly. When I asked for a rotation they let me know it wasn’t needed. A shop that doesn’t do services you don’t need is a sign of a place that won’t rip you off. Will have my future business for sure.
