It is my conviction that when it comes to tires, good customer service is imperative. While I was travelling through Brandon, one of my duallies came off its bead and needed air. I stopped by and asked if they could help me and they did not hesitate. One of the managers quickly escorted me outside saying they could certainly do it and a very personable and energetic technician named John did everything he could to get me on the road again right away. While I don't live in Brandon, this is the customer service with integrity that I would seek out for my go-to shop.
