I will say first and for most, the prices here are great. I’ve used the tire terminal twice for new tires. I understand that it was change over time for a lot of people, but the first come first service policy has a lot of flaws. I got there at 7:45 on a Saturday (before opening) there was still a line up out the door. I was told it wouldn’t take more than 2 based on my spot in line. 4 HOURS LATTER was my car done. (New tires installed and winters taken off). Four hours would be acceptable if that was the time I was given when I dropped my car off. Beware if you go there bring a book, a snack and a sleeping bag. The 40 dollars I saved going here based on their prices was not worth the wait.

Tire Terminal is a top Notch Place with excellent customer service and experience. I went to tire terminal after having a horrible experience at a meinike auto shop where they did not do a proper balance and a wheel alignment. For a couple of months i drove with vibration in my steering wheel while driving on highway thinking my tires must be no good or i have a damaged rim. I first walked in and approached a representative at the service counter. His name was Andrew M. I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained my problem and driving experiences with my truck and wanted 4 new tires and a wheel allignment. Andrew took the time and explained the company products and services and we talked about the concerns i was having with my truck and some options to look at as i had concerns my rim maybe damaged. We discussed the options of checking current rim and tires Andrew called me twice during the process to update me on what was happening to keep me informed. Andrew called not and hour and a half later to tell me the truck was finished, everything was good and ready to pick it up. It was unbelievable. The test process that he and his mechanics wanted to try, worked out. Thats experience! Andrew did not try to upsell me, he took the time to explain the services the company offers, the problems i was experiencing and the possible solutions. You feel valued as a customer. Turned out i did not need new tires. They just needed to be reinstalled and balanced and have a proper allignment. They did a test drive and confirmed everything was good. I did a test drive afterwards and everything was good. Not only has the tire terminal gained me as a regular customer and positive word of mouth referrals, but more importantly, they have gained my trust as a cutomer in a time where this level of service is hard to find. Thanks Andrew for a positive experience, your professionalism and courtesy and reinstatement as a valued customer. Oh, almost forgot, you will be hard pressed to find a better deal on tires anwhere in ontario. Tires have great prices and include install with excellent customer service which is a value in itself. Only took less than 30 mins from when I drove in to being back in my car and on my way. They have WiFi and a waiting room with a TV. if I needed tires and rims again I would be calling them first! Go elsewhere. I simply called to request pricing on a tire swap and whether that price included rotation. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending, speaking to me as if I was a child. I regret not getting his name but he was working at 3:00pm on Friday Oct. 16 and I hope he's spoken to about this. I was instantly turned off by his tone with me and would never bring my service here nor would I recommend this place to any family and friends. Great job on losing not one but many potential customers through a phone call.

If you have a vehicle with sensitive steering I'd say go elsewhere for balancing. These guys charge a fair price of $15 per tire for balancing. However... I had consistent vibration at highway speeds. I had the tires balanced at this shop and the problem existed after they balanced them. Naturally, I thought my car must have mechanical issue. I took it to a European shop to have it looked it. My car did not have any mechanical issues... except they rebalanced and rotated the tires. The problem was gone. Although Tire Terminal charges a fair price my money is wasted as I had to get the same job done twice and spent twice the money.

Complete trash experience, brought in a BMW 535xi, to replace all tires. When the vehicle was returned, the 19’ M-Sport rims were scratched, as though it was dragged or rushed while driven, deep NEW scratches on 2 of the rims. They refinished the rims in a hyper silver color when the original was alloy and refuse to fix it, watching the rim in the sun and attempting to convince me it’s the same (to this day it stands out), the nitrogen caps were replaced on 2 rims with standard black plastic caps. The new tires had a slow leak and triggered the sensors. 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH.

I haven't purchased winter tires in a very long time, I forgot how long the wait was. I went Saturday morning, got there for 7:15am. They opened about 15mins early since it was cold, thank you. It was a 2hr wait for my car to be completed. Customer service was solid. But due to the season, and how popular they are, be prepared to wait long or be sent home due to how many people are in line or are waiting to get their car

Surprisingly found these guys through google when I was searching for a store with reasonable price for Micheline tire. They were very helpful and professional. When other leading stores were pricey, these guys were at least $50 lesser for each tire..

The guy with goatee I met at reception had a disgusting attitude and zero customer service, felt like I was walking into a joint rather than a respectable shop, not a single one of them smiled or greeted or even made eye contact as a decent human being. I advise the owners to recheck their hiring process. The only reason why I changed the tires here is because I'm traveling in couple of days and I'm in a rush. On the positive side they finished the work in one hour as they estimated and they covered the wheels properly. I'm assuming this place is surviving on the professionals at the back but the guys in the front are placing a negative image and wasting their efforts. Lastly, this place will never see my face again and I'm glad to say I will never see theirs again. Good luck

This place is amazingly efficient. Basically I was in and out in 20 minutes from the moment I walked in. I was able to balance and install a tire on a new rim (old one was damaged). I have dealt with Tire Terminal in the past on a few occasions and was very pleased with the work done for me. My last visit was not too recent, but remember having them put a patch on one of my tires after I got a screw puncture from Metalogics Inc. I am very pleased at their expertise and great service when I had my tire problem back then. I have always recommended them to others and hopefully was able to offer them a few more clients to serve.

Love these guys! Hehehe it's almost my second home due to my BMW always having tire issues because our roads are just not meant for this type of car. But they have always gone above and beyond to help me with my tires. All the guys there are just a fantastic bunch of people with a great sense of humour. My daughter loves them. Excellent prices, mostly friendly staff but this year they seem to be having problems serving customers in a reasonable amount of time. Brought my Mercedes there and was in the waiting room for over 3 hours. Appears on that day that both their balancing machines broke down and my tires had to be taken to another location to be balanced. The next day I brought my Volvo there (this was simply a swap of tires - all on rims already). I was there for over 2 hours waiting. In total I spent 5 hours for 2 cars which I find unacceptable for a person with a busy schedule. If it wasn't for the great prices and mostly friendly staff, plus previous good experiences I would have given less stars. Hopefully they will redeem themselves in the fall! :)

Very disappointed Bought brand new tires with rotation and alignment from this location I noticed feeling while driving on highway after was not right like its was shaking my car and steering but since it's my first suv the tires might do that. I just thought of re balancing my tires where I usualy go to swap my tires from the winter for my other house hold cars, I couldn't belive my eye how the weight were off by 5 ounce from combined 4 tires . The rear were not that bad but the front for off more by 1.5 After getting the wheels re balanced, the suv drove like a charm.. Im really Sad that I have sent you guys allot of business but I think this will change. If I had not re balanced my tie rod ball joint would have been screwed.

I've been visiting Tire Terminal since 2017. I highly recommend their services to friends and family. They are professional and quick to service my car. Other places you would end up waiting minimum 2 hours just for a seasonal/winter tire swap. This place gets it done in a Jiffy. Also, they offered the best winter tire/Rim set out there. As everyone knows winter tires are not cheap. This place gives you the best price for your dollar. I wish I had known this place earlier, because other tire places your pretty much wasting your time and money. well to start this was my first time at the Tire Terminal. I've seen a few posts on social media and figured since i bought new wheels i needed somewhere to go to get them put on. As i arrived a gentleman named Andrew was professional and greeted me and quickly checked me in and before i knew it my truck was done. In and out within 20 mins! Amazing as i went on my lunchtime. Not crazy on giving reviews but felt like this place really needed to be recognized. My truck looks great thanks to these guys and ill definitely recommend them to everyone.Thanks again!!!!!!!

I was looking to replace a Goodyear Triple Tread tire for my daughter's car. Tried my regular place in Brampton...looked everywhere, at least 10 other places either did not have one or out of stock and could not get one for 3 weeks...Not only did The Tire Terminal find the exact tire, it came in at a much better price than anywhere else, installed and balanced. Excellent service. I had a bolt wedge into my tire and called Tire Terminal to see if it could be fixed. Their phone service was fast and friendly and when I brought my car in, they let me know that the damage was too much and that the tire would need to be replaced, which they did in a timely manner for a fair price. Phew the wait time!! I mean go on Saturday if you can wait for ... well your guess is as good as mine because they really don't give you time .. came in at 8 am was told to come back in 2 hours to get your vehicle.. came at 10 am .. said it will take another 2 hours ... at 12 am another 2 hours .. got my car at 2:30 pm . So from 8 am waited for more than 6 hours! What's more frustrating that they don't issue you any ticket, or a time frame so when will your turn come? you have no idea of knowing... The sitting area is comfortable. The service itself is good. Its too early to say anything about the winter tires . So far so good. Staff was bit rude but that's okay they had a lot on their hand ... Would have been a 5 star if they can have a system of waiting time in place when you can get at least an idea when you will get your car back .. If you want peace of mind go on a weekday. Edited: Came for the winter tires. Yes too much traffic there at your desks.

I recently had my car serviced at the dealership and was advised that one of my tires had to be replaced. When I called back to get a quote and I asked which tire it was they wouldnt tell me... only mentioned the cost of replacing the tire. I decided to get a second opinion and Tire Terminal came highly recommended. I went and discussed my issue with Andrew and he did a visual inspection and advised he couldn't see anything wrong. Andrew went a further step and said he would take the tires off and check to really make sure nothing was wrong since the dealer did say one had to be replaced. The guys advised me NOTHING was wrong with my tires and they did not have to be replaced and decided to rotate my tires for me since they were already off. Thank you to Andrew and associates for saving me time and MONEY from not following what the dealership wanted me to do...spend money on one new tire. I highly recommend Tire Terminal for all your tire needs because if they wanted to they could have also lied and said I need a tire just for the business but they didnt...and now they have a customer who will return because of their honesty. Thanks again Tire Terminal!

Went here to get my winter tires switched. My tires were on rims. Generally a 10 min job. Arrived at 1 pm and they said it will be 2.5 hours. After 3.5 hours, they said it will be another hour. Unbelievable that it would take 4.5 hours to change tires when the estimate was 2.5. Waste of time visiting, never again!!

I had a flat tire and also a ruined wheel. I texted them, got everything sorted out and was given an accurate and fair quote immediately after a few quick and painless questions (thank you Andrew!) the boys at the front are swell guys, and I paid a low low rate for parts and labour, it was not bad at all. Nothing extra was pushed on me either and they fixed my wheels in what felt like less than 20 minutes. Go with these guys if you got tire problems or whatever else they can do for you, they’re top notch. Highly recommended.

Minimal waiting time, I was able to see the tire first before they were mounting them on my car. I love the video cameras in the waiting room that show the work area. I will recommend The Tire Terminal and definitely come back with my other car for tire services. Nov 2021 update: The service is second to none. I had my appointment booked two weeks ahead. Remember, it is the busy season for winter tires. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The new winter tires were mounted and the summer rims bagged and stored in the trunk. This time I opted for pressure monitors. One was not syncing with my car, but Tire Terminal first checked the sensor and then replaced it at no charge and no waiting time, even without an appointment. I recommend these guys to any one who is looking for new tires and rims. Great Job done, Thank you.

After several attempts at other tire companies, I found Tire Terminal. They had my exact tire which weirdly, I couldn't locate in most other places. They where fast in terms of assisting my needs, attempted to find a more economical tire for my cars age and installed in appx. 30 mins. Most importantly to me, is they where able to get me an appt within my time frame for installation. All in time for winter, which my old tires would not have done well in. Last but not least, in terms of Covid-19 Tire Terminal has excellent measures in place from social distancing to plexi barriers. 100% felt safe and secure throughout the experience.

Really Very disappointed with the service. I been using them for both my commercial trucks and personal Vehicles for tire swaps in winter and summer. Few weeks ago I took my Mercedes benz S550 for summer tire swap. After the swap when I went home the Tire pressure sign came on and I called them back they said it will reset after few KM's of driving. After a week when this sign didn't go I took the car back and spoke with Josh at service and he sent the car for checkup . After few mins they brought the car out and told me that both front tire sensors are missing and he had no answer how they went missing. After few Questions he assured me that he will escalate this problem to their manager Ryan and he will have an answer for me. Now its like 4 weeks and still haven't heard from tire terminal at all. This is really disappointing. I didn't change the rims it was only tire swap and don't know why they had to touch the sensors as they are mounted on the rims. Still waiting for an answer from tire terminal. Please be aware and if you have tire sensors make sure to check them before leaving their facility.

Amazing service and excellent prices, the staff very friendly and helpful to let me decide, my only complain is because the person who is in charge for the alienation didn’t show up and they couldn’t do the service in my vehicle to know if I really need it. They asked me to back another day when I have time, but just in the first month to get it for free, now is to late and if I want to get a free revision. However, I have to pay if I need the alienation or not, hopefully they let me know the next time if the guy will be there to avoid this. I went so far for this amazing service and great prices, but the guy who was in charge for the alienation service makes looks bad the full place. Instead to tell the client you have only one month to back and do it, could be better to let us know “whenever you have a time please back to do the free check to your vehicle” In the end we have to pay anyway for the alienation right? They had to take off old tires from rims and put new tires on to those rims and install onto my vehicle which they did for an exceptionally low price of 20$/tire...can't beat that! I went to Active Green and Ross, OK Tire and then to Tire Terminal. I ended up going with Tire Terminal because they had a great selection of tires, good rates and very professional. I had initially went there for a quote for Kuhmo tires. They explained that they were a Goodyear dealer and they get better pricing on Goodyear products. They could order the Kuhmos for me because it was a highly rated tire when you look at the reviews online. However they couldn't guarantee what their customer service would be like if something was to go wrong. They recommended the Dunlop Winter Maxx. I did my research and the reviews were just as good. So I went with their recommendation. It took about 1.5 hours to do the service. They have a nice waiting area and wifi access. If you want Goodyear tires, this is the place to go!

I’ve been the customer for some time. It is a decent place to buy/swap tires. Proximity to my workplace is a big plus. I work with the GTAA and many of our departments bring the vehicles for the tire service here. Usually, there are no complaints, however, my latest experience was a bit ruined. I usually bring my car over here to swap the tires and have them stored for the season. After the service, I noticed a charge for the TPMS Reset which was around $20. My 2016 Honda Civic EX is not equipped with the TPMS (only U.S. models are). When asked the gentleman who issued the invoice, he started arguing with me by saying that my car does have the TPMS. Long story short, the charge was reversed and the gentleman apologized for charging me for the TPMS reset. Although he was still adamant that my car was equipped with it and added that the TPMS on my car can be reset with a button under the steering wheel. I’m still looking for this “button”. As for the tire storage, the price I currently pay for 6 months used to pay for all 12 months of storage. Quite a spike, if you ask me. Maybe it’s time to look for another tire place.

I have got tired replaced by them twice. I was informed that I should call before coming in to make sure it's not a long wait. They told me it wouldn't be long but 2 hours in and I could still see my car sitting outside. Make sure you don't have any appoints around the time you want to change tires as it can be very uncertain. Also I felt that the staff was a bit too casual. It could be helpful to be a little more professional. Also, any company I have reached out has always just asked for the car make and model and can tell me what tires I would need. Unfortunately tire terminal does not have access to the program that enables this and you need to know your tires before going in.

If I could give Tire Terminal zero stars, I would. Worst service ever experienced, was insulted by staff, and they do not stand behind the products they sell. Embarrassed to say I had actually recommended this place to others. Bought 4 new tires less than 8 months ago. Haven't even driven 5500 km yet. However at a regular oil change, the shop I went to advised me that my two front tires were bald. Upset, but not overly so...YET. After all, some times, things happen and that is why there is customer service and product rating guarantees. In I went. Spoke with Nathaniel (I think that was his name). I explained situation and without even looking at my vehicle was told that for "transparency sake", he was going to advise me that "if" I chose to have tires replaced at Tire Terminal, I would have to pay for new tires and pay for an alignment as that was probably the issue and should have had done originally. I advised him that I had inquired about a wheel alignment when I got original tires replaced as this has always been a recommendation when I've had tires changed in the past on other vehicles. The response I received had been non-committal, which to me, indicates "no". Besides staff was more interested in the client that was looking at new rims and much more expensive tires than mine. I've since discovered that they do free wheel alignment assessments. That option was definitely not offered to me, even AFTER my inquiry. Would have gladly done. When I told "Nathaniel" this fact, he said that this was not possible. He advised me that I should have noticed something was wrong with my tires and brought in car sooner. When I asked for a manager, he told be he was one and that there was nothing he would do for me. No replacement, no discount. My response was that if that was the case, then I would not be having service here. He smuggly told me that this was my choice, that he wanted no negativity in HIS shop and that...and I quote... "not our fault YOU are a bad vehicle owner". At this point I finally got angry. I turned, told the customer behind me not to get anything done here and left. I drove to Canadian Tire, where I got exceptional service, four all new tires (yes only needed two, but no longer trusted product I had from Tire Terminal), got my new tires balanced and aligned with full service and product guarantees. Don't waste your time at Tire Terminal. Funny enough if they had replaced my two tires at no cost or even at a discount (which would likely have cost them under $60), I would have paid for an alignment and probably walked away happy. Goes to show what bad customer service can get you!!!

For example I used to pay $85 tires storage in 2017 then $125 in 2018 and now they are asking for $180 . it was my last time using their service .

this place definitely doesn’t care about its customers. I think they have too many that they just don’t need any more. Went in to drop off my car to get winter tires put on. Dropped it off and they said they would call me when it’s ready for pick up. Perfect! I confirmed the car would be ready today because I have work tomorrow. They assured me it would. Called them at 6 because nobody had gotten back to me. THEYRE CLOSED! Called them the next morning asking if it was ready and why nobody called-they couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for my inconvenience of having to take an Uber to work.

Not only did I wait 6 hours to get 2 tires replaced!!! I was given a price installed out the door for $189 a tire then magically a "miscommunication" happened where tax wasn't added on the price. Usually when someone asks for an out the door price and they are given a quote it is good business to stick with their word.

Yesterday, Aug 18, I had the opportunity to experiance a friendlyness and great service that you dont find too often these days. I have an old split rim wheel off a 52 Merc dump truck that I use at the cottage to " take stuff to the dump" One of the tires went flat so tried to get it fixed at several other tire repair shops. No luck. The I happened on The Tire Terminal and life changed. Right from the young fella on the front desk to the guys in the back, especialy dude named "Kevin". To say that he was helpful would be an understatement. He was unable to fix it but was really helpful in directing me to where I could along with with a note of who to call and ph number. The prices are fair, but it does not justify waiting 3-4 hours to change 2 tires. We were told the wait time would be quick, around 1 hour.. can front desk at least recommend to drop the car off and come back? It is a Thursday afternoon, there's no reason why this simple service should take this long. Also, watching the mechanics just walk past your car on the surveillance is just agonizing. I have mixed feelings about this place. The good thing about them is that they performed the service I asked for, they put on my winter tires with no functional issues. Additionally, the prices were very fair/decent and the guys working at front desk seemed to know their products well/could speak intelligently to winter tires - they didn't try to unnecessarily up sell me on a more expensive tire, instead, they went over the options and let me pick. I liked how honest and non pushy they were during the sales process and as a result, I saved a lot of money from what the dealer would have charged. However, the wait time was absurd. I got in just after 8 AM and didn't leave the shop until 2:30 PM. Normally, I wouldn't be so bothered since it is busy season, however, I was told at around 8 AM that it would take 2.5-3 hours, which was clearly way off. I don't know if this was just a bad guess or a lie to make me feel comfortable with waiting, but I would've done other things if I knew I had 6 hours to spend instead of 2.5 hours. Again, I understand it's busy season and knew I was going to have to wait a while, but to be so inaccurately advised of my wait time was disappointing, every time I followed up the wait time kept getting pushed back. Further, when I asked about how many cars were ahead of me, the numbers didn't add up. I was told 'X' amount were ahead of me, but I physically watched double that get in front of me, I am not sure what kind of queue system they use. Lastly, and perhaps the most annoying thing, the mechanics need to be more careful. Not only did my car interior get dirty (dust/dirt on the dashboard under the windshield, no idea how) but they managed to scratch my car on the body under the rear passenger door, possibly from getting it up on the hoist. It's one thing to make me wait a long time, but to physically damage my car is unacceptable. If you want to get a good product at a good price, come here, but be careful as they don't seem to be too careful or concerned with the cleanliness/condition of your car throughout the process.

You get what you pay for. Good people but a bit sloppy. I've had my hub rings lost (they did go and get me replacements eventually) and just recently had winter tires changed - not bagged properly tossed around my car (even missed the plastic i had on the seats) - dirt on seats. Got tired balanced and even for that I had to return a second time. A little attention to detail would help.

The good: -service was quick -one of the reps was really helpful when i asked him questions about purchasing new rims The bad: -unwelcoming environment at first. the 5-6 reps saw that I had come in, looked up at me and looked back down without any sort of acknowledgement or greeting or anything at all -messy. shoe marks and dirt were left in the car and the tool used to remove the tire out of it's case and thrown on the seat I know this place has great reviews- which is why I thought I'd try it out, but I probably won't return.

Worst service - Arrived at location at 4:25 for tire change. Website and pylon sign says open until 5:30 pm. Was told by the rep we close at 4:30 and cannot change or provide service. Such a disgrace. Update your hours online and on pylon sign. Waste of time, leaving from work early just to be denied service! Pathetic!!

They claimed to balance my tires however there was vibration throughout the car. They told me to buy two new tires. Vibration was still there after. Amazing place to buy your tires. After a long hunt for buying winter tires for a good price I've came across tire terminal and wow the prices are good and the service was outstanding. Mike (one of the sales rep) helped me pick the right tires for my car. Not only did he help me, he as well helped my other family members with their cars too. Will not be returning. This shop opens at 7:30, I showed up at 8:30 and cued my car for a winter tire change. I spent almost 8 HOURS waiting for my car to be worked on--people that had come in after me left BEFORE me. The staff are very sarcastic and almost get mad at you for inquiring about your vehicle and after waiting all day for my car, while in their possession my brake light no longer worked. I called the shop back (during open hours, might I add) and sat on the line for 10 mins to have no one pick up. This is ridiculous! Never again.

I was really impressed with my experience at Tire Terminal. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by a representative at the front desk. He was very courteous and helpful. The service staff took my car in efficiently and offered for me to sit in their waiting room while I waited. The waiting room was big, comfortable, and clean, with a TV screen that showed my car being worked on in their shop. My winter tires were put on quickly, therefore my waiting time was minimal. When the job was done, I was called back to the front desk, where another friendly and helpful representative assisted me. Needed to change my Winter tires to All season tires. Purchased brand new All season tires for a 2013 Chrysler 200. When my car was returned I noticed the original mental valve caps for the tire were replace with rubber valve caps. I checked my Winter tires the rubber valve caps are missing. THEY STOLE MY METAL VALE CAPS! In addition, they broke the Chrysler Car Wheel Centre Hub Cap on one of my wheels and did not bother to discuss it with me. I noticed it was sitting in the drink tray later that day. I called them about the the Hub cap and they brushed of the fact they broke claiming the car is 7 years old and therefore them breaking the cap is acceptable and when i called back about my missing metal valve caps they said a supervisor would contact me. I emailed a day later after no call back and still no response. Beautiful weather today so I rolled down my window and hear a funny sound coming from my tire. I check out the the sound and I found ... AN ALLEN KEY STUCK IN THE WHEEL! This is a negligent business!

I was told there's one car ahead of me, 3 other cars went in. Maybe there's a VIP pass i can get. Their excuse its busy season. Well if you know that, you should get more people on the floor! After my review, Mr.Ryan contacted me , he fixed the flat tire Free Of Charge. And also issued me a new invoice to get my $70.00 rebate which I think I will get from the manufacturer eventually.. This way I got the remedy. After this rebate my purchase was the cheapest in the market from Tire Terminal.. Following was my old review. Horrible! Was there to buy Michelin and Tire Terminal tried their best to sell me Goodyear.They Installed Michelin next day inside out (with dates insides), without checking the tire pressure monitoring sensors(TPMS) , valves and stems. Visited them twice with the complaint and they didn't fixed it and even did not re torqued the nuts. I got these things fixed from Lexus free of charge when ordered wheel alignment to them(costed $129.99+Tax only) Tire Terminal quoted $148.00 plus tax for the wheel alignment alone. Even COSTCO double checks and resets TPMS and replaces Valves and Stems free of charge with many other free additional services. And if needed Costco service TMPS for $4.00 each only. Tire Terminal is very unprofessional place that pretends to be professional. Moreover Michelin rejected my $70.00 rebate and I think its because of this company is not present on Michelin website as their authorized dealer either. Costco that sells almost everything is way more professional in their Tire Services.

Their website didn't show prices for the tires but it did offer an option to text with staff from the physical location. Staff responded promptly and recommended good tires for a good price. I looked everywhere for specific all terrain tires that had great reviews. Everyone I contacted had them on backorder for 3 weeks and I admit I was caught with sub par tires for the early snowfall. I called tire terminal and they told me that could get it in 2 days, so I ordered them. The tires came the next day and I had them installed the day after on a walkin (early because they had the decency to let me know that people practically sit out front to claim a spot in line during the busy season). Driving in the city there were no issues at all, I havent tested the balancing on the highway yet, but I doubt ill see any issues. The staff were super friendly and accommodative, all while going on 12+hour shifts during the busy time of year. My experience with them was a true 5 star rating. I will definitely come back to these guys for my next set of tires, but next time I'll schedule way before November. Thanks so much for the help guys! Loving my tires! I will definitely be referring you to everyone I know who need some tires.

Recently purchased snow tires. Disappointed with service of front desk reps and technician. Not even 2 weeks after installation of tires, tire bursted on highway due to low pressure. Rep on phone was extremely rude and was trying to blame me for causing the burst. When i questioned how could tire burst due to low pressure, rep informed this is due to Michelin's quality of tire. After paying $300 for new tire, 2 days later tire reported low pressure. Had to use own road side assistance for tire pressure and CAA confirmed that tires recently installed were not checked properly for tire pressure which could have caused another burst and additional cost. Do not recommend this place for any one looking for tire change and peace of mind. Extremely unhelpful staff and poor service.

Replaced new all season tires for my Dodge Grand Caravan month and half ago spent almost $850.00 tires and alignment but just recently drove the car on the Highway first time after the change, at the speed of 110KM/hour can feel the vibration of one tire which was not balanced properly, I called them to for a quote on snow tires with rims which was going to be around $1400.00 which was reasonable and was ok to get them I told them about the issue I had with the previous balancing and requested them that when changing to my new snow tires, to please fix the issue with the balancing of the all season tire which I had replaced recently done. they said it was more than a month we cannot fix the problem, I was not told of the 30days guarantee, and not that I am complaining after a year its just reasonable amount of time, and I didn't know this problem until I drove it on the highway, also the attitude of the sales rep was not good all. Made me feel that they don't need my business, Well now I will go some where else, the way they talked to me as though they were the only one tire shop in the whole of GTA. They didn't care about the business I was about to give them, so please go to some one who really needs your business.

Yesterday, I lost a tire on the highway and needed new tires. I did a lot of research and when I phoned, a guy named Mike answered and was incredibly helpful in my search for tires. He had them in and ready for installation in less then 24 hrs, they are a great place to go and Mike is a really helpful, friendly CSR. I appreciate all the help received. Just note that the cost given doesn't include alignment on your new tires. I wasn't informed of this prior to purchase and it was a bit of a negative aspect to the company. Even then though the manager called to try and find a resolution for me. The team really cares about you. I would definitely come back.

Sold me a set of “NEW” tires which are: almost 6!!!!!!! Years old!!!!!! 3 were made in August if 2013 and the 4th one in 2015!!! It is 2019 now! Many manufacturers Recommend replacing tires after 5 years as beyond that tires are deemed UNSAFE so.... I was taken for “a ride”. “My fault”, bought the tires over the phone. Decide for yourself if you want to deal with such UNSCRUPULOUS establishment.....

I had to give one star cause it wouldn't let me give them no stars ! I bought winter tires from these people and they installed my winter tires which took 4 hour! When they installed my winters they place the wrong size bolt on my car cause they lost my original one. They replace the one lost bolt with anther one that was two size two big. They damaged my steel rim on my winters placing the wrong size bolt on my car! They also lost two of my wheel locks which was never mentioned to me at all! when i called the shop to explain to them what was found i spoke to a man name shawn! This man laughed and told me i had no idea what i was talking about me. When i asked to speak to the manger Shawn once again laughed and said " Nope you're not talking to him! Haha Ryan is in a meeting you're not talking to him !" Then Shawn hung up the phone on me before allowing me to leave my number for Ryan to call me about the problem !

First time visiting The Tire Terminal and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Process was very straightforward, I booked an appointment through their website, they send you a confirmation with a quote, once they receive the tires (they have a huge inventory) they’ll text you to let you know when to drop by. The guys working there are very nice and help you out with any questions and maybe it was the time of the year (January) but I was in and out in 20 minutes. Best part was I saved $300 over the price at the dealer. Whohoo!

Affordable used tires for my car, cheaper than everyone else I have called. The place is clean, professional, and a good waiting area. There is no direct view of the garage BUT they have a monitor of various camera angles where you can see them servicing your vehicle. They have a large TV too, to watch... TV. They also offer WiFi and water. When I call on the phone, the person is very polite and cheerful. The frontline could be more welcoming but they are still very helpful and professional. For the price, I didn't expect the place to be of such caliber.

I was in a month ago to get 4 winter tires and the steel rims as well. I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk named andrew. He was very thorough over the phone when I had questions about the different types of tires and even at the store he took the time to finalize everything without up selling. I was in and out in under hour. Clean installation they bagged my regular tires nicely and left them in the back seat and trunk along with a bag of bolts and nuts. When driving I don't hear any road noise at all after purchasing the mirage tire. Thank you andrew and the rest of the staff. I was in yesterday to buy those floor mats for 45 bucks great buy.

I went there to look into buying some winter tires. The gentleman that helped me was anything but helpful. He simply told me the brand names of the tires available in the size I needed and didn't even mention any specifics(make, model, advantages, disadvantages etc). I had to ask him to show me the tires and he sat in his chair and showed me each one by pointing them out on a tire rack beside him and told me the price. I couldn't even identify exactly which ones he was referring to. At that point I decided this would be a waste of time. When I go shopping for tires I want a place that actually seems like they want my business and would like to help me. Not sure how they sell anything there if this is how they do their business. How does a tire sales place expect to simply tell me the brands of tires available, give me the prices and expect me to buy anything when I know absolutely nothing about the product. Absolutely infuriating. I won't mention the salesperson's name because I understand everyone has bad days, but this whole experience was just plain awful.

Some may not like the "First Come First Served" policy. This is especially true for tire services during changeover season. Maintenance appointments are available for other work. To me, driving the distance from Oakville is well worth it. Economical service, friendly staff, very clean most of the time (tire change over season is different), comfy couches and cars plus reliable information
