I was there today to put on a new set of rims and install and balance my tires on it, as i left and got on to the highway i got up to 100km/h and got alot of vibrations, so i went back to the shop. the and the owner said they cant do anything about that. one of the mechanic saw the car there again and offered to take a look at it for free, they examined it and told me my steering rack and some other stuff was bad. I said ok and just took the car home, as i examined it my self i fount the 2 front wheel were only snug up and not actually tightened. i torqued it my self, took the car back on the highway and it drove perfect. my take away point is they are incompetent .

Terrible Customer Service I was attempting to get tires replaced for an older Van and was told 45 Minutes to an Hour. Acceptable. However, they took over an hour to get started on my vehicle and another 40 minutes to come out of the back shop, only to inform me IN THE LOUDEST possible voice that the nuts on my wheels were seized and one of them busted. He then stated to everyone else waiting that "This Kid" is the reason you are all waiting. He straghit up embarrassed me in front of everyone just to protect his own ego as he clearly had no idea what he was actually doing. I can safely say I will not be returning or recommending this "Joint" to anyone I care about. Regards, Embarrassed van driver

I have been a customer of Ray’s tire for the better part of 30 years. The last eight however I was driving a company vehicle which had to be serviced at a designated dealership, so when I left that company and purchase my own vehicle this year and needed winter tires installed, I went to Ray’s. Just as I have always experienced, I got quoted and charged a very fair price, cheaper than elsewhere but regardless of that the work was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I would go nowhere else in Brampton for any of my tire needs and happy to be able to come back to Ray’s!

Bought brand-new Pirellis there, went back a week later for an alignment and I'll never go back. My interior was in show-room condition and they got grease everywhere. All over the drivers side and cargo area. I managed to wipe off the globs of grease on the vinyl, but the carpets are permanently black and disgusting. I can no-longer claim "show-room condition"

Got set of 4 used tires and was told there's a 30 days warranty.Front 2 started ripping off of the rim within 2 weeks. Went back and they said it's my fault i should've driven carefully not hitting any potholes as this damaged was caused by potholes and is not covered under warranty. Never ran into any pothole, i barely drive my car only on weekends.On top of that these guys were very rude and told me only thing they can do is give me another set of tires and will give me 50$ off of the price. Would never suggest someone to go here. Terrible customer service.

Horrible service. I took my car in to diagnose an odd noise coming from the rear of the car. I was told that it was the hub bearings coupled with the brakes. After paying $1,400 I went on my way. Less than 2 months later the noise came back and I had it taken to another mechanic who told me that not only did my brakes needed to be replaced, the hub bearings were gone completely. Since I was told my brakes were under warranty, I took it back to Ray's and was told that it was my fault that the hub bearings were gone. Not only this, but the mechanic was out of the shop for 4 DAYS. They then told me that my brakes weren't covered under warranty because my drive shaft was gone as well, and thats what caused the bearings to be shot again. However, when I took my vehicle to them, they never once mentioned my driveshaft. I told them that i'd see them in court and arranged for my car to be towed. Less than 30 minutes later, I received a call from william begging me to keep my car with them as it will be top priority. Yesterday morning I received a call from dan who told me they'll fix my bearings, and I can take my car to another mechanic (which was my decision), but in the evening when I called to confirm my vehicle was ready, William told me they simply put the bearings in a bag in my car. I asked how come they didn't put the bearings in, to which he responded with "we don't do bearings here". Don't waste your time and money here.

Terrible customer service. I told them my tire size three times. First on the phone, I had advised them I wanted to put a set of tires aside as I was going to purchase and pick them up after work. I got there and nothing was set aside. I told them again what size and even wrote it down on paper. They said they found the tires I was looking for and packed it up and put them in bags for me. When I got home to check the tires, they gave me the WRONG SIZE. So frustrating.

My tire popped so I had it towed here to change. I pre paid; went to pick it up when they were closed drove about two meters and my car would no longer move. The back wheels were moving while the front wheels were dragging. I had to leave it there for the night; left a note for them on the window shield and went back as soon as they opened. When I went in the morning and told them the situation one specific guy told me that nothing was in their faul as they drove my car from the garage to lot and it drove perfectly. Convinced me that my breaks were trash. And if I wanted my car fixed itd be an extra $100 on top of the $306 I've already paid..... After speaking to someone else turns out they put the wrong tire size on. Wouldn’t recommend. Wouldn’t come back.

Went to get one tire replaced and they broke my tire sensor and told me that it was already broken inside. It was just fine right before I dropped the car to replace the tire and was showing fine tire pressure on 4 sides. Then it Showed 0 pressure on the tire they replaced and when I questioned them they said it was already broken, which they know that it’s not and they know that it was done by them but don’t want to admit. Now I have to spend money on it ???? I would never recommend them to anyone

Great tires prices. But the always say your alignment is off, which for me was two cars over two weeks. Got it checked somewhere else and nothing wrong other my alignment. Also today said my brakes need replacing, which I changed out less than 8 months ago. Anyway point being GET YOUR TIRES here but don't believe the extra stuff they mention. GREAT PRICES GREAT PRODUCT GREAT SERVICE.

They should take down their advertised hours and just put "whenever the f*** we feel like it". Left work early to be there for 5pm, they say they close at 7pm. Door was locked when I pulled and as I'm standing there trying to figure out if I have the right entrance, the guy turns the sign around. When he had to let customers out, his answer was "ya...we got a lot of tires to bring in, ok?" Guess they have too much business to care that they just lost 2 potentials. They probably dont need yours either.

Avoid at all costs, worst shop in the GTA. Waited almost 3 hours, and after they were finally done, was charged nearly double what I was quoted. Nothing wrong with the customer service, they even have a tv in the waiting area. But anyone who says this place is good has not yet experienced what good tire service is. Good place for tires at good prices. They give you a 30 day warranty as well. Its first come first serve so it's best to go early if your changing tires before winter. They also have the cutest shop dog. This is the only tire shop that my husband and I have been going to for 5 years and I've never had any issues!

Went in today, had a flat tire and got towed in. I called before to make sure he had my rare tire and wanted it used, and they did, for a really cheap price. Not only did Ray get me the tire but he gave me a brand new tire for a lil cheaper price so I left the remainder as a tip. Professional service and I was in/out in 10 min. Very efficient.

These guys know their stuff. Been going here for years and treat me with respect and have gone out of their way to help me out in difficult situations. If your looking for a fancy store with a warm and fuzzy feeling where you get a coffee and newspaper don't bother coming here. This isn't a fancy store but if you want a place that serves your tire needs and guys that know the business this is the place to come. Danny and William are straight up guys who tell you like it is and give you the best options for your car.

I had a nail in my tire so I brought my car in for a patch. They told me that the damage wasn’t enough to warrant a patch. They removed the nail and sent me on my way with no bill. They could have easily done the work and billed me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Highly recommend for honest work.

I hardly write reviews for anything, but these guys were all fantastic, making changing tires great again. From the owner to the two guys working, they were all pros. Called them up, right when I got there showed me the tires, I gave them the go and had it done. Even showed me an issue i had with the car. Owner also gave the card with his signature and 30 days for the tires. I definitely wasnt expecting this kind of attention to detail from a hole in the wall type shop. 5 stars

They had fast service but had given me incorrect information telling me that my rims fit and there was no issue. As I was driving the whole car was shaking and I brought it to another tire place they tell me that the tires are out of balance, and the lug-nuts were forced on and damaged the rims. I have been here before and had good service so I guess its hit or miss.

This place is affordable but the service is horrible. I read reviews before I went to the shop and seen some customer service issues but I still went anyways. When I got there they didn't pay me much attention and didn't give me proper instructions in regards to waiting. Also the owner made a racist comment, saying "Dont go back in the garage, there isn't any "brothers" back there" I wouldn't recommend this place but if your penny saver with thick skin, this is the place to be.

Every spring and before the snow fall I trust Rays tire depot to change and rotate my tires. Over the years I have bought new and used tires at reasonable prices. The wait is usually not long and the staff and employees are friendly, courteous, efficient . If you are looking for new or used tires, I would recommend this family owned business.

DONT ever bring your car for service here. DAN & WILLIAM are NOT PROFESSIONAL. They put tires On my car and FORGOT TO SCREW THE BOLT BACK IN. THE TIRE ALMOST FLEW OFF ON THE HIGHWAY. Went in to get my rims swapped only and was quoted $20 a wheel and at that price I expect new wheel weights. The job was completed but I see that they used old weights. I mark my weight locations as a precaution in case a weight flies off and I have already lost two weights on my wheels and have developed a horrible vibration that a balance is supposed to take care of. My experience initially was decent but then it soured once I see old, used product used on a service that other places would use new items at the same price. I would not recommend.

I Drove 45min down to get my tires changed through traffic and the owner greets me with a we're closed all my guys have left at 6:40pm should've been here at 6pm as if I'm supposed to know that. Why advertise your open till 7pm if you close at 6pm?

I did not know much about tires but after having left Rays Tire and had 4 used tires put on never felt my car ride so smoothly. All the staff was helpful and imformative. I will definitely be going back for my winter tires. The service was less than 45 minutes.

Decent shop. Had to wait a bit obviously because everyone and their dog is getting winter's put on. Comes with the time of year. Got a set of used winter's and decent price. To avoid you getting disappointed get there an hour plus early to get a spot. I was there at 10 and they opened at 11 and I still was number 8 in the queue. And that place maxed capacity pretty quickly after. I had my car back at 2pm. For your information!

I am extremely disappointed with my service or I should say lack of service from Ray's Tire Depot. I paid $200 to have 4 used tires to be balanced and installed. Not one of my tires was balanced and another tire had a bald patch on it and another tire was leaking because the rims was not cleaned before putting the tire on. I had to take my car to my mechanic where they told of the issues with my used tires that I had purchased and what Ray's Tire guys didn't do. I went back to Ray's and they put another tire and say the cleaned the rim and fixed the leak. They made no offer to compensate me only that I should have come back there. I wonder how Dan would feel if he received the same kind of service or if this had happened to his mother who works for him. While I was sitting there a gentleman had come who had purchased a tire only 2 days before and was going to have his mechanic install it only to find out it had a slash in it. They replaced it for him. I wonder how much this happens. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Thanks for the terrible service!!

Not the kind of people you want to deal with.. Completely unprofessional.. Went there for tire change and they forgot to put wheel cover back on the wheel and when I came back to ask for wheel cover they said somebody must have stole it at night.. Then found the wheel cover in their shop and the guy told one of his workers to put it back on wheel who even did not bother to put it back properly.. Unprofessional and pathetic service.

I don't recommend it, wouldn't go back because of their awful service.....!!! My husband and I went there today around 11:45 am to get snow tires, they told us they would take our car in 1:15 min so we went out to have lunch and came back. When we came back we still had to wait 3 more hours at their shop, we didn't leave until after 4 pm because the guy had our car keys in his pocket and forgot about us (even though we were there), it wasn't until we asked him how long more it was going to take when he realized that he had missed us. They were very busy and we understand that, but they didn't even try to compensate us for their mistake.

Just got 2 nice, used conti's, installed with 4 wheel alignment , 12 pm in, 12:45 out , good price , good service, will return. // Returned today to get change over for winter tires , place is suppose to open at 8:30am , I arrive at 8:15 to get a spot and theirs 20 people inside the store along with 20 sets of keys on counter, people walking ahead of you in line , staff not controlling anything and just taking keys. You call in , they put you on hold and don't return to call, 5 star dropped to 3

Absolute horrible mechanics. Workmenship is sub par and have no concern for the safety I could have been killed from the way they put my tires back on. Not even a day later my front right tire had almost completely back off. I'm lucky it didn't fly off on the highway

They broke my tire pressure sensor which was working absolutely fine, when I asked they were so rude. Don’t know how to deal with customers. They don’t know what they are doing. Friends please don’t waste your time and money.
