Very very poor and dissatisfying service. They are not only disorganized but also unskilled. I went for an oil change and after about 20 min. of driving from the location, my car displayed warning of low oil levels and the probable damage to the engine. The case was that these guys forgot to put the oil. Not only that, these guys tend to gather at front desk in groups of 6-8 and just chat. Overall, I wouldn’t even give New Millenium tire 1 star, if that was the option.

Looking for a used car tire to replace one that has a rim leak and have to inflate every few days. Just called them after reading on their website, that they do, in fact carry used car tires. Right on their website under the tires tab it says: "We Provide New and used tire and All kind of Repair" Not the case, only used TRUCK tires. Maybe someone should update their website and not mislead people and waste their time. Good thing I called and didn't stop there in person or I would have wasted more of my time.

Went in to get roadforce balance. I had no one talk to me for 20 min while I stood at the desk. I understand it’s busy but a little “hi I will be with you shortly” never hurts. Once I got my car in the service staff in the shop were extremely pleasant and they helped me with my issue. Prices are also reasonable from what I saw.

Very poor service after balancing two out of four tires I noticed weights falling off the rim after showing the manager what I noticed his reply was he was gonna tape it to the rim because the rim was to dirty.. I'm sorry but If this is a tire shop they should be equipped with the stuff to do the job not duct tape LOL what a joke. Rookies work here!!! Brought in new tires to change on my F150. They took almost 2 hrs to change them and placed the wheel weights on the OUTSIDE of my rims. When I confronted them with this they said "you have to tell us to place them inside". I told them to place them where they where originally - on the INSIDE. They switched it back but did NOT balance the wheel cause now the truck vibrates at 125KPH. Incompetent!!!!!

I am dealing with them from last 15 years. I got 1 used steering axle tire wheel balance 1 rim and a linement done from there. After couple of weeks I hade to get changed my both steering axle tire and have to get new rim my wheel balance was out and I have to redo my a linement too.when I went there and told them about this then they said they are not God they r human they can make mistakes too. All I want to say first of all they are new guys they don't know how to do wheel balance and if they don't know there job then why we have to pay for unproper job. That was my last visit to NMT I am done with this rude and unprofessional people

They alright but I did not leave satisfied All 4 rims were scratches around the edges after mounting the tires. A common problem that occurs when you don't mount tires properly. My car used to pull right, so I got an allignment done. Now my car pulls left just as much. I called and they said I can bring the car back to get the allignment checked. I'll update the review after the visit There are also stains in my car from the mechanics

Worst experience ever ..... i came here to get new winter tires and i was the third person who was in queue. I asked them about the status of my car and one of the front desk guy replied rudely by saying , "Stop asking about the status or i will stop working on your car " . It was the second i asked them . What kind of customer service is this ? This much hatered ? Seriously . So , according to law i have the right to ask about car every time i want to , this is not the way to behave with a customer .

Worst worst worst, anything worst I could rank them I would do. I came here for warranty replacement, while completing changeover they told me that they broke stud, which was fine until now because things happen. I requested the guy to replace it with OEM one but the guy refused it and said you go get the OEM one and we will put it for you. I still agreed said fine I will go get it and additionally pay from my own even though you guys broke it. Now I requested for ride and they told me yo drive my own car which has one broken stud on it. I was just shocked when he said it. Story doesn't end here, unfortunately I had to go with their option of installing after market stud. Since this place has lack of common sense, they broke/took bearing out of assembly, now this even made worst. Further installing bearing they forgit to install rotor protective plate, instead of putting it back they literally cut it and followed easy way of installing it. Long story short, I checked it at 9 and left from there 4:30PM, an entire day. After wasting all day my car gone through $1000 damage plus some aftermarket parts. I highly recommend people to think at least 100 times before visiting their place.

Used to be my go to tire care service spot in brampton. Noticed their rating went down since the last time I went there and now I see why. Super will quote you one thing but then when you get your receipt there are other charges which becomes a “communication error” that I as a customer get on the hook for. I was quoted for a tire and TPMS change over $120-$160 was billed over $200. When I questioned the charges supreet just walked out on his phone. Used to be my go to spot for tires but I guess I’ll have to start looking else where. UPDATE: Got home and noticed one of my center caps from my donor BMW wheel was missing ! Really disappointed with the service provided UPDATE 2: Got a call that they found my cap after my review and they meant to reach out to me next business day. When I went to pick up my cap super still was willing to start an argument saying he was in the right for only quoting me for labour and not the full job. I’m not in the mood to constantly argue with him so I didn’t bother even engaging cause there’s no point. Zero customer service here, I was told over they phone they would provide me a $20 credit but I went in I found out that it’s only good for the next time I book (to get ripped off) lol no thanks ! Won’t be back, congrats on loosing a loyal customer.

I just had a bad experience with this company. I went there with a brand new flat tire with a nail in it. They refused to fix it, instead they destroyed my new tire on our brand new BMW so we could buy a new tire with them instead. I did not find any delay as per other customers views. Staff from front desk to technicians are polite and cooperative. Especially, Monty dealt me very nicely. I installed AC compressor from them yesterday for my honda crv. Price totally reasonable. One star less, only because since I purchased crv for the last 5 years, I did not see any engine light. No sooner did compressor was installed, I found engine light on dash board. They told it is due to emission sensor faulty. I do not know if one thing is fixed then why other problem is cropped. Secondly, after installing AC, when I turn on or turn off then hissing noise comes from engine and before it did not happen like this. If I have to replace emission sensor then it will cost me $200 to 250 as per their estimate. Then cost of replacing AC would become same which honda dealers told me. I do not know why sensor is showing up as they said Compressor has nothing to do with it. It may be coincidence that it started showing after installation of compressor. Now tough to spend more on it. I am at a loss what to do. Plus point is all are nice and repair was quite reasonable. Inder Paul

I had my tire pressure light on, i went back to Millium Tires on Clark Blvd. And they told me that it was the type of tires on my car that caused the tire to burst. This place seems to be scamming people, especially women. I bought 4 tires had Millium Tires put them on and within 15 min. the tire burst, i called them back told them i would be coming back in a hour and they left. This morning i had to pay 75$ and they wanted to charge me for labor, it was their fault for putting too much air in the tire, and know they are charging me more. This place sucks and i will never ever go to a place of business that speak their language in front of customers making me feel out of place.

The day before coming here I asked if tires were available for my 2016 Honda Civic. I was assured they were. I came 8AM the next day and we're told they were not yet in. No worries. I don't mind waiting an hour as I know owning a business can be turbulent. An hour and a half in I'm told they are yet to order and it would take a few hours. I wasted 2.5 hours here. Just go to Costco. Not worth the headache.

While changing tire on my truck bent my rim rite In front of eyes big Blast happened while putting on New tire and everyone came running and staff said rim was Bent before we touched it I was like what r you talking about it just happened i was saw it ur guy did while taking off the old tire. they never agreed on that! Thats insane !! They charged me for new rim $285!! And I bought 8 tires from them after looking at the tires verbally deal was finalized at $250 per tire. After they finished installing tires they gave me invoice of $300 per tire I was shocked!! I said please double check price on invoice you must have some confusion the price we finalized was $250 ! Guy said no I said Never said that... Me and my other friend was witness was shocked after the argument for 15mins the guy agreed that he" may be made mistake "and said and I will reduce the price for $10 per tire I was so upset! first he was not agree on anything and now hez bringing the price down ....come on!!! Guy take a stand for what u believe u said !!!! Whole staff did not looked at me in the eye after arguments because they knew they made mistake But anywayz My frustration level was sky high I left the place paid what ever they charged me it's my Hard earning money.. Went to change my tires and got alignment done. They screw up the alignment and they are out of date. My vehicle was perfecly fine and when I drove out the vehicle started steering towards right.. The guys checked and said said there is nothing wrong with it and wasted my whole day. Next day I took to different alignment shop and the tech said the alignment was completely off and they fixed it. I would not recommend anyone this place. There is no customer service and the prices are high too compare to other shops.

Nice place, nice people, just double check your tires pressure... Had 65psi on front axle, 75psi on middle and 115psi on last one ( new tires on last ) got charged for tire pressure... And didnt get new valves for my new tires... They said if it dont leak, no need to change... Well I hope those vavles will last another 600,000 kilometers !!

So long story short no one accepted their mistake which they were done . Have brought to vehicles here to have tires swapped over and purchased four summer tires from here. Everything was good except the car I brought in was making noises on the rear passenger side and I'm not sure they looked at the brake system while the tires were off. Counter clerk didn't mention he heard it until I asked and seemed to dismiss it. Would recommend for tires and variety but not sure if I would use for maintenance. UPDATE I did mention it quickly but also the brakes were metal to metal when I had them changed a week later. Seeing as the tires were swapped a visual check was not done and it's great that you now have a checklist but if my wife's brakes failed and something happened with her or my daughter in the car that would have been disastrous. I forgot I reviewed this and also think your mechanic should have mentioned something because I'm not an expert and I saw how bad they were when the tire was off

Went today to purchased 4 tires. $1188. Then noticed all of the dents and scratches in my BMW rims. (All Four) Fresh digs. I drove back to the store and they told me too bad so sad it wasn’t them. Then others (looked like the ones who may have changed the tire) came from the back and yelled at me that the dents were there before. I will have to sue in order to be heard. Just annoying that the process takes so long. I want to see them in court TODAY. Instead of a A SIMPLE apology they fought me and showed me other areas of my rim that was flawed SMH. Disgusting

I had to take my Camry in to get it looked at. It was leaking oil and I thought it was the oil pan gasket. I took it into Canadian tire and they said I was correct and quoted me over 500 dollars to do the job. I immediately told them goodbye and took it to new millennium the next day because of the good reviews it got. The guys actually took time to look at the car and diagnosed that the filter just needed to be replaced as it wasn't installed properly. They took me inside showed me the signs and how to notice it. Pointed out they could have low balled me and charged me for something I didn't need, but instead they were good guys who understand doing a good job and offering good service gets you referrals. They changed the filter, filled up the lost oil and only charge me 52 dollars in total. It cost me more to get the first check from Canadian Tire and they didn't even diagnose the problem correctly. New Millenium has a great deal where if it's your first time there they give you a discount on the labor which is already a good price. This is now my one stop for things like oil changes, tires, or repairs. I highly recommend these guys!

If you have sensors in your car, they will magically go missing every time you go get your tires switched (Winter to summer and vice-versa). $60 each if I am not mistaken. 3,5 HOURS to install tires??? Called Tuesday, has a knowledgeable conversation with Monty. He advise me that he had the tires but not the rims, he would need to order them. Price was competitive; all in for winter tires $820. I told him I would come in Sat, he said it was not a problem, took down my name and number, and that everything on weekend is first come and first serve. I got up early, got there just before 7:45. Women at the desk was just arriving, I was the third customer there. The desk clerk advised they didn't have the tries I'd talked to first guy about, but they had another kind that are just as good for less money, I was good with that. Waited and waited, and waited. Cold waiting room, and going outside to smoke notice my vehicle had not moved in an hour. Finally they took mine, I wait and wait; 10:15 rolled around. I inquired with desk to find out what was taking so long, as I'd been waiting 2.5 hours. Was informed that rims where at another place, and would be there shortly? WHY didn't you tell me this 2.5 hours ago?? From 7:45 until my suv was ready at 11:15!!!! 3.5 hours!!! I was given a "sorry it took so long" by the service guys, but seriously that doesn't make up for 3.5 hours! I'd gone to a competitor a few years back and it took 25 mins, I went to New Millenium because of price. 3.5 hours was not worth it. I'll be going back to competitor next time and happy to pay more for fast service.

They open at 8am, had a truck with a flat tire, and I called at 8:01am. Got stuck in a loop through the phone system, it said "Welcome to Millenium Tire....Press One for Car Department, Press Two for Truck Department, Press Three for Emergency Roadside Assistance". After pressing 3, it played a little blurb, kept me there for about 30 seconds, then went right back to "Welcome to Millenium Tire". The same thing happened when trying lines One and Two. 30 seconds of hold, then right back to the main menu. This happened for at least 10 minutes. I had a call come in, so I disconnected and called back. Same thing. I gave up after 7 minutes, then called their competition, who picked up on the second ring. For a company that offers emergency service, it sure would be nice if anyone in their 3 departments actually picked up the phone....or at least configured their phone system so that it didn't shunt callers back to the Main Menu. I manage a fleet of trucks, and have used Milennium both on my personal vehicle, and the fleet, with both my current and previous employers. There's a saying, you can invest resources for years building a relationship with your customers, and destroy it in minutes. Take a guess what just happened.

Helpful, knowledgable staff! My diesel/TDI car didnt start for 3 days recently, when I needed a car to get to work. It didnt come with a coolant heater despite being a highline model. For how hard it is to find a reliable place to plug in a car between 9+hour downtime periods, and then diligence to start the heat 4+hours ahead of use, I thought there had to be a simpler solution. Decided to 'consider' an Espar D5: fast, off-grid, and remote-startable. Paul not only answered all of my questions well, but was willing to come outside to check my diesel/TDI car's ability to fit an Espar D5 unit (despite a tight engine compartment), showed me the unit and bracket included in the heater kit, and offered me some helpful product brochures, all without an appointment or having to pay anything. I had some doubts of ease of installation. Paul sounded very confident, not only that the unit would fit safely, but that it wouldnt be as hard to install as I had read online.
