Had an agreement with sales rep Mark Aspinwall, and a timeframe within which to deliver. Half way into the period though, Mark decides to abandon the agreement. Bad enough. Asked to be escalated to a manager, was told that my concerns would be passed on. When I followed up, Mark said he was busy and forgot/otherwise failed to escalate. Mark goes on to ghost us, ignoring repeated attempts to contact via phone and email. What a joke. Strangely, NTD had never had problems coming through, or sticking to agreements. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
