Great Service. Brought my Fiat in for service. Great work ethic and honesty. Very hard to find in shops these days. Gianni and Maria are great. Gianni repaired my right lower control arm , drive shaft new springs, new lug nut bolts and new tires and it required alot of labour. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my car since i am very picky. Im glad they took over this tire craft. I will be taking my other cars here for service in the future. Thank you again.

My wife and I have been going to Brian's shop since we moved to the neighbourhood. From day one Brian has been straight forward in estimates, costs and time involved to do the necessary repairs. Recently I bought a cheap set of tires that Brian advised against, since I thought my car wouldn't last. Engine then seized on my vehicle, Brian made some calls to determine I was under a recall issue from the manufacturer and I brought it to the dealership. Issue resolved at dealership, bought quality tires from Brian afterwards. Transmission starting to slip - who else but Brian would I go to to get this fixed. Awesome, honest and timely service each and every time.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! TOTAL SCAM ARTIST ! Horrible customer service ans personality! I went in to get my tires changed from winters to summers ! Also had a tire that went Flat over the winter. First he lied to me and said yes I fixed your flat. When I spoke to the young intern and apprentice who did all the work they mentioned it was just a valve stem that was leaking we just replaced that. I was charged $25 for a valve change. When I asked him how come It's doo much for a valve change he said I've been doing this for 40 years it is what it is! I worked in a tire shop all threw University ! And no shop charges 25 dollars to change a valve stem. After paying the hiked up Bill I reviewed it and found a 5.25 cents charge named "SHOP SUPPLIES" when I confronted him asking what these charges were for he mentioned i charge that to every one I'm not going to argue with you. I asked how come you didn't mention this before I started the work on the car OR why don't you have a disclaimer saying all cars are subjected to shop supplies charge. He pulled out 5 bucks and threw it at me saying will this get rid of you! He then had the audacity to pretend to call the cops on me ! Saying get out of my shop im calling the cops !! If you have read this far you know to stay far far far AWAY FROM THIS SHOP !!!!

If I could give them a minus star I would. Turned a $40 job into $120 job. Just needed new valve stems. Quoted $10/valve, then charged us $15/valve, claimed it was more difficult than they thought. After DRIVING around we realized they DID NOT balance tires before letting us drive away! However, instead of returning to shop, especially after reading very similar experiences we have gone elsewhere for the balancing. Sorry, but if you aren't going to do a job right the first time - especially when it comes to machinery that might be best case scenario costly repairs and worst case scenarios life/death situations on the road - all trust and repeat business is lost.

stay away from this shop didn't even balance my tires or reseal them properly on-top of that my sensors were all gone and had my tire notification show up on my dash. horrible experience. will not be returning or recommending to anyone!

I have a 51 year old vehicle and Brian was the first mechanic in Brampton who seemed to really understand how to repair it. He was more than reasonable with pricing and service. He let me know of all possible issues and expenses before doing any work. There were no surprises except the low cost of the work. There is no question that anyone working with or apprenticing with Brian will be an exceptional mechanic. Be it the simplest of repair on a modern vehicle or a tough fix of a classic or custom Brian is your guy. I can only assume the lady who gave them a bad review is either the competition or an idiot.

I went out to start my 2015 Nissan one morning and it would not start. Just a clicking noise. I called G.C Tire and got Giovanni. My luck was, I live right next to his shop, however, he was nice enough to walk over immediately with a portable jumper and jump started my car. Unfortunately, after letting it run a little, I turned it off and tried to start it again and once again it was dead. I needed a new battery. WORST SERVICE EVER! VERY VERY RUDE The owner Brian stated that I need spark plugs, a vapor hose, and an oil change, he also stated that all together it will be $390+tax and he explained that he BROKE the vapor plug when he was trying to get to the spark plugs and EXPECTS ME TO PAY $200 FOR HIM TO FIX THE DAMAGE HE MADE! I called him asking why I should pay for the damage and he argued with me stating that "it's not his problem," and rudely hung up on me and I strongly believe that he treated me this way because I am a female! This is the WORST SERVICE I have EVER EXPERIENCED by far! And now I'm stuck with my engine light on and broken vapor hose.
