Went 2 times but second time got money wasted. Bought old tyres and rims from someone and took them to these guys. Rims balanced and replaced but when I went to collect car the manager said the rims are not of right size and they have been repaired. So, I paid around $ 90 to find out at end that I got wrong rims installed on my vehicle which were repaired. He also told me it can damaged the transmission and Ride will not be safe and smooth. Point is: They lack professionalism or knowledge or customer centric approach. Do your research and ask questions before getting anything done. Recomended : no.

Winter is coming!!!! Was on the hunt for winter tires got pricing from a few different shops within the GTA. Others brushed off and didn't really help with selection or advise. As soon as I stepped foot into Car Kraze the owner asked for the details of the car and built out a package on the spot. He was very straight forward, gave me good sound advise on which tire options I have the pros and cons of each as well. They have lots of stock of rims and tires, so no waiting to order them in or anything. They are ready to mount right away. NEVER trust their installation services, there's a reason they have it entirely hidden to customers. They placed the wrong hub centric ring in my rims and forced them to fit on to my car. Ended up costing me much more in repairs when my car's bolts were bent and snapped when I tried to get a rotation done a week later. I called to tell them what my mechanic found with the fittings and the owner diverted all blame away and refused to send me new fitting rings by mail. VERY disappointing. If you catch a deal on rims here, buy them, but have them installed somewhere that you can watch and have faith in a quality installation. I feel as if I was ripped off entirely by their "mechanics" who took money for the incorrect sized ring and a simple rotation with my wheels.

The selection offered at this shop is also quite nice even if you're looking for a budget wheel or a high end wheel. The showroom is quite comfortable as well as well organized. My personal experience is that I purchased a set of rims with for my bmw. But once I started to drive them. I noticed they vibrated and only when those rims are on. So I knew they were wrapped. At first there was some back and forth. But in the end. They replaced and mounted the rims and actually agreed on their own to replace a new rim when they tested and saw it wasn’t balancing right. Did it take some pushing? Yes. But they did go the whole way and tested it with me to make sure Everything is fine. Only other criticism is their there for basic mounting of your rims. The guys they got aren’t experts. If you need spacers or whatever. They aren’t the guys to do it. But you get what you pay for! I don’t know why people are so mad? I encourage my friends to go there.

Rims and tires is their specialty. Great price and great service. Just got 4 rims and winter tires for my S3 and they just may look better than my summers. They were installed quickly and were perfectly balanced. i did not go for the most expensive tire option, so i still need to see how they do in the snow and ice. That was my choice though.

I found this place through google. I got a used MDX few months ago and got my wheels balanced from some random shoppe, which messed up the way my car drove. In past week I did checked with quite few technicians (including dealership) who advised me to either change tires or get alignment done or get new rims altogether, in short I need to spent hundred of dollars. As my last resort I decided to go to the highest rated tire shop in the town thats how I landed up to this place and within few hours my car get back to normal driving dynamics. My weeks of troubles were over in few hours. It was just the balancing done totally wrong previously by other shop. The owner told me that neither I need any new rims or tires, I really liked their professional approach and no money grab attitude. To my surprise this place charge very reasonable price. last summer I contacted car kraze to price a set of all season tires, dropped by to have them installed. after I have paid and my car is back in my possession, I find out they had installed summers.... I was met with this dumbfounded look and no resolution. I was in a hurry and left it at that. since that time, they have chosen to ignore my email and I have yet to make the trip to Brampton to discuss their incompetence. their prices are great, however I am sure there must be other tire companies that offer great prices and the willingness to take care of their customers. car kraze is definitely a last resort.....

I’ve been to the store multiple times and every time I go; I get taken care of. I am never rushed and they thoroughly go through all issues and possibilities with me. Their prices are not bad and their staff have always been very helpful to me. In addition, the owner personally takes business into his own hands. The workers manage themselves really well, even when it’s busy I don’t end up waiting too long. I would personally recommend Car Kraze since I have no bad experience to date. Car Craze professionally balanced my Corvette tires when other shops couldn't get it right. My car is equipped with Carbon Ceramic brakes was told the rotors may be out of balance. I phoned Gary earlier today regarding a new set of winter tires + installation. I arrived at 2:30pm and the new tires were installed and I was out the door by 3:00pm. His team worked quickly and efficiently to get the new tires on my car. Also, Gary's pricing is the best that I've found. The shop itself is very clean and inviting, and I appreciate how his team packed my summer tires into my car (each tire was placed in a separate bag and cardboard was placed beneath each tire). Furthrrmore, Gary provided excellent tire advice to me over the phone and in-person. Thank you!

I’ve been looking around for winter tires all over the GTA from new to used, installation, Steelies and compared prices. I can say with complete confidence that Car KRAZE Tire not only gave me the best price but service was great as well. Very helpful, great selection and informative. I actually ended up getting new winter tires with Steelies at a better price then some used ones out there. Not even kidding. Thanks for all the help

Was not a good experience from the begining they laughed at me for asking if they accepted native tax status and afterwards continued to keep talkin in their own language which i xan only assume was about me. Very rude to speak other languages in a english run business society to english customers.... this isa revision from 4 hours earlier to add to that this ignorance this man called my mother to cry about the fact he had a bad review left for not accepting a native canadian status card and had a chuckle about it in their language thanks buddy that really helped prove you dont follow the canadian laws.

Let me start by saying if you live in GTA, customer service at times feels like a myth. Almost nonexistent, this establishment however exceeded all expectations. After visiting a few stores within the area I finally had the pleasure of talking with Garry and after explaining the looks & Style etc I was going for, I had decided to leave my car in their hands. Garry told me the car would be ready Within Hour, unfortunately, there were some unforeseen issues. However this did not phase the team at Car Kraze. Garry, Pauly, Randy and Patel stayed open until 7 for me. Every body is extremely professional, knowledgeable and HONEST!!!!!! I will not take my car anywhere else, happy owner of a BMW 760liThank you again guys.

Price is not bad compared to other places.But the front desk staff has no patience to explain the customer has an attitude which is not good for the business nor satisfy the customer.

After checking the price for a set of new tires and rims for my accord at a number of stores I decided to go to car kraze. They had the latest and huge collection of rims and the order time was quite short. I couldn't find prices anywhere better than what this store had to offer. The work was done quick and neat. The installation charges were on the low side and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this store to anyyone who wants to get the best designed rims and the best priced tires.

The staff here don't give a sh** about safety. After buying a set of wheels I noticed they had used my OEM lugnuts. The wheels are only designed for conical shaped lugnuts to ensure a tight snug fit, in which my OEM lugnuts were not. I'm not a big car guy but I no the dangers of having the wrong styled lugnuts. The guy did not mention that i needed to buy the proper lugnuts nor did he even install them first and tell me after. I have no problem buying a new set of lugs if that means my wheels don't fly off in the middle of the 401 and killing someone.

Needed two tires, called them and received a price. Went there and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service, and didnt give me the run around. Lots of tire places try to upsell you, but they give you exactly what you ask for. Will use again 100%

Went here to get a change over from summer to winter tires today and waited outside in line from 8:40am til 9am in -4 weather , to see a sign on their service counter saying "No Change overs Friday and Saturday" 4 of the 8 people who waited for this service were non to happy. And asked why wouldn't their be a small sign outside stating that ? And they are right . That caused me any chance of getting my tires changed today , with all the tire places packed with customers . This is a tire service being requested at a place that advertises tire service. No apology was given by the staff. Will not return after that lack service and professionalism. Zero stars !

Not sure about this place!!! I saw some decent reviews so I thought I would try them. I called late Friday afternoon January 30th, for a price on BMW (2017 X1) replacement wheels and winter tires. I got a price of $1600 plus HST for Continental winter tires and 17" wheels. This seemed very good from what I had been quoted elsewhere. I went the next day at 9:00 am to give him a deposit to order the tires. Guess what - not available but for $150 more he could get Pirellis. This may be legit, but I was suspect and went ahead with a deposit anyway, due to the fact that it was very late in the season to be looking around for winter tires. I went back January 5th to have the work completed. In the middle of the install, I find out that I need new wheel bolts because the old ones won't fit the new wheels. They should have know that before they sold me the new wheels. Only another $40, but now I am into $190 more than I first was quoted and had expected. The install was done promptly but when I get home to put away the old wheels and tires I find that the dismount location is not marked on the tires or the plastic bags. I send the owner (Gurmeet) 2 emails about this. He calls me after the second email to explain that some customers do not want the tires marked. That is a lame excuse and he finally admits that maybe the installer(s) forgot and he tells me that they have been reminded them not to forget this..... great for their futures customers. I don't know if this will be an issue when I do the summer change over, but BMW does not recommend tire rotation, so who knows? My recommendation is to get everything in writing from CarKraze before you buy from them and make sure you get what you expect and deserve by giving them your business. I hope this honest review helps them to get better at what they do and will help others have a better experience than I had.

Excellent customer service. I got winter tires installed for my Honda Accord. The staff seems knowledgeable and helps you find the correct tire size for your car. They had all company tires in stock which saved me a lot of time in ordering and stuff. Highly recommended for All season and specially Winter tires.
