They charged me $30 first time for a tire change (tires on rim). On my second visit I was charged $40 (tires on rim). On my third visit I was charged $50 (tires on rim). I'm afraid if they gonna charge me $60 on my next visit for the same service. Besides price, the guy working in the back area is always frustrated. Like he seems lost in his own different world. But on issue with their work.

Bad service. I was told to wait an hour. After an hour I asked how much longer, as I was originally told an hour, and the owner told me I’d only been there 15-20 minutes. Then told me two men who came in after me needed their cars worked on first. I asked how much longer after that? For some reason that question upset him. He smiled in frustration and said 30 minutes. After another hour I just left.

I had my tire flat, used my CAA service and they were pathetic, dropped my car & did not even get it fixed, I personally took the vehicle to BramptonTires met Gurri, he fixed the Tire in 2 mins & saved me 100 bucks, he could have sold me brand new tire but he presented a cost effective solution, we need more people like him in our community, 5/5 to these amazing people.

I called ahead of time to see if they could do a tire alignment on my car. Gave them the exact make and model and they told me $90 so. I'm thinking "great". I drive there, and then they say they can't do the alignment on my car because of the tierod ends ????. Tells me to look for another alignment place... Well duh!

I went there because i got screw in my pickup truck's tire and air was leaking i ask him if he can fix it and owner told me they don't fix tires (you sell, install but don't want to plug the tire?) he even refuse to fill the air in the tire so i can go somewhere to fix it. even his next door neighbour "Highland Auto repair" rudely refuse to help so i I had to call two truck. will not recommend to anyone.

Go to a different place if you need proper wheel alignment. This place is run down, doesn't have a proper waiting area, and the customer service is really bad. I was told wheel alignment would cost me $90 (after it was said $80 on the phone) and my final bill was $140. Apparently, aligning the camber is extra. It took well over an hour and I could hear more discussion happening inside the garage than actual work being performed. At the end, they couldn't print me a report and told me my front right wheel cannot be aligned (no proper explanation given). So my initial problem is still there and will have to take the car somewhere else. Never going there again. Save your money and avoid at all cost!!!!

Phoned in the morning to see if I could drop my Jeep off at lunch and pick it up before they closed Since they are only around the block I figured I could walk to get it. When I got there the gentleman said he would only do it if I picked up in an hour.l told him I was at work and I couldn't he said he couldn't do it because he was going home. They have lots of good reviews guess they have a big family.

So I took my car here two days ago got a 4 way alingment on a 2015 mustang. WHEN I left his shop I felt the tires still off a little bit. I called them back they told me it will take a day for the car to settle in? I waited a day went back to him asked him for proof of alignment because there is a paper print out shops should give. First of the owner started saying I didn't pay him tax therefore he can't give me the paper. Which is false I paid him full price of service he was sapose to do. When he realized I have paid everything he printed me a paper. On the paper it showed my chamber is off which wasn't told me. When I asked him why this wasn't told to me he started saying. "do you think $100 does chamber adjustment to that's only toe". Which I completely agree on its a little more work would love to pay him. Then the owner told me it would cost me $400 FOR A CHAMBER ALLINGMENT this is redicculs. I've done business with them before but this is the changing point. Would not recommend! False info provided Rip off for the service.

Came in and stood for 15 minutes while the owner completely ignored me while working in an IT issue. Even after I googled and placed a call to another alignment place, he still hasn't talked to me. Leaving to go another shop right now.

I got a big nail in my brand new tire near the end of the Thread. All other shops have deined to fix it and asked me to buy New. I went to this shop and they fixed it in 10 mins in 20 $ that saved me almost 300 bucks. Amazing Service !

BAD! BAD! experience. The owner is so rude and lied a lot. I called before I come, I told the the rims and tire size he said they can do it. When I came the owner is eating saying with a rude voice don’t disturb showing his big hand ask me to wait 5 to 10 min. I waited and told me that they cannot do it. Don’t waste your time and gas. Go somewhere else that have an experience. This people are new and still learning the business. Don’t beleive their good reviews those coming from their relatives.

Very poor customer service. I waited in line for more than 2 hours and they kept telling me to wait and helped other customers who came after me who were the same language (did not talk in english). I waited in the cold for a long time and they did not respect me as a customer and ignored. I do not recommend this place. I had to go to another shop to repair my car because they ended up not fixing my car. I am very disappointed.

Took my brand new 2019 honda accord for wheel alignment. The guy charged $80 but the car still do not go straight. I had to take it to Classic Honda to get the proper alignment....guy did not even refund me even though I showed him the receipt from Classic Honda. Very unprofessional and inexperienced people

Very poor customer service. Not recommended. They only prioritize what they choose instead of respecting others on line. Also, they’re taking advantage on the season when you do tire swap. Very disappointed.
