Bad customer service. They answered hello? Like actually confused someone was calling there number. Didn't even know it was a business at first (kijiji ad) I tried inquiring about a tire they hadon there and was told to call back in 10 minutes. Called back about 12 minutes later, rang until it gave up. Called again 5 minutes later and got put on hold. After doing some research on them they used to be called body kit warehouse and have terrible reviews everywhere... Even someone TRYING to fake there reviews would do a few fact ones or have there friends do it. Apparently not. I feel like this place doesn't want any business.

Complete scam artists. Ripped me off on a set of wheels. They have such a bad reputation they changed their name from Bodykit Warehouse to Brampton Tire Warehouse!?! Go look at some reviews from their old company name. Screw these guys, do yourself the favor and avoid their tempting good deals and find an honest shop.

Scam call centre tire change place Call on number and booked time , Agree 279 for new rim and my tire placed on it . they give me old rim without showing me rim and ask me to pay cost of new rim ( 45 * 4 + 69 installation) He charge me 40$ extra and billed me $279 with old rim with my own tire . After argument with him then he return $80 .. very bad experience - 200 $ for just very old rim and my old tire installation ... Bad Scam

Mario - Such a sweet person who is willing to help, also has a great sense of humour. There is a waiting room with Netflix! Added bonus if you want to wait for the tire change. I went to this business last year for winter tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Received excellent customer service over the phone and personalized assistance is selecting the right tires and scheduling an appointment in the busy season. Great pricing, as they beat all the competition. Waited two hours in shop as they were busy that day, but nonetheless, these guys were professional and awesome in finding a great deal on tires and rims

Got winter tires there in October. By January 3 out of the 4 tires fell off the rims within a week . One tire I had to replace because I was on the hiway and couldn't pull over right away and so it was useless after . Second tire came off the rim 3 days later and the 3rd tire came off the rim 2 days after that . Two of the 3 tires came off the rim while on the highway Took the car to a shop in Kitchener and was told there was no bead sealer on any of the tires, so the fourth one would have come off too . I had to have all 4 tires taken off and put back on the rims ,plus buy a new tire . In addition after they installed the tires, the car was shaking at 100km/h so I had to take it into the dealership to get it balanced since I lived an hour away. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service over the phone, just called in multiple times a guy picks up and tells you to hold. 10 minutes later still no answer and somehow the call drops and fails. Called back and he picked up again and I told him what happened, he said “ok can you hold on 1 min atleast” I said ok fine no problem. 15 minutes later still no answer and wasn’t able to speak to anybody. If you can’t handle more customers, let them know that and not make them wait. I could imagine how long I would’ve had to wait if I took my car in person.

Very rude. The manager told me to never call again. I called them one day to order a tail light. It looks like one of their employees accidentally ordered it without getting deposit from me. Few days later, I called them again to confirm pickup but the manager gave me different price (which was $170 higher) and he told me the order was not process since I did not put deposit. I decided not to buy. Several hours later, maybe he figured out his employee process the order by mistake. He called me back and yelled at me - Do not call again and he will fire that employee. Is this my fault?

I was dealing with Mario from this store the whole time. I ordered a set of rims on the 16th of April and put down a deposit of $100, a few hours later I read a bunch of reviews for Body kit warehouse and Brampton tire warehouse, they both have the same address and have awful customer service and reviews. They treat their customers like garbage and a lot of folks were having issues with wheel fitment and scratched wheels being provided. I decided to cancel the order and spoke to Mario a few hours later and he mentioned that there will be a $30 charge to cancel which I was fine with, but convinced me to still go ahead with the order as they provide the same rims to other dodge vehicles from a dealership. The next day I called back to cancel the order and they put me through a few associates who weren’t able to help and didn’t let me reach Mario which took 20 minutes. I called a few minutes back and this time got Mario on the line, I said I wanted to cancel and I am fine with the $30 charge, and I need the invoice as I didn’t get one and the deposit refund policy. He accused me of being a scammer due to my name being Husain Hussein and made derogatory remarks which were very unappreciative. He was very racist and said he doesn’t trust me etc. just cause of my name and wanted me to come in person to get the refund if I wanted it and later turned his word again saying going down this path I won’t get a refund now. He cut the phone on my ear and did not let me continue the conversation. He made comments about my vehicle which were very rude and was the worst experience I have had with a shop. He made me feel as if I was using a different internet from his by all his comments on which internet was using. I am shocked at the way these guys do business and don’t stand behind their word. I sent an email and have not had a response from them. I have a voice recording of all the conversations I have had so far and at this point I am contemplating other avenues to resolve their attitude towards me and other customers being verbaly racist over the phone and counter as seen in their other reviews as well. I believe CP24 will like the voice recordings of my conversation with their employee Mario. It was unnecessary and rather than solving the issue, Mario has compounded it. They have my money and are calling me a scammer, I am the one scammed out of $100, had to deal with a racist making rude and racial discrimination and derogatory remarks about my ethnic background and vehicle. The simple thing to do was give the $70 if not $100 back and not have all those racist comments fly out. The reason this store is not doing well is due to the fact customers come last and it's just the $'s that matter. If this attitude doesn't change you will lose business. Customers are not their top priority and accuse customers of being scammers. Very I'll mannered, rude, arrogant and racist. Will take a deposit $100 on your credit card, but to refund it back to the same card is a hassle and call you a scammer and won't return it. They Don't stand behind their word and talk down at you. The tactic used by Mario is a very cheap and lowly approach.

Called and talked to Mario , he was able to get the size of tire i wanted within a couple hours and got them installed on my new rims same day. Prices were good and staff was friendly, his guys in the back even went as far as to touch up a scuff on the one rim due to damage from shipping. Definitely would recommend !

I found Mario to be a little ignorant, 2 out of 4 tires have a slow leak, they took the chrome air caps off my rims and couldn't follow the simple instructions of using the rims in the trunk not the ones on the car even though I told them 3 times. I would stay away from this place service is poor and wait time is long

I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. I have ordered 3 sets of rims and tires with no problem. This is a small business that is very busy, If you do your research online or look in the catalogs and google images you can see all the different rims and tires availiable. Mario gives you all different options depending on your price point. He will also let you know quality or what he would choose, he definitely tries everything to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Anyone that leaves a bad review or is expecting to buy from walmart or costco this is not the place for you. This is a place where they are experts in tire and rims to make your car or truck look and ride great. It is very affordable and I don't mind a little waiting. I am always happy with my rims and tires from them.

Bought a set of bbs rs, said the fourth rim is at our sister concern company and will arrive in half hour. I was first time buyer for aftermarket rims so waited till the rim arrived. Installed my rims on without centering rings and later when i told them that there is lot of vibration in steering wheel then they said u mite had hit a pothole and by the way the centering rings are 20 bucks extra on order( Which i ws told will b in given price). Daym i feel like scammed with already bent rim and then horrible service. Every business is there to make money but atleast scam customers to a reasonable limit. No one has personal grudge againt you guys but everyone writes abt what they get after spending the hard earned money and in my case it ws horrible dealing. And the sister concern company ws a gud one. I wonder how many others mite have had the same experience.

My own ignorance contributed to my having a mixed experience. Being new to tires/wheels, I didn't know the difference between a rim and wheel, not to mention hub caps. (A wheel is basically a tire on a rim, or on a "nice" alloy rim. If you have a basic black rim, you need a hub cap--aka wheel cover--to make it look nice. If you have a nice alloy wheel, you don't need a hub cap. Plus these guys don't seem to really 'do' hub caps - it's more basic rims or nice rims/wheels.) I got four excellent Bridgestone tires for $100 each (that are regularly $234 each at Canadian Tire) + basic rims + labour + tax. They were busy but squeezed me in and finished earlier than they promised. Check these guys out, do your homework, triple-check everything, and you may stand to save hundreds of dollars.

Hatts off to the wonderful experience I had at this place. I called this place after getting their reference from DAI official website. They were little late in responding after putting my call on hold. I asked about DAI APEX DW100 and told him my vehicle details. OH MY GOD, the price that he quoted was really unbelievable, it was much much lower than everything I could search online or by calling stores. I paid them a deposit of $25. But when I checked their google reviews, AHHHHHHH I felt robbed. I have fixed my appointment for the weekend as I am free on weekends only. I was apprehensive for the deal. But when I visited them on Saturday a very jolly guy, MARIO greeted me in the shop. I told him about my appointment. OK. I requested him to see the rims first before installation; he let me in their bay. The mechanic showed brand new DAI rims which he unboxed in front of me. Then I watched them working on my car. It was Such a professional approach 10/10. They put all new lug nuts, and other things. They did wheel balancing before installing rims on the car. After tightening the lug nuts with air gun, the mechanic used a torque bar to tighten. Then I asked whether they could buy my steel rims, MARIO paid me $50 for my old steel rims. The whole process took 35 minutes. They got a lot variety of rims and tires in their shop. I was highly satisfied with the price, the timing and high professional standard this shop has. I Highly recommended this place. And last but not the least he told me to come for a free retorque after 100 KMS or 3 days whichever earlier. Guys do not believe these negative reviews for Brampton Tire Warehouse, I do not understand why people would post negetive google reviews about this bussiness.

I originally got a quote over the phone from Mario. I was very clear as to what services and tires I needed. Next day I went in to the store they did not have the tires they said they had. I got a new quote for different tires which was much higher. I agreed to the quote. Next day I called to pay the deposit I spoke to a sales person I believe her name was Stephanie she quoted me a higher price about $20 more. I agreed to the price. I made an appointment and got my tires installed. When it came time to pay the price was higher than the quote. THIS IS DISHONEST AND IS CHEATING. First quote all in was $770. Second Quote all in was $788. At time of payment it was $800. Please don’t go here.

My experience here began well but quickly plummeted. I needed a set of 4 rims for winter tires that I already had. Brampton Tire Warehouse quoted me a wonderful price which was hard to resist. I couldn’t believe it. So I did what anyone would do and got the wheels installed here. Installation happened around 6pm on November 18th, 2021. When I went to drive it at around 9pm on the same night, I felt some really noticeable vibration throughout my car while on the highway - in the steering wheel, the footwell, the seats and my passengers could all feel it too. So I went back the next morning and was told they’re busy and wouldn’t be able to look at my car. I said okay people are busy, I understand. But I refused to keep living with the issue. So I took it to a mechanic. Upon arriving at the mechanic, I was shocked! The tires were severely under inflated (38psi recommended, tires were at 28psi each) and the wheels were all completely out of balance. So the mechanic fixed all this, but the issue still persisted. Again, I understand, people are busy, mistakes happen, etc. BUT, the issue still persisted. Albeit it was better, now the vibration was solely in my seat and footwell, it still persisted heavily enough for everyone in the car to feel. I went back here again on Monday, November 29th and got my tires checked out again. They looked at the balancing, did a rebalancing, looked at the lug nuts, looked at the hub rings and advised me that everything was okay. So they did their job and I was on my way. So today, Wednesday, December 1st I went out to a few shops again to get my issue checked out. A lot of shops were busy so I couldn’t visit them but finally landed upon a very popular tire shop on Main & Vodden. Now, that shop was also very busy but took me in right away despite not being a customer. They found the issue in less than a minute after removing my tires. The hub rings installed by Brampton Tire Warehouse were the wrong size. They should’ve been 66.6mm but were 66mm. I was told that the rims and parts were a direct fit on my car but that was wrong. 0.6mm was enough to make a big difference while driving. I’m just astounded at the fact that I got my car checked out twice here and they looked at the hub rings and said it was all ok. I mean, there needs to be some sort of attention to detail and ensuring what you’re installing is correct. Needless to say, despite how irresistible the prices offered by Brampton Tire Warehouse are, I’d rather visit the other tire shop on Main & Vodden. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service at Brampton Tire Warehouse is great and the front helper (Kartik) is a wonderful and extremely helpful guy. However, the labourers in the back don’t seem to be doing an adequate job or ensuring what’s being done to a car is correct. Although the other tire shop would’ve roughly charged me 25% more initially, it’s totally worth it as the difference is what I paid visiting various shops to get my issue diagnosed and fixed.
