Called ahead to ask about if they have a certain tire in stock, they said yes we do and to come in to the shop. It was busy which is understandable as everyone is getting tires at this time. However after waiting two hours they informed me they didn't have a correct wheel cover (the giant o ring plastic piece that I can't remember the name for) I wasn't impressed having waited two hours but they assured me if I came in the next morning they would do my car immediately, and they held true to their word. My tires look great, and aside from that minor mix up the problem was solved. So only one star off. Other then that they have the cheapest prices I have seen.

Not happy with this place first time ever and I'm rudely talked to, wasnt explained where or what i have or should do to pick up tires. Front staff doesnt greet you or say anything to you, as if you dont matter and the staff in the back shop just look at you with no care in the world. Shipping and recieving side was much better but having to see them last had already set my expectations for them and being busy which is totally understandable didnt really help with what's going on or to what to do when picking up. Customer service needs to be improved

Very poor communication and service. Would not recommend to anyone. Arrived on a Tuesday morning at 8am to order winter tires and rims and said that I wouod return later in the day to pick them up mounted and loose and put them on my vehicle myself. Was asked to pay upfront which I found strange. Never got a call and when I tried calling them at 4pm was put on hold everytime I got through for the next hour and a half. Was hung up on 3 times and then promptly at 5:30 when I was on hold again someone picked up and said "We're closed" and hung up on me. There are plenty of places to get your winter tires done and I would never recommend going here.

I booked an appointment to change my all 4 tires and made the deposit. But on the day of my appointment I found another place with lower price, therefore I wanted to cancel this and get the refund......cancellation and refund process was really smooth. Even though Bramalea Tires had got all 4 tires from the supplier for my vehicle since Bramalea Tires didn't have my size in stock when I made the appointment.....the cancellation process was so easy. Usually when the deposit is made, many stores/shops make a big issue in refunding...but at Bramalea Tires, I got the refund without any penalty without any further questions even though they have already got my tires from the supplier......very decent dealing and professional place to change tires.....

I needed my tires swapped to winters. I was there at 7:45am and 6th in the line. I needed to leave by 9:30am so I confirmed how long it will take. My expectation was set to 45-50mins. At 8:45am, I checked and my car was still not in the garage. I spoke to rep and was told another 40mins max. I checked again at 9:15am, still my car was not in. When I asked why it is taking so long, customer rep was rude and I was told it was my mistake for coming in so late and they are busy. I understand they are busy but I was there 15mins before they opened and only 5 people before me. If my expectation was set correctly, I would have came another time when I had more time on hands. They need to work on improving their customer service and setting up correct expectations with their customers.

I have been buying tires from Bramalea Tire since 2006. I was very happy with the prices and customer service. I was so impressed I would send all my employees, family members and any one who would listen. The last time I was there I back in 2018 I got some tires for my truck, I just traded in my truck for the exact model just 2021 edition. So as usual I called up to get the same tires . The gentleman I spoke to told me the size I was after was not made and subsequently tried to steer me to another brand. I explained to him that I did in fact have that size on my truck and got it from Bramalea Tire. He said that I was mistaken. I don't know what is happening with Bramalea Tire but it's not the Bramalea Tire I knew from 15 years ago. Not only did the gentleman try to push this brand on me but it was almost double the price I paid a few years earlier.

Bought Kelly Edge 94v 85,000km warranty tires that lasted 32,000km and are bald. (Paid $270 July 2017) They offered to put 2 new ones on "under warranty" for only $180. Why the hell would I put the SAME tires back on that clearly are inferior? No thanks.

Would not recommend. Brought my car in to switch the winter tires to summer tires and fix a 'service tire monitor system' error message. After waiting over two hours (understandable on a Saturday) I was given the keys and about to drive off when I saw the error message was still there. I went back in and asked the guy at the front why it was still there and he came out to check the tire sensors, confirming one of them was dead. When I asked if it could be replaced then he only told 'no time today but maybe it's covered under your warranty' They seem to have done a fine job switching over the tires but you have to question how thorough they are when they're willing to let a car leave their shop with a 'service tire monitor error message'. The 'tough luck' attitude when I brought it up to staff left a really poor impression with me as well.

Has to be 5 star. Exceptional service from the get go. I was there to replace an original tire which had bubbles and had to put on the spare tire to get to the shop. They changed the tire and had the car ready under 40 mins. They even put the spare tire neatly tucked with all the tools back in trunk. I was really happy that I didn’t have to do that.

I bought 8 tires for 2 my car's clearly explained tire sizes. They was extremely busy and I pick up tire without installation. Installation was done in local garage. I came home looking on my car visualy tires looks smaller. I check size rim was 17 instead 19. Another was correct and visually was looking correct. I check bill and figure out I was charged installation. But I pick it up without it. waiting time was over 6-7 hours. If you shop in this store check everything or look for more responsibil shop. Update: Went back talk to manager they don't care.

Good knowledgeable staff but should have appointment system even small barbers have appointment system waited 7 hrs but waiting time told was upto 4 hrs for tires can’t wait 7 hrs they r loosing many customers because of delay why shall I wait for so long if thy say we booked you u can come at 2or any time

I had a set of wheels and tires ordered for my vehicle. The ETA for the shipment of both wheels and tires they gave me were accurate. I had requested on the phone the tires be mounted onto the wheels before I picked them up. There was a mix up when I arrived to pick them up as they had not been mounted and balanced. Eric (I believe that's his name) had the next available installer mount and balance them not only QUICKLY (I work in the industry and less than 30 minutes to do the work is insane!) There was NOT A SCRATCH or scuff on the set of wheels all around. No messy tire lube everywhere, I was very very impressed. I reviewed my receipt and he didnt charge me the install fee for the inconvenience. Super classy front of house and a super skilled and kind installer in the back. When time comes, I'll be coming back here.

Took my truck in last spring to have winter tires removed. Decided to do changeover myself this fall. Don't know who installed my tires but 1/2" electric impact would not budge them; extension bar on Ram supplied lug wrench bend the handle. Finally had to use 3 ft extension on 1/2" breaker bar. Glad I did not have flat tire on the road. Supposed to be torqued to 120 but these must have been 3 x that. They will never work on my truck again.

I visited this place a couple of days ago and was given a free estimate (in writing) for four tires & wheels/rims. Today I went there to drop a deposit of $600, but I sat in their waiting room area for a little over fifteen minutes and nobody seemed to want to help me. A little after fifteen minutes I just got up and left. I'm not sure why I'm so ticked. After all, Ontarians are used to being ripped off and ignored, so this really shouldn't upset me. But still....I'll post my review in the hopes that one of those troglodytes can actually read (even though my review doesn't have any colourful pictures or pop-up's), and hopefully remedy the situation.

Bad experience I installed four tire about four five month back start of summer. Another morning I drove to work one tire flat on the way to work. Good I was very close to the body shop that open 24 hrs. They replaced and installed spare tire. After work I went to Bramely Tire, they replaced the tire Free of cost but not the actually issue. All four tire has slow leak and I have to pump air every three four days. Then I went back to them my rimm need to b sanded because of slow leaking. They told me we will charge 35 dollars each tire but I request them if rims need to b sanded you should sand them before you install the tire. They refuse to do Free of cost.Then I went to my mechanic he reinstall after sanding and told me Bramely Tire even not put glue between tire. Build up between tire and rims need to be sanded each time when you install new tire. Response to your comments All four tire was losing air since the first day when I purchased new tire . That was only reason I purchased tire because of slow leaking my previous tire was not even that bad. I came within six months after installing tire but your installer refuse to fix Free of cost. In till now u keep pumping every week air. But on Monday I took to my body shop he told me every thing what I mention above. Thanks any way for your response.

Great service, extremely helpful and above all very honest. I took my care in because I was told the front tires needed changing do to them being warped. Marlo informed me that the better solution for my pocket would be to rotate front with rear tires. Problem solved he saved me $250
