I needed my rear tires changed and I got recommended by the Malahat Wreckers (where I got a pair of used tires) to go to Integra Tires. They were super quick and had no issues putting on the ones I brought them. Other tire service centres may try to up sell you new tires, but these guys run an honest business. Will come to these guys to replace my front tires when the time comes. Very friendly guys.

We were traveling through Dawson Creek on our way to Alaska and noticed uneven wear on our 5th Wheel tires. Todd and the fellows replaced the worn tires and suggested a shop to get the bent axle fixed. From the phone call to see if they could get us in to pulling away with new tires was 30 minutes. And the cost was cheaper than Canadian Tire. These guys rock!

I needed to purchase winter tires and new rims for my car and they were very helpful to ensure I got a great deal for what I was looking for and the turn around time to get them to the shop was amazing! Haven’t had a full service here, but my moving truck had a leaky valve. Explained this to Troy who immediately had me pull in. Troy fixed the issue before checking the passenger and discovering and replacing an old valve stem. I was on my way in 15 minutes and Troy even refused to accept any payment. Great place. Real old-school, honest mechanics. The guys at Integra Tire showed me how my lug nuts were torqued so tight by the previous garages (two different Chevy dealerships) that they were almost completely worn down. Integra Tire replaced them all for free. Couldn't figure out my vibration issue (wasn't tire or wheel related) so sent me next door to Starr Automotive. Wish I would have purchased my new tires from Integra instead of the dealership. Great service and honest, fast work by Integra Tire. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I have been buying tires for a few years from them. They never over charge, they are quick and striaght up. I notice that all of their customers come back, strangely I have run into the same customers there a couple times. I think it is because they take such great care of people. This is the best place in town to get you tires done for sure. Best price in town for a tire mount and balance, and they did a good job quickly. Aswell as getting my very stuck fill caps off no charge. However the manger tried his best to trick me into buying 2 new tires because they were "unsafe to drive on" he then proceeded to quote me nearly 500 dollars for 2 tires which doesn't seem to bad however I drive a small car and it's about 500 dollars for 4 new tires. The service is Ok just be prepared to get tricked into buying things you don't need.

I took a tire that went flat to fountain tire they "fixed" it well it was flat the next day so I go back. They "fixed" it again. Well it lasted 2 days and it's flat again. I take it to Integra tire and didn't even take it out of the vehicle and he saw the problem and was surprised fountain tire never saw the little hairs starting to stick out. Could have had a blown tire if I kept taking it here. So Integra found me a used tire with lots of tread left. And was cheaper than one "fix at fountain. I said I don't know why I just didn't take it there in the first place.

Quality work and very good courteous customer service. My experience has been that they always do their best with what they have in front of them. The run on the shop is seasonal and cyclic; meaning this can be a VERY busy shop sometimes. Best to call ahead and ask about their load and their recommended time slot to show up. Do not be disappointed or upset if you just show up and they cannot accommodate your drop-in. They tell you honestly how it is, whether you like it or not is up to you. I appreciate the courteous candour. Prices are fair. Perhaps 5%-10% higher than other shops on some things, however their work is excellent, they are efficient, and they stand behind it to ensure you are satisfied. I do all the repair work on my personal vehicles myself. When it comes to the wheels and tires for changeovers, balancing, alignments; I goto Integra. I am a repeat customer, 7 years and will continue to go to them up until I leave town or things change to negative experiences at the shop. I also bring the fleet vehicles there. Keep up the great work guys and keep smiling and upbeat around the shop.

Got my tires swapped for $175, they wobbled horribly. Took my truck back to get them balanced. All they did was add lead to the tires. Handed me another bill for $175. Asked if I had to pay all of this or if there's anything they could do to knock it down a little because they couldn't get it rightthe first time, not a chance. If you want work professionally done go to Kal Tire or fountain tire. There's a reason there is no wait to get in to this tire shop.

I originally went in for a tire repair and rotation. They gave me a hard time about the rotation but reluctantly did it. They also proceeded to tell me that there was no leak to patch up and sent me off after the rotation. Just about 24 hours later, come out to a flat tire. Had that tire blown on the highway, we would've had a big issue. It's a shame, I have family that works for this company in another city and he raves with so much pride how great it is. Really wish I could've done the same.

Horrible service. I have never been so exploited by a business before. I took my car in to get a leak in my winter tire fixed and installed. They snapped two posts off trying to get the dimmer tire off and charged me $200 to fix their mistake. They didn't even fix the winter tire, nor did they bother to install the winter tire and didn't inform me when I went to pick it up.

I went there to get my flat tire fixed because other shops were asking to leave my flat with them for 2 days. I told them that I was from out of town and had to get back on a ferry in the evening. They accommodated my request within 1.5 hr and charges were very reasonable. I recommend going to them. No overselling, no BS just straight to the point and gets the job done ????

I went to Integra to have my left lower ball joint replaced on my vehicle and get an alignment after my dealership insisted that my car needed this and was wanting to charge me 500$ for it. Feeling the price was a bit of a far reach, I decided to let another shop do the service instead. I called Integra Tire in Fort St. John, and they were very friendly on the phone, able to book me in within a couple of days. Then when it came to pick up my car- they notified me that my car was perfectly fine, and did not need the part. (Multiple people checked my car there, as well as I got a second opinion after to be on the safe side). So thank you for putting me and my needs first, and not ripping me off the way my dealership tried. I very much appreciate it. Your honesty is really refreshing and your customer service was great. Thank's again.

By far, the worst tire shop in FSJ. Bought a vehicle at Driving Force which came with a brand new set of tires. Turns out that they were incorrectly sized as they were rubbing on the fender liners. Driving Force told us that Integra had received two sets of tires and they had inadvertently put on the wrong set. Okay, no big deal. Driving Force arranged that Integra would put on the winters while we waited for the right size tires to show up. So far, so good. Kevin who worked at Integra at the time was really decent. When the new tires showed up, we went back and they swapped off the winters and put on the new summers. We were specifically told that Driving Force would pick up our winters and store them over the summer. Come last fall and of course, no one can find our tires. Worse, the miserable older guy at the counter is literally arguing that "our car has never been in their shop". I don't know why their records were screwed but the fact that he had the nerve to argue with me was unbelievable. Luckily I had taken some pictures of the vehicle with the winter rims installed and after some time one of their shop hands found our rims and tires buried in a shed. They had no idea who they had belonged to. The old guy didn't even have the decency to apologize. Anyways, since Kevin had been a decent guy at one point, we were willing to give them one last try yesterday. Walked in at 8:15 and asked the miserable old guy if they could swap out our winters (they are on rims, so no mounting or balancing). He comes unglued, "Not today, no way". Snotty tone. Dismissive. This guy is killing this business. Went to a competitor, they smiled, said they would get to it when they could and had it done that afternoon. There are a bunch of tires shops in FSJ, skip this one unless you like to be treated like an inconvenience.

Hats off to Troy and his team at Integra Tire. I have been purchasing my tires from Integra Tire for the past six years, unfortunately they do not sell Nokian tires so I had to deal with KAL TIRE WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE!! I got a nail in one of my Nokian tires and called KAL TIRE on Douglas St to see if they could get me in to fix the tire since they offer free flat repair - or do they. I was told by the lady who answered the phone that if I got there by 0930 they could do it for my while I waited. Ten minutes after that phone call the guy at the counter of Kal Tire was telling me I would have to leave my car for most of the day and they would call me when it was done. When I explained what I was told on the phone, he simply repeated the same thing. I walked out and drove to Integra Tire where Troy had me sorted and back on the road within 40 min of showing up. Thanks to you and your team Troy for out of this world customer service.

Super awesome it was first come first serve for winter tire changes but they left the dirty hub caps in my back seat unwrapped. my back seat has dirt all over it now. yeah she's an older car but still sucks to have to get it cleaned after. needless to say probably won't go back.

Brought in my vehicle, it had a leak. Service mgr told me I had ruined my steering box. Brought the vehicle home and had a look - found leak from adjuster nut & tightened it. Leak gone! Imagine that! These mechanics couldn't fix Kraft dinner and have a loser attitude. I do all my own repairs due to dishonest idiots like this. Can't do alignments at home though. Will take my money elsewhere.

The manger has the worse customer service I have ever seen I drop in to get a tire repair first thing in the morning at 7am he had no customers and was not busy and he tells me I have to wait 4 hours for a tire repair that would take only 20 mins to repair he could have put his in town appointment to the side and help someone who was outta town and pretty much had me stuck in for st John which sucked I personally will never go to another that Integra tire auto center ever again or recommend anyone. I wish i could give him even a lower rating than one star.
