Mais IL FONCTIONNE. Ils m'ont donné aucune option, des mécaniciens qui savent ce qu'ils font m'aurai dit que le véhicule démarrera si on déconnecte le compresseur. MAIS NON, moi qui voulais m'enlever ce cassage de tête en les laissant faire. Faites attention à ce garage, il essaye de sortir de vos poches le plus d'argent possible. Juste en passant au garage pour ramasser mes clés, ils essayaient d'en passer une vite en vendant une autre batterie, surement inutilement. Personnellement, je n'y retournera jamais. J'aime mieux passer quelques jours à réparer moi-même qu'aller la-bas.

Went to Monsieur Muffler because my brakes on my Toyota Corolla 2004 were having issues with squealing. After being greeted with respect and with the utmost courtesy, they reassured me that the brakes were in good shape and that a simple brake maintenance should be sufficient in solving my issue.They didn't hesitate to mention that changing the brakes would have been pointless and an additional cost for no reason. They even went out of they're way to working in the car immediately and making sure they had the right amount of mechanics on the job to finish it off quickly and properly. This is the first time that a mechanic has not tried to sell me all sorts of problems with my car. I am amazed and impressed at the quality of the service and the workmanship provided at this fine establishment. Definitely recommending this garage to anyone who is looking for a fair and honest mechanic.

Very cheaty and disrespectful behavior of one of the staff (reception) .... One of my tires got locked as my ABS system was frozen. Three warning lights (ABS, traction system and hand-brake) were on. Although I kicked my tire there several times there before going inside the shop, I forgot to do a test drive. While I was sitting in the center for a mechanic to take my car in the shop, I saw he drove very easily and I was shocked. After just 2 min, the mechanic came and asked me to join him in the shop as he didnt find any trouble with the car (as I solved it by kicking the tire befor). So he told me to use the DIAG check system to see if there is any issue and reset the codes. He did and everything was ok after. He went for a test drive and came back with no problem. Then I was asked to pay the bill and here is the WORST part of the story. The receptionist asked for $68 after taxes and I was shocked! Just$10 as labor wage and $50 for DIAG. Based on the $96/hr at their shop, $10 means he worked on my car for just less than 6 min. Then I complained at him saying that using that system (DIAG) should be included in the $10 labor wage as the guy had to use it to reset the codes. Otherwise, he couldnt do his job plus the fact that if they want to ask for extra/separate payment for using DIAG, they should put a sign the same as for hourly labor wage. It is like for instance you have a flat tire and you go there to change it. SO, DO YOU ASK EXTRA MONEY FOR USING TOOLS TO DO THE JOB FOR FLAT TIRE BESIDE THE HOURLY LABOR COST???? We argued and I wasnt satisfied. I am angry of this disgusting rubbery. Big shame on MONSIER MUFFLER STE FOY! I really wanna meet the manager there to solve my problem if he cares about his customers ......
