I learn that the anti-rust part, the one that Sanco had to do, was not even done. No explanation, no excuse. He even blames Paradis when it makes no sense. Conclusion: poor customer service (with all the employees there, impossible that they all had to leave in an emergency ... someone could have called me). Work not done on my vehicle (it's like the base when you entrust your car to a mechanic). Not even the decency to apologize. I see he responds to all the comments made ... can't wait to see this one! (Original) Je dois faire faire un ponçage et un antirouille à mon véhicule. Le propriétaire me propose de s'occuper de la portion antirouille et le voisin (Paradis) s'occupe du ponçage. C'est Ronney qui gère le tout. J'ai rendez-vous un vendredi et tout doit être fait durant cette journée. Il me demande d'apporter mon véhicule la veille. à ce moment, il me dit d'appeler le lendemain dans l'après-midi pour vérifier si mon véhicule est prêt avant de me présenter. Il me spécifie même qu'il ferme à 17h. Vendredi... j'appelle 3 fois entre 15h et 16h, aucune réponse. Je me présente à 16h. Wow! Le garage est fermé. Portes barrées. Aucun employé, ni garagiste, ni secrétaire, ni réceptionniste. Fermé comme dans tout le monde est parti. Je n'en reviens pas. Comme je savais qu'une partie du travail était fait par Paradis, je me présente donc là... j'ai besoin de mon auto pour la fin de semaine! Heureusement que les gens chez Paradis m'ont laissée partir avec mon véhicule. J'y retourne le lundi matin pour payer. J'apprends que la partie antirouille, celle que Sanco devait faire, n'a même pas été faite. Aucune explication, aucune excuse. Il blâme même Paradis alors que ça n'a aucun sens. Conclusion: service à la clientèle pourri (avec tous les employés qu'il y a là, impossible qu'ils aient tous dû partir en urgence... quelqu'un aurait pu me téléphoner). Travail non fait sur mon véhicule (c'est comme la base quand tu confies ton auto à un garagiste). Même pas la décence de s'excuser. Je vois qu'il répond à tous les commentaires faits... hâte de voir celui-ci!

J'ai effectué différents services comme vidanges d'huile, freins, réparations électriques et le travail à été excellent achaque fois. Je recommande fortement ce garage que j'ai découvert grâce à la télévision (mc sween). Deplus vous pouvez suivre vos réparations sur les caméras. Un garage honnête !
