J'ai envoyé des demandes de soumissions à 3 fournisseurs du grand Montréal, et en 15 minutes, j'ai reçu un courriel poli et détaillé des produits qui m'étaient offerts chez ClickTire, spécialement adaptés à mon véhicule et à un excellent prix. J'ai pris rendez-vous pour l'achat et l'installation et le service fut rapide et courtois. Enfin, surprise, je reviens de vacances et ClickTire m'appelle pour me dire de venir chercher une copie de ma facture et d'un bon rabais du fabricant des pneus que j'ai achetés car une promotion étendue de ce dernier me rapportera 60 $. Franchement, je ne sais pas ce qu'on peut demander de plus à un vendeur et installateur de pneus en 2013!

J'avais demandé une voiture de remplacement ( qui n'était pas inscrit sur les fichiers lors d'une relance téléphonique), l'auto était en fait une voiture de location ou j ai du faire moi même les démarches et prendre mes propres assurances ( même si cela m'était remboursé par Click tire). Par ailleurs, une fois ma voiture déposée, on me parle de 4 h de travail dessus. Lorsque 4 h plus tard, je contacte le garage...ma voiture n'a pas été vue ( il est 15 h et le garage ferme a 17 h). On me répond que 1 : j ai déposé ma voiture trop tard à 11 h car le garage fonctionne avec le 1er arrivé, 1er servi...ce dont je n'étais pas au courant. 2 : si je pars sans que ma voiture n'ait été vue, je dois payer les frais de location de voiture ! (Malheureusement, j avais des obligations familiales qui ne pouvaient me faire rester plus longtemps). 3 : Après que la personne ait accepté que je ne paie pas les frais de location, je me suis organisé pour rester jusque au moins 17 h et la on refuse de réparer ma voiture car on souhaite que le boulot soit bien fait, ce qui est fort appréciable sauf que c est légèrement se moquer un peu de moi puisque on me parle de 4 h de travail dessus, que je les contacte à 15 h et que personne n a vu mon auto et que le garage ferme à 17 h... ça aurait laissé moins de 2 h sur mon auto...en fait, je pense que c était surtout bcp plus simple de dire " on veut faire du bon travail, c est de votre faute car vous auriez du savoir que le 1er arrivé est le 1er servi" plutôt que "on n a pas eu le temps, revenez un autre jour, on vient de vous faire perdre votre PM " . Bref, une belle déception pour moi car je pensais avoir trouvé un garage fiable.
