The piece comes from Quebec in addition !!! Quite disappointed to have lost so much time. (Original) Mon vélo était a leur commerce depuis le 6 Mai, on m'a dit la pièce est commandée, je suis retourné 2 semaines après, on m'a dit sa prend 1 semaine de plus du au Covid, ensuite elle est non disponible et il n'y a rien a faire avec car non disponible au Canada Finalement j'ai repris mon vélo, je suis allé a 500m de leur commerce ( le commerce commence par Sport) ils ont trouvé la pièce tout sera réglé en 1 semaine! La pièce provient du Québec en plus!!! Pas mal déçu d'avoir perdu autant de temps.

Je leur ai apporté mon vélo très mal est point, vu son malheureux hiver passé sous la neige, et pour des frais de mise-au-point de 39.99$ +tx, ils ont seulement gonflé un pneu et graisser la chaîne toute rouillée! Avoir su, je l'aurais fait moi-même! En faisant affaire avec une petite PME je m'attendais honnêtement à recevoir au moins un appel pour me donner des conseils et des opinions professionnelles sur les travaux à faire pour remettre mon vélo en parfait état. Mais non. RIEN. La situation "Covid" actuelle peut justifier bien des choses, mais elle ne justifie pas le manque de professionnalisme! Avec l'arrogance de leurs réponses aux autres commentaires ici, je comprends bien qu'ils se fouttent du client: c'est $$ qui importe. Bref, 39.99$+tx aux poubelles car je dois amener mon vélo ailleurs pour le remettre en état de rouler !!

Questioning his verdict, I contacted the manufacturer, describing the symptoms of the bike. Immediately I was told it must be a problem with the battery, that the symptoms pointed to that, so I took the bike somewhere else to have it checked - it was the battery. Vélo Huard therefore deceptively suggested that the bike was unrecoverable by putting on a ridiculous staging in an attempt to prove that he had done tests with a blood pressure monitor and that the "computer" was defective. If it had not been for my doubt about the honesty of the owner, doubt that I had been making since the first phone call , I would surely have sacrificed this bike that I had just bought from a private individual. I changed the battery and rode 40 km on the bike this week with no problem. Conclusion: Mr. owner would benefit from being more transparent and proactive so as not to get entangled in situations as embarrassing and potentially costly for us, and possibly for him ... (Original) Attention ! J’ai apporté un vélo électrique à cet endroit pour vérification de problèmes d’intermittence de courant. J’ai parlé à quatre reprises au propriétaire au téléphone pendant les cinq semaines que le vélo a passé à la boutique. Chaque fois, il m’a répondu qu’il attendait un retour imminent du manufacturier pour confirmer le problème. Lors du dernier appel, en l’écoutant s’embourber dans ses explications et se contredire, j’ai compris que rien n’avait été fait sur le vélo. Monsieur, plutôt que d’avouer n’avoir pas mis de temps sur le vélo, a osé avancer que l’ «ordinateur » du vélo était finie. Changer ça coûterait 1500$ et plus le changer, selon lui. « J’ai trois vélos comme ça dans le sous-sol de la shop. » Mettant en doute son verdict, j’ai contacté le manufacturier en décrivant les symptômes du vélo. Immédiatement, on m’a répondu que ce devait être un problème avec la batterie, que les symptômes pointaient vers ça.J’ai donc apporter le vélo ailleurs pour le faire vérifier : c’était bien la batterie. Vélo Huard a donc suggérer de manière trompeuse que le vélo était irrécupérable en montant une mise en scène ridicule pour tenter de prouver qu’il avait fait des tests avec un tensiomètre et qu’il s’avérait que l’ « ordinateur » était défectueux. La vérité c’est qu’il tentait, devant mon impatience, de cacher son laxisme... Si ce n’avait été de mon doute par rapport à l’honnêteté du propriétaire, doute que j’entretenais depuis le premier coup de fil, j’aurais sûrement sacrifié ce vélo que je venais d’acheter d’un particulier. J’ai changé la batterie et roulé 40 km sur le vélo cette semaine, sans problème. Conclusion : monsieur le propriétaire gagnerait à être plus transparent et proactif pour ne pas s’empêtrer dans des situations aussi gênantes et potentiellement coûteuses pour nous, et possiblement pour lui...
