Fast and efficient for a good price.

I was in to Tirecaft Belleville today with a possible alignment concern on my Toyota Corolla. The alignment technician, Chris, did a test drive and noted what I had mentioned, and within about 45 minutes had the car aligned properly, as well as re-adjusting the 'lane departure' system to specs. I was, once again, very pleased with the service and pricing.

We paid for unneeded service and the quality of the service we received was poor. The only positive thing I can say is that after several attempts to reach Jenn she did reimburse us for the alignment. I however do find her unprofessional and rude! When it comes to a car alignment I would not trust your vehicle with Tirecraft Belleville. Take it elsewhere!

-I cannot recommend them any less- Took my truck there a little while ago for an alignment and they dropped my truck off the lift, I told them I wanted it fixed professionally and they agreed. A week or so later I called and they said my truck was fixed but when I picked it up I noticed the driver window didn’t work right paint around the front fender was off and the cab noise around the door. when I asked them if the repair work was done by a professional they simply said “we’re not sure”. I finally had enough and took it to carstar to have the damage appraised, the quote was 3500-4500$ Depending on how much of it I wanted to fix. If you value your vehicle not being required 4000$ In repair for a simple alignment I would recommend going to -ANY- other place. Seriously wish there was an option for negative star ratings

Pretty good little tyre shop. Staff are knowledgeable and patient. I heard one customer asking some really stupid questions and the guy behind the counter took his time to explain everything to them without being condescending.

I do not recommend this place. They unnecessarily replaced a wheel bearing during a safety of one vehicle and tried to get me to replace tires on another vehicle being safetied. I am a licensed master mechanic in similar trade and know the safety requirements. I have reported.them to the MTO and filed a complaint for abuse of the vehicle safety regulations of Ontario. The MTO has asked me to act as an expert witness for this complaint. Contact MTO Kingston for verification. In response to the owners reply. I am a certified marine and air cooled mechanic licensed in Ontario. I currently teach transportation and manufacturing technology as a 15 year Ontario licensed teacher. I have kept the bearing you replaced. It is fine. The tires you claim to be bad were deemed ok the same day by a competitor. The car I purchased used only had 38000 km. on it, hardly enough km. to wear out tires. You picked on someone who knew as much as you and got caught. You sadly are not the only one in town who is doing this. I have needed 3 cars safetied in the last 3 years and 3 of the 4 Belleville shops I went to were abusing the safety program. Yours was the last of the bunch and why I contacted the MTO. You are lucky they are paper pushers who pushed my patience and I left it alone. I have found an honest mechanic in town who follows the rules. You should be ashamed. I spent 10 years servicing this community in my field and was very well supported doing things honestly. 15 years into my teaching career I still have people ask for my help in repairing their equipment. That's what being honest does. it creates loyal customers who keep coming back.

Words of appreciation for a very touching gesture. I'm disabled and use a power wheel chair. I ran over some glass and one of my tires went flat. I took the tire to Tirecraft who said unfortunately I would need to go get a tube as they did not carry this size. I did so and returned the tire to them. Upon picking up the tire a short while later they (Jenn) informed me there was no charge and that they were able to find this size of inner tube and ordered me one should I experience this issue again. Got a flat tire on our way home from the hospital with our newborn baby. The staff were so wonderful and helped us get home quickly. They loaned us a tire and ended up waving fees saying “congratulations on your baby”. Obviously nobody wants to be stranded on the way home from the hospital with a newborn baby, but for such a crappy situation, they made it a really wonderful memory. Way to restore all faith in humanity! I will absolutely go back and recommend this place to everyone!

Bought 4 new Pirelli tires, priced fairly. Balancing wasn't done properly, had vibrations on highway. Alignment is now off and car pulls way to the left. Gave the garage the chance to fix it. Went there 3 times in total and I'm still having the same issues. Lost all faith when my car was referred to as "the guinea pig". I don't have time to let them "experiment" on my car. This place is amateur. Spend your money somewhere where they get things right.

U P D A T E Tirecraft made mistakes, that happens. How a company deals with mistakes is a sign of their character. Tirecraft completely made good on my complaint and that shows good corporate character, I will deal with them again. Took my daughter's Matrix in to have new tires installed. (Tires purchased elsewhere.) They called and talked me into getting an alignment so I reluctantly agreed. On drive home I noticed that the steering wheel now pointed a bit to the left while driving straight. I called the shop back and spoke to some guy that seemed knowledgeable and he said that they would fix it and to bring the car in Friday morning at 08:00. This was good but cutting it close since I had to deliver the car to my daughter in Ottawa for 12:00. I show up at 7:50 to get the car in and fixed. NOBODY knew anything about the appointment and they said there was nobody in that could do the work. (Somebody called in.) One guy at the desk said he could take the car for a drive but I asked him what was that going to fix? Long story but the end result is that I paid $100+ to get an alignment and the result is my daughter in Ottawa is now driving a car with the wheel point left until she spends more $$$ to get the job done right. DON'T get an alignment here!

I didn't know a such service oriented business like this was still existing nowadays. I had a bush hog wheel bearing to repair. The owner went to TCS to buy a new axle bar to adapt on the wheel. I was out of words. I don't know any other business who would have provided a similar service to me. Price was also very good.

Had a major breakdown on the 401 and got my vehicle towed to this Tirecraft late at night. Dropped of my keys in the slot and called first thing in the morning. They got at it quickly and were awesome in their communication. Unfortunately my vehicle was beyond repair but they were so good at helping me with next steps. I would highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about how amazing the customer service is at this location. We had a customer who had a blow out on the 401 who ended up being stranded in Belleville. Our customer had an important appointment in smith falls to attend to and was short on time. We called Jeff at tire craft on our customers behalf asking if he had our customers specific tire in stock, unfortunately they did not. Jeff took the initiative to check his local warehouse to see if they had one and thankfully they did. Jeff sent one of his drivers to go pick up the tire before my customer had even arrived at the shop. By the time the tire had arrived the staff had already gotten the vehicle into a service bay and had the rim prepared for the new tire to be installed. My customer had his tire installed and was on his way to his important appointment in 15 minutes. As a tire and repair facility i can not say enough on how amazing this location was on solving this issue. i would highly recommend this tire craft to anyone in the Bellville area. My snow tire/wheels were out of balance. I had dealt with 3 other shops in the Belleville area before going to Tirecraft. None of them were able to properly balance my tires. They usually made excuses saying a wheel was bent or the tires were too old and worn and would therefore not balance (neither of which was the case). When I dropped off my wheels at Tirecraft the tech immediately pointed out that the shops who had dealt with them previously had not cleaned the wheels and had not removed any of the old weights when they attempted to balance my wheels. I had requested the fancy (Road Feel I think) balancing that they do at a higher cost because I assumed that would be required. When I picked them up they had not done the more expensive balancing as they felt that the wheels did not require it. They were correct; I put the wheels back on my car and they were perfectly balanced. The bottom line is if you are in the Belleville area GO TO TIRECRAFT FIRST TO GET YOUR WHEELS BALANCED!

They charged me $500 for a rad flush, a hose and an oil change. The rad flush didn't even last a month, my heat didn't work still and my temp. Gauge was still over heating. The sticker that they're supposed to fill out after the oil change they just wiped off the old numbers and didn't put the next numbers up and when I got my oil done, my new mechanic said it hadn't been done in a while and I needed another rad flush as the first one was not done properly. I had my oil done, a rad flush, and a thermastat done at my new mechanic shop all for $150!!!!! & my heat actually works and none of my gauges are exceeding their normal temps! I will never take or recommend Belleville Tire for any vehicle work.

Just took my beastie in for an oil change and valve stem replacement. Fast, friendly service and the low price was a nice surprise. An even better surprise was that they didn't try to push anything on me whatsoever. Can not recommend these guys strongly enough!

I live in kingston and bought 4 Michelin tires in Dec. Within 2 weeks noticed bad vibration when at highway speeds. Returned to seller and they rebalanced tires. Problem continued . My car dealership checked tires and found a large hop in one tire, said a belt had probably shifted. Returned to tire seller and was told they cannot get tire in now, they are on back order and it could be 6 or more weeks. I call Michelin re: warranty issue and am told that anyone who sells Michelin can deal with this warranty issue. I call 3 other Michelin sellers in Kingston and they all refuse to handle this warranty issue and refer me back to seller. I call Belleville Tirecraft and they tell me they can get the tire in one day and will deal with the warranty issue. One day later I drive to Belleville, they replace the faulty tire, the gentleman at the counter talks to Michelin while I am there and Michelin agrees to cover all costs associated with the installation of the tire. Amazing!! What tremendous customer service and for someone who purchased tires somewhere else. Why couldn't the Kingston companies do the same thing? I know where I'll be buying my next set of tires and it won't be in Kingston. Highly recommend Belleville Tirecraft.

I completely trust the advice and quality of work.! I moved to Belleville 2 years ago and had been with my previous mechanic for a very long time - I was worried that I would not find another auto shop that I would trust as much as my previous mechanic...but I do trust the folks at Tirecraft; behind the desk and in the shop. Whether it is to find me the best deal possible on quality parts or guide me on the work that truly is imperative vs padding their pockets, I know I'll be steered in the direction that is best for me. I'll keep coming back and highly recommend.

I took my Jeep into Tirecraft Belleville for a full rear alignment on Friday, September 7th. I even spoke to Jen, the manager on the phone prior to booking my appointment to insure they fully understood what was needed. My mechanic had previously installed an aftermarket Upper control arm that’s fully adjustable on my vehicle so that we would have a proper alignment and toe. Jen insured me her technicians where up to the task and it would probably take longer than normal to complete. She quoted me 1-2 hours which I agreed upon. My wife and I dropped the truck off at 9.00 am Friday morning and walked over to Tim Hortons to grab a coffee. Approximately 30 to 35 minutes, we headed back and the technician was already finished with our vehicle and was just backing it into a parking space. We proceeded into the Tirecraft store to be told the alignment was completed. I of course asked how was the backend alignment where the upper control arm was installed and she informed me they hadn’t touched it – it wasn’t that bad off! I then explained to her it wasn’t fine and that’s why I brought it in. I explained to her what we had discussed and she simply told me they don’t have any specs for my vehicle, but they adjusted the front- which was not needed! I asked her why she would tell me to bring the vehicle in if they didn’t have the specs for my vehicle. We paid for the apparent alignment, left and still had wheel hop in the back, and could clearly hear the dyna whining and the whole vehicle was drifting to the right! I came home and called Jen at Tirecraft Belleville back and she was no help. I called back on Sat as the vehicle was still acting wonky and was told she was out of the shop, but would return my phone call when she came in. I made three more attempts to get in touch with Jen and was not successful. I took it into my local Goodyear on hwy 62 today, Monday Sept, 10th and the alignment was way out. My wife was able to reach Jen on the phone and she did reimburse the payment for the alignment. Lesson learned on our end. I cannot speak for any of the other services Tirecraft Stores, or any other Tirecraft location, but if looking for an alignment in Belleville, Ont I recommend avoiding Tirecraft Belleville, located on Dundas street west. The Goodyear alignment specs on left, Tirecraft Belleville on the right!
