5 stars are based on the front desk staff as I haven’t pulled the trigger on the work yet. I unfortunately didn’t get the ladies name seated to the right but she was amazing. She knew her products, resources and late model equip specs. Very reliable for follow ups calls as well. Definitely recommend the drive.

My husband and numerous of his friends went to this company to have work done on their trucks. The Secretary was rude and arrogant, a know it all who would not even let them explain what they wished to have done. This was an awful experience and as a result of this woman's behaviour our business was taken else where. I strongly encourage you to look at another service for your vehicle.

Referred as dealer by rim manufacturer as stockist of 15mm oversize bolts - emailed and called with reference # - asked what length they are - they didnt know and wouldn't call supplier to check and suggested I buy them online from eBay - I wanted to drive the car this weekend of course I could have bought them online - duh but i'm trying to support Canadian not Chinese jobs.

Brought in performance car to get my new Michelin ps4+ tires on. These guys used hammer on wheel weights on an aluminum rims. When I brought the issue up, I called them and told them I wasn’t looking for any money or anything, I just wanted them to know they made a mistake. I was called a liar, told I had hammer on weight wheels when I brought the car in. Not only that, They didn’t even remove my old stick on front wheel weights from the inside barrel of my rims. So the balance they “did do” was terrible. There is zero pride in their workmanship and they’re never wrong. Buy your tires here because they’re the cheapest around, but get them installed somewhere else to avoid the headache and damaged rims.

I've been pricing out new winter tires for a while and I gave Rez Boyz a call. Not only were they way cheaper than everyone else but when I went there the service was fast and efficient. I was out the door in 20 minutes for a test drive,went back to the shop they tighten things up made some adjustments. I am now worthy to drive on these treacherous Canadian roads! Fear mortals for I am mobile!

New winter rim/tire combination. Tires too small for my truck, speedometer out by +10kph. Wanted to put stock rims and tires back on. Did not ask them to take back my purchase, I would sell on my own. The female replied “no they were to busy to change back to my stock rims and tires”. I’d have to do that on my own. After spending $1440 for winter rims/tires, $1000 for tonneau cover and $375 for a Back Rack plus adapter for new tonneau cover. I would have thought they’d put my factory rims with tires back on without a hassle. Very poor customer service, I will not be dealing with this business again. I will not be recommending friends to deal with this business.

The staff would not own up to the fact that they had not torqued all the tires they had installed down properly, nor would they remove the tires to check if the lose lug nuts had damaged the studs. When confronted on it, they were rude, hostile, and flat out lied to try and absolve themselves of responsibility. All mechanics make mistakes occasionally, good ones admit it when they do. Would not recommend an unscrupulous mechanic like this to anyone.
