Great price and service. This was my second tire purchase from Vanzuylen. I tend to shop around for a good value but I combine that with reputation for service. Once again, I was very pleased in all regards and will certainly deal with Ed and his great crew for future tire purchase and/or changeovers. Thanks, guys.

Experienced a flat tire. When Canadian Tire was completely booked we were advised to visit this location. The service advisor James ordered a replacement tire, which arrived the next morning. We dropped off the car the next day, and it was replaced within an hour. Truly fast, honest and friendly service.

Needed a heavy truck tire service. Called ahead and was told they were closing soon, despite my ETA of about 10min after their shop hours. When I got there, of course, nobody was waiting. So I called and had to get an after-hours call, which turned into a nightmare. It was 2 hours before the on-call guy rolled up in his car, and he wasn't too happy about it. He was less than thrilled when I told him how long I had been waiting there. Our company had an account with them from another branch, so it became a bit of a fiasco when the work was done and billing began. He had to look up our account (since he wasn't familiar with our company). I expected to be told I should have taken my trouble to my home shop, I'm sure it's all he was thinking about the whole time. Anyways, we have a national account with Goodyear now, so don't have to deal with Vanzuylen Tire anymore. Good for us, and the guys in Belleville probably like it that way, too.

Great service and customer experience. James O'Hara is a great professional. My sister had tire issues (tire light on) and assumed she ran over something. We pulled into the Belleville location and James was attentive, knew his facts and provided a couple of tests to concluded, there was not leaking and he fixed the tire light issue. Kudos to you James and team. Professional, friendly and experienced. Go there and not Canadian Tire. I sent free Timmies coffee for their efforts.

Called to enquire about a new set of tires. The lowest price they gave me was over a thousand. Also, contrary to their website, they don't offer "equal monthly payments" when I asked over the phone - if this is a franchise, corporate should have a long hard conversation with these clowns. The second quote I got on the tires from another shop was $500 less. I'll never be a customer and perhaps you should shop around too before booking here

Bought 2 full sets of tires had to return one vehicle 3 times for balance and still could not get it right.Had to take too another mech shop.Very unhappy sent e-mail to head office .They never contacted me back.Tires and alignment is all they do and they can not do that right.I would not recommend you get tires or install then there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here today to get a tire fix or buy a new tire. They say they are open Saturday but they are not had to go somewhere else and got lucky and wasnt charged. I don't understand why you would say you're open Saturday when you clearly are not

Had an awesome experience with these guys. Went in a couple weeks ago for a quote. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I went in today with every intention of dropping 7 or 8 hundred on a new set of snow tires. Before doing so one of the guys came out to my car, checked the tires I had on and told me there was no need to replace them. I was running one all season because one of my snows was flat and I had it in the back of my car. They took this flat snow tire, fixed the rim which had a dent in it, reinflated, and got everything good to go and installed it for me right there on the spot. Best part is....they did this for free just to help me out! These are the kinds of honest people that you want to deal with. I'll be coming back in the spring to buy new summer tires for my 370z for sure. These guys are awesome!

After a startling discovery of a flat tire, caused by a screw in the sidewall of my front tire, these guys helped to get me back on the road safely, with humor and with competence. Under price and under the time suggested, they outfitted my car with 2 new tires in little over an hour. I was very happy with my experience at this garage and highly recommend it for tire care.
