This is an excellent place to shop for basic vehicle amenities like oil, coolant, batteries, parts, snake oil, etc.. They have have a automotive selection that is much like that of Canadian tire, which really is no suprise. Canadian tire can tell you what's in stock at a local parts source if they don't have it. Who would I recommend for automotive parts? Probably partsource for the price and hours of operation, generally their small parts selection (nuts & bolts) are stocked well too. If you are not afraid to pay more for top tier parts that are going to last, switch over to Napa or Carquest and ask for premium/gold parts.

Friendly staff. Pricing is pretty good. Knowledge isn't bad but could be updated. The last time I was here, they gave me the wrong part. However did figure out what was right without the computer that said wrong part.

This place is great. Every time I go there they figure out what I need and give me great advice. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and if they don't carry something you need they will point you in the right direction. Their prices are very good. No price gouging like some of their competitors. Excellent shop!

Bought a set of brake callipers that had a fifty dollar core charge each . Brought them back today, and was refused my refund core because I didn’t have both of the boxes they came in, as I had put both in one box to save garbage. If there’s a specific procedure for returning cores, why is the customer not being told this. Something this important should have a damn sign on the wall saying make sure you return items in the box they came in. Doesn’t make any sense because brake callipers are covered in oil and grease, when it gos back into a box that clearly is not going to be reused again. Let’s see what corporate can do.

Highly recommended. The in store stock doesnt seem to be the best, but 8 have never had a problem finding that one small part or fastener that I need. Their prices for vehicle parts are cheaper than napa and they have next day shipping to the store if you pay for the parts by 4pm.

Went to order part for my truck. Told me it will be there around 1pm. Part did not arrive. They gave me lame excuse. Told me will definitely be in by 3pm. I showed up at the store before closing. Part did not arrive. This time got two different people giving me different reasons why part did not show. If they cannot provide parts then don't promise it will be there. Will not use again. Go elswear!
