Great service. I was here for oil and filter change. Price was good. also I had a coupon which made it even better. When I mentioned there is something shaky under my car a nice guy named "Dalbert" or "Delbert" looked for it and fixed it for me with a U-Bolt quickly. one thing that I really liked about this place is that unlike many other mechanic shops I was able to watch the whole process. the staff were nice and friendly. highly recommended.

I think I may owe these guys beer. I brought my 2001 Accord in to the Honda dealer and they recommended a laundry list of repairs, including rear brakes at 10%. Brought it into Midas to get the rear brakes and they got the wheels off, took one look, and assessed the brakes to be at 50%. Even when I offered to pay a "Total waste of company time" fee, they declined and sent me on my way, saving me over $250.

Like to share a great customer service experience I had yesterday with Jim at the Midas shop on Fairview in Brantford. I called to ask for an appointment due to loud exhaust noise from my F150. Jim said to bring it right in. They took me right away, diagnosed it as a broken pipe, volunteered to make the pipe rather than fit an expensive replacement, and had me on my way in less than an hour. Everyone very friendly!. The best part....I was fearing and expensive repair due to the age of the exhaust.....they said it was all fine and simply repaired what was needed! And at a great price. Found out they do all mechanical repairs as well...l didn't know that. Based on this experience, certainly recommend them!!!!

I was hauling a horse trailer with my '14 F150 that has 216000km on it, and half way from Brantford to Caledon, my exhaust flex pipe broke away from the muffler. I stopped into Midas on Monday for a quick estimate, and was told they could fit me in around noon. Went back, was advised it would be about an hour and a bit to repair, but they had my truck in and fixed in about 50 minutes! Great bunch of guys, and quick & reasonably priced repairs. Very pleased with the service!

Went there for a oil change, then found oil in my garage from my oil pan leaking. Guess they forgot to tell me they punctured my oil pan. Horrible service, ended up costing me over 300 to fix. Won't be going back.

Went in for a tire change that was quoted as $105 over the phone (one of the most expensive tire changers in Vancouver I imagine). Then they billed me $105 + an extra $12.90 in "shop fees". I was already paying a lot, and then they added a hidden fee! Unbelievable. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home and looked at the receipt, so it was too late to ask for a refund. They do this thing where they fold your receipt and put it in an envelope when they hand it to you, now I know why! It's so you don't inspect the charges until you get home. If it wasn't for the hidden fee, I would have been happy. They did a good job, a little on the slow side if anything, but good attention to detail. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back there again, as I don't find dishonesty with price to be acceptable in any business.

*** Response from owner to contact them was not genuine- I have completed the link not once but twice, with no response. A clear indication of the level of customer service at this location. 08/06/2019 Rough driving and Check Engine light was on- I brought my Volkswagen in to be serviced. They stated it was an ignition coil and recommended new spark plugs. The very next day same issue with my car, I call them to inform of my same problem. They asked me to bring my car back in. They were unable to tell me what the problem was, kept telling me the car ran great. Due to the shaking of the car I then got an exhaust leak- they fixed that problem, but could not diagnose my rough driving car and check engine light that would flash. “Maybe its a catalytic converter?” An educated guess is what we are banking on at this point. I did not continue with further diagnosis or service. A total of $425 to the Brantford Midas location and my car is still running terrible. I got my car fixed at the dealership- Diagnosed in 30 minutes. Fuel injector #4- Which coincidentally was the ignition coil Midas stated was bad but after their repair and diagnosis the car was still in the same condition when it was initially brought to them. When I called back, Jim argued with me that the car was diagnosed properly. I am unsure how, as the problem persisted after their diagnosis and “repair”. If you need a basic oil change or brakes maybe think of this local Midas assuming you also like your floor mats full of grease and oil- if you need real service stick with your dealership or at least someone that will diagnose your car correctly the first time. Past owner John would have never let this poor example of customer service slide.

This is the only place I'll take my car, even though it's a 40 minute drive (I even had my car towed all the way there when it wouldn't start). They are honest and they do good work! They don't try to rip people off which is a hard to find in a mechanic!!! I definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!

had a noisy brake. ended up just being the shim rubbing on the rotor (upgraded performance brakes from a different car so fitment wasn't 100%) and they fixed it for coffees for the boys. didn't' want money they wanted me to do a timmies run for them. basically $20 if that. just because a mechanic or shop recommends you need things fixed doesn't mean you have to. they simply recommend as it will be broke sooner than later. if you don't want to fix it tell them no no and no to this and yes yes to the things you want fixed. nobody puts a gun to your heads to pay.

Quoted one price on the phone for oil change and tire rotation. Once in shop the price shot up another $20 because my vehicle needed more oil. My regular mechanic is off due to injury and I usually take my vehicle there and have never been charged more then $30 for a basic oil change. Service is usually rude and unfriendly, the employees seem to gripe when additional work that is advertised for free is requested. Would not recommend Midas to anyone. There are much better shops in the area and they appreciate the business

Still waiting for a phone call. Filled out the form as well as I could at the time. Additionally I would like to add the invoice # 59115035. Have been informed that Toyo are NOT reimbursing our money -expected as it is definitely NOT their issue. Clearly states on this invoice that our tires had been balanced. When LR looked at our vehicle the alignment was 2" equally on both tires. So an attempt was indeed made -as we were clearly charged for it on this very invoice - but was a dismal fail. Finally I have a chance to share my experience with everyone if who want to bring your car to service at Midas. As from their website “ expert brake repair, scheduled car maintenance, exhaust repair, new tires, oil change, steering repair, suspension systems repair, wheel alignment, and more.” guess what! My car just a brake job but end up I have to gave up my car. Here is my story; I took my car to Midas Richmond for a brake job. After done I drove it from Richmond back home where my house in Burnaby. As soon arrived home I have to rushed opened door cause my car smoked look like almost into flame. Smell badly of the rubber burned. All my neighbor out see if anything they can help! So of course I have to called Midas Richmond to let them know what happened. Then they said it properly just need an adjust. I said the car still smoke out from underneath and unsafe to drive. So they said wait for half an hour then drive to the closer my house whereas Burnaby then someone can have a look to fix it. I have waited for half an hour then careful see if I can drive! But at that point the car seized up. I gave them a callEd again to tell them my car cannot drive anymore. They not even offered a tow truck for me as I am the one have to called ICBC tow service to get my car to the nearest Midas to fix. Not Yet finished as when the Burnaby Midas looked into it and they could not open the part or take it out either! They said the Richmond had it in wrong side. So took them quite long to get it out and ordered a new one to replaced it. A small brake job become a big job while this is the only car in my family. We don’t have car to go to work during pandemic. We have to relied on public transit. Another week gone by and part came . I got my car to Burnaby location fixed again. After took the car back Just same afternoon only few hours ; the car start grinding on the back brake again!!! Then I called the Burnaby and told them that it cannot drove again. They said bring back on Monday , I said I am working can’t bring it on Monday but can bring in Saturday . They said okay Saturday. But since from June 27 until now none of them call me back either say how is your car or concern or wonder how is the car situation ! Since then my wife and I have to used public transit instead cause this is the only car for both of us. As for customer satisfaction Midas should contact me instead now I have this feedback for them!

The owner initially told me my wait would be close to an hour because I was there before his technicians but when I said I would just wait for anyone to investigate why my tires were losing pressure he checked it out, found a faulty cap on the air valve, and fixed the problem for free in no time. I took my mom's vehicle in to repair two tires that had slow leaks. They took care of it right away and plugged the tires no problem. I was driving up to Ottawa and feel my car is a bit off. At first I thought it was the wheel alignment issues, so I pull over the side and called every garages I can find on Google. It’s in the mid of Nov, that’s mean it’s winter tire changes, so I know my chance is very low. I called this Midas location and a gentleman call Jeremy, he heard my concern and he made everything possible and squeeze me in with his busy schedule. That’s a business with legit empathy! I drove up to his location, Jeremy looked after my car. At the end it found out it’s not the wheel alignment issues, it’s actually one of the Spring is broken. Jeremy was patiently explain what’s going on with my car, and did not charge a single dime. I am from Toronto and it’s so grateful to meet Jeremy and his garage. Their level of empathy and honesty for a garage made this location such a GEM. I tried numerous garage in GTA and there is nothing, I mean zero garage can compare to Jeremy’s location. on Saturday June7, 2014 at 11:15am, I went for a regular check up. The store manager helped me. I don't know much about cars so I started asking a few questions about the service he was providing. This manager wasn't willing to answer them with the excuse that I was interrupting his work. He even showed rudeness by saying some stuff about a shirt I was wearing. I asked one more question and he refused to answer it by plainly and rudely ignoring me which I couldn't take and told him off in front of his staff and some customers. It was a pretty bad experience. I got so mad with his attitude. For sure he thought I was a total ignorant, but he had to show patience. At the end, in his office, he said he was sorry about the situation, but it was too late and even though he said there was no service charge (by the way, I'm wondering if he just did that to avoid leaving a permanent / traceable record of my visit that day) I told him it was the last time he'd see me around and that I'd get my new tires somewhere else. I'm still thinking about complaining with his head office. too bad Mr. manager!!!!

Tony Rude. Sarcastic. $33 for using 3 ZipTies to secure the under grate from dragging on the ground. This was a 5-min operation. Went for an oil change &/or checkup on my car during a snowy day. They were the only ones who had the ‘Open’ sign on so obviously I’ll go and inquire. Got the ‘ol ‘Have you seen the weather outside?’ sarcasm comment like... Well what the F do you think? Proceeded to tell Tony that my model is a GT but kept correcting me that its a GTS or ES like dude it’s my car.

I agree with Jeff O. My wife was dealing with the previous advisor, Monty, who brought back my wife’s business due to his pleasant customer service . He retired and that’s when everything changed. New advisor, Tony Susi is pleasant at first but got defensive and rude when our vehicle part wasn’t installed but claim it was. The dealer provided proof that the part wasn’t changed. Rude to my wife and even lied about giving the old part back which wasn’t. FYI: parts they use are generic and in low quality such as oils and brake shoes. Also, it’s amusing that Tony gave himself a 5 star review. Too bad, was going to return but not anymore. And if Tony reads this post, here’s the proof ! UPDATE: i found they indeed replaced a part. I had a cracked flex pipe on my explorer. Dealership referred me to midas as I t would be a lot cheaper. Took my vehicle in at 8am and it was completed by 9. Great! Only problem was the new flex pipe made a whistle noise, almost like a turbo spooling up under heavy acceleration. Called back and spoke with Jim who said bring it back. Had the flex pipe swapped out again with no questions. Turned out to be a bad unit. They stand by there work

I would have given a 5 but didn't because the older guy in the shop has the personality of a muffler. He couldn't care less with explaining the problem or telling you what is the best way to fix the exhaust. He really does a good job of making you feel like you are bothering him. The younger guys look so unmotivated but is understandable if that is guy is their mentor. The person at the front desk (i think he's the owner) is good and gave me a good price and options. The car is fixed, that is all that matters in the end.

Wasn’t going to review this shop but finding more problems with last service weeks later. If you like a filthy car that reeks of smoke go here. If you like greased up carpets and panels that take repeated cleanings to remove go here. Owner states ‘mechanics dont smoke in the car’. No.... just around them and while working on them - I watched them smoke by it windows down. Was compensated a small amount to get it cleaned - owner shoved 50$ at my wife without speaking. Nowhere near makes up for all the grease or oil stains I can’t get off the floors. My dad used to go here so thought I’d give it a try. Never again...

I usually don't review places but I thought other people needed to know and not get duped off their money like me. They replace with cheap parts and break pads, give you a huge bill. They billed me for changing 4 break pads 5 months ago. And now when I went to get my car checked they said 2 were never replaced. They basically cheated me! The guy Andy who sits in the front is terrible. Everytime he would try to convince me to change things in my car and when I would refuse he would get upset and provide terrbile service along with a horrible attitude. Bad car and customer service! Will definitely not be going back!

FIVE STAR SERVICE????????✨ This shop helped me with my used vehicle that i just bought, in getting an oil change and an overall check up. I had a road trip planned for the next day, when they ended up discovering more work needing to be done on the vehicle. They found out that part of my engine was cracked around the oil pan and severely leaking oil everywhere, so the options were becoming more expensive than i had initially thought when bringing in a vehicle i had just bought, thinking it was in perfect condition. They had so much compassion for my situation, of having just bought the vehicle, and needing to leave the city for work, that they gave me a temporary fix of a jb weld on the crack, and a place to store my vehicle until i arrived back to Vancouver FOR FREE. Thank you soooo much to the people at Midas! It's nice to know there are mechanics that still work with compassion and care ???????? Im happy to have my van back on the road ❤️

I just want to give a shout out to Midas in Belleville, ON. They were awesome. Chris at the front desk was very courteous and polite, got me in quickly, called within an hour with the diagnosis and estimate. They were able to do a patch repair instead of replacing the whole pipe and muffler. So my bill was $120 instead of $500-600. If I had taken my car to the Toyota Service Centre they wouldn’t have patched the hole, they would have replaced the entire part. I’m very impressed with the customer service, quality job, timely fashion, and being able to afford the repair.

Don't trust the Midas Touch. I took my car in for oil change and transmission service just before new years and they screwed up really bad. I had to tow my car in 3 more times before i gave up and asked for my money back. Took it to a brand specialist and my car is running excellent after more than a month of driving. The manager had the nerve to blame the age of my car every time i took it back to complain about the problems they have caused after they flushed my tranny. Only to conclude that it was their incompetence and the use of cheap NAPA parts that was causing my transmission not to shift properly. Even after they decided to use OEM parts, they still couldn't get my transmission to stop leaking and shift properly.

I can’t begin to express our gratitude for the work this establishment did for us at the stop of a dime. Let me start by staying, four of us best girlfriends started out on our very first annual girls trip. We began our adventure from our Northern Ontario hometown to the big boujee city of Montreal, deciding to take a pit stop in Belleville. Well, the universe had other plans for us as we were interrupted by the screeching of a what we now know was 2 callipers, 2 rotors, and 4 break pads. You can imagine how stressed we were, thoughts racing about having to cut our trip short and miss the much anticipated drag show we had purchased tickets to. But, much to our dismay, a couple of Midas hero’s came to our rescue. We rolled into the parking lot, expecting to hear the heartbreaking news, however - after hearing our unfortunate circumstance, they took good old faithful Black Betty (Hyundai Sonata) in with open arms immediately and nursed her back to health in an hour and a half! Not only was this team, quick, efficient and exceptionally friendly, but they also applied discounts unbeknownst to us. If you’re looking for your own Midas hero, do not look any further, this is the place to go.

Called this midas quite a time ago. just wanting a quote for a brake pad replacement. they wouldn't tell me the price and just told me to make a appointment first. the person was quite rude about it as well. I mean what kind of a place cannot tell me whats the price for a simple brake pad change? I am not going to drive there to just find out the price. Sad to see such customer service. I called other midas and they had no problem giving me the information.

Simply put, outstanding service from this crew. Had a flat tire on the 401, about 15 km from Belleville.. After CAA did their magic to get me rolling again, I called around to a bunch of service centers in the Belleville area, to explain I needed a new tire, and had to get back on the road, all of them told me they either couldn't help me, or couldn't help me today (Just a regular Tuesday).. Called Midas, and a Very polite young Lady told me to come on in, and they'll make it happen for me. Got in, she had her techs first check if the tire could be repaired, while she searched around for a suitable replacement. Tech told her the tire was toast, which I already knew, and she said she found one nearby.. She called, ordered the tire, and rather than wait for them to deliver it, she sent one tech out to get the tire, and another started to replace the donut, and prep the rim for the new tire, she knew I needed to get back on the road, and true to her promise, she made it happen for me. From Flat to Finish, a 2 hour delay.. Arrived later at my destination, safe and sound and eternally grateful to the great crew at Midas, Front Street, Belleville!

Disappointing experience. They are reluctant to do the service which is offered as free such as tires rotation and will try to sell you the tires instead. Charged $25 and $23 for low quality air and cabin filters which are available in $13 outside. The worst part is they charged extra $22 for replacement of filters although it was part of service to clean the filters if they didn't need replacement. I went for $79.99 synthetic oil change with tires rotation but ended up spending $145 without even tires rotation.

Everyone I spoke to was very professional, friendly and was willing to work with me to find the best solution for my car within my price range. As a young women I am always apprehensive to stray from my usual mechanic, whom I trust. First off, none of the employees were wearing masks or social distancing, during the height of Omicron. Foremost they tried to make an easy $500 dollars off of me, assuming my lack of knowledge and inexperience. My car simply needed the muffler to be put back into place, as it had come unhooked. Which is exactly what my regular mechanic did, when I was dissatisfied with Midas and travelled back to my usual shop after. However, Midas and employees insisted I needed to have a brand new muffler ordered in, and replaced, and then proceeded to issue me a near $500.00 estimate. The main man that was working in the office, was condescending when asking me simple questions about my car, for example: "do you even know what year your car is?" to which I promptly answered all of his questions, giving him no indication that I was not capable of doing so. Obviously subject to my opinion, but I would infer that these men at Midas, as many mechanics do, attempted to take advantage of me, to make a quick buck, instead of prioritizing their quality of customer service. I only went to this Midas for convivence and proximity, although convivence and proximity does not outweigh the sexists stereotypes Midas demonstrated. I insist other women to find a shop you trust, and don't go to this Midas, their customer service and professionalism is far below lacking.

The internet says it's a simple process and that it should take only 1 hour and midas said they need it all day and I may half to buy a bunch of new parts aswell. Worst experience ever. I came for Oil Change. I picked up my car and after 30min when I worked on it I found that they probably didn't change the oil filter. Filter didn't look like new at all. There was old dirt on it - not dirt from dirty mechanic's hands (as they told me during my complain).I wasn't 100% sure if they really didn't change it or they did so I came back to ask for. I told them that I doubt about filter change. I wasn't rude, I asked in polite way. Mechanic came to me and started to be very offensive with his sentence "So you wanna call me fuc***g liar" and was repeating this again and again. Nothing more he said. So I found this "conversation useless" and left this place. Unprofessional staff. Never come back again. Don't care about filter but I really don't like how he was talking with me or how he will talk with anybody else who will be not satisfied...

Had my a/c refilled here..... somehow buddy decided the hot air blowing out was normal and then I put my ac guage to check the pressure out was 175 psi on the low end.. needless to say it fried my ac compressor and when I went in to resolve it. The manager was conveniently gone on vacation for a week and they'd call me back.... it has been 4 months of dodging the issue of they broke my ac and I had to replace it out of my pocket.. do not trust these guys their collage stiffens learning with no supervision. After calling the Belleville midas at 256 North Front St 3 times in the am of jan12, 2022 and not getting anyone to answer the phone, I decided that I would go to the store personally to try and book an appointment. This also turned out to be a no go as there wasn't anyone at the front counter. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come I left the store. Business must be slow, therefore no hired help for the phone or the counter. Poor way to conduct your business.

Good service, though I'd take their free inspections with a grain of salt. I was quoted 1500 dollars in repairs when I went to midas for a seasonal tire changeover. I asked my private mechanic and he said he either already fixed a few of the issues that were demonstrated. However, all the other problems listed were legitimate, and the service Rep gave me helpful advice and information. Just don't immediately get your car fixed based on their inspection. Helpful first step. It's also crazy expensive here.. Find a private mechanic if you can!!

I called the shop yesterday afternoon and explained the issue I was having. The man on the phone (Jason I think) was super friendly and really willing to help. He said I could bring it by that afternoon after work and he'd take a look to see if it was a quick fix or if I needed an appointment the next day. I went by, and he took a look and let me know the issue was a bigger fix and explained to me what was potentially causing it and what they could do to figure it out. He booked me an appointment for 8:30 this morning. When I got there at 8:30, Tony was not nearly as friendly or helpful and told me right away that it was a body shop issue and they couldn't work on it. When I told him the other tech said one issue could be a body shop issue but the other was possibly mechanical, he cut me off and said "that guy's a temp, he doesn't know what he's talking about." He didn't try to explain further how the other tech was incorrect about the mechanical issue and didn't even seem willing to listen to me. I was ready to give a 5 star review after my experience with Jason(?) yesterday, but Tony changed my mind.

These guys have been servicing my last two cars and I think I've been with them for at least 7 or 8 years. I find them to be consistent, reliable and honest. There have been times where I've taken my car to another autoshop and was told I needed something replaced (ie- shell out money because I don't know anything about cars) and when I come here for a second opinion, they'll tell me the parts are still good. I also find them to be very friendly and great customer service .

My grandma and I had an emergency come up today on our way through Brantford and this Midas was the first garage we could find open.They were super nice and quick to help us and diagnose the issue. They were able to call their supplier to get the part right away and let us use their service vehicle to go where we were going instead of having to sit and wait. They let us bring our puppy in with us so we didnt have to keep him out in the freezing cold and treated us better then any other garage has. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need! They deserve more then 5 stars but since thats the highest score possible they definitely deserve this and more!

TOP NOTCH! Monte and his crew are bang-on! They've helped me on a few occasions when I'm in a tight squeeze with my automotive issues. First time a few years back on a Saturday, I was just leaving my house and accidentally ran over a nail. I made the bone-head move to pull it out which started a fast air leak. At first I went to Fountain Tire and was relieved as they weren't closing for an hour. But because it had been a slow day, pretty much all the employees had already left. So they turned me away without even suggesting to go to Midas literally right across the street. So I went to Midas and met Monte who told me they had received multiple customers who were turned away by Fountain Tire. They did a fast patch job and charged me under $30. Saved my Saturday night! They also do cheaper oil changes than Mr. Lube and pay more attention to your vehicle. Monte is friendly, professional and doesn't sugarcoat anything. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

If I could give a 0 for a star rating I would. This establishment is extremely filthy and unkept. The bathroom is so disgusting , I'd rather pee my pants then use this restroom. There is no way a woman could use this bathroom. The older fellow behind the counter has literally no knowledge of exhaust systems. I'm missing a tail pipe off my dual exhaust and he for the life of himself couldn't figure out how to order a replacement. He has no stock. Nothing like going into a shop and you ,the customer has to try to locate products, go buy them and bring them in for him to install. Where is the customer service ? I wish I could post pictures. I would show you just how filthy and unkept this place is. Inside the front door, there are leaves scattered throughout the entire area. The floors haven't been swept, mopped in ages....cobwebs everywhere. The toilet is so full of mold, pee , poo, dirt etc. It's awful. The garbage can, door, handle, sink are a disgrace. Where is a health inspector ?

I had a flat tire. I work on dalkeith just down the street. I'm literally surrounded by four or five tire places. Jim and the guys at Midas were the only ones that cared to get me in and get the tire fixed. The three places that were closer to my work just blew me off. Midas however gave me really friendly service and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Something that's very hard to find these days. I will certainly be back.

Went in today for an oil change . The guy behind the counter looked depressed and miserable . The mechanic came in to take my keys and he looked even worse. The place feels very unwelcoming and not safe for women. Guy behind the counter kept eyeing me up . Creepy place and not very happy looking people. Some advice . A smile or two when a customer walks in the door would be great .

We used to bring our vehicles here but after an air filter change the fan started squealing on cool air or AC and I was told it wasn’t the problem and that the whole dash would have to be taken off and it would be an expensive fix! It was overall horrendous experience. The first time we went there to change engine oil,They overfilled the oil container and as you know Overfilling your engine oil can cause serious damage to your engine anything more than that could be harmful to the engine when you add too much oil the access oil will go towards the crankshaft and as the Crankshaft rotates at a high speed the oil is mixed with the air and aerates or becomes foamy. When I went back to Tell him about this he said it’s OK, I seriously doubt they have any experience doing this kind of stuff i used to be a mechanic and these guys don’t know anything .they don’t have a clue on how to fix even their mistakes, They filled the oil container like they’re filling a Brita water filter cup. The second time he underfilled my motor oil, Overfilled and underfilled. Most people know it is bad to use your vehicle on underfilled motor oil condition. ... The submerged crackase stir oil in the engine and causes foaming (volatile with alot of air bubbles) within the oil, thus the engine will be distributing air bubbles instead of oil. And when I told him that’s not OK to overfill or underfill he said no it’s OK it’s normal, it won’t cause any harm to the engine.So basically this is my last time going there.

I called to book a brake job for my son's vehicle I was borrowing and was given an appointment that fit for me after work. While I was there I noticed they sold tires. I had been looking for winter tires for my truck but had been unable to find a full set anywhere. Chris hooked me up with an awesome deal, held onto my tires while I was waiting for the return of my truck and once I got my truck back, fit me in quickly to get them installed. The service was fast, friendly and efficient, and the interaction very professional. I will return for more service because I fully support being treated with respect as a customer. Went in to get my car diagnosed. Charged $70 on the spot. I then left to think about if I wanted to get them to work on my car. I was in my way back there 30 minutes later and found out that the mechanic had gone home for the day(3:30pm). This forced me to find another garage, at least I’m thankful for that!
