Very unprofessional/unfortunate experience. Brought my Toyota Corolla 99 to this shop after recently relocating to the area because I went over the corner of a sidewalk when pulling out of a parking lot, the car started shaking while driving and check engine light flashing. I figured it was a misfire or o2 sensor, possibly hit the oil pan. These guys gave me a quote stating that it needed spark plugs and wires, and a new valve cover. $420ish for parts and labor. I kept the car there until the next day after agreeing on this hoping that I'd receive a call saying that the work was complete and that the car was ready to be picked up, however I receive a call stating that it now need a new camshaft. Expensive piece. Would have liked to have known this the day before and wonder why you guys didn't look into everything when originally gave me the first quote. My main concern is how was my car able to drive and start after the fact of the bump and before I took it to your shop if the camshaft was broken? This isn't to mention the fact that one of their mechanics hung up the telephone when questioned about it to understand, stating that he couldn't hear which also gave me signs of bad energy. I picked up the car and the valve cover, bolts, sparkplugs/wires, hose were not put back together or reassembled and just left sitting in the front end as I had the car towed away. Definitely believe that I may have sensed some dishonesty at this shop and now I been f*cked for car maintenance costing much more than expected for slightly going over sidewalk... Would have liked to have been able to write a positive review after having a positive experience but unfortunately wasn't the case. Thank you for taking the time to look at the car either way, nonetheless and I can not fully accuse but do have reason to assume that their could have been some foul play/dishonesty involved during the occasion. However, because of this experience - I Do not recommend!

These guys are great. I started using them about 2 years ago and I take my Corolla in there for oil changes, tire changeover, exhaust and anything else that needs doing. They tell you your appointment time and they are always ready to start at that time. Good price, friendly service, and honest. Unlike most places where they have someone at a counter that doesn't actually work on cars, these guys let you take a look at your car while they are working on it if you'd like to and you can talk directly to the mechanic that works on your car. I refer them to everyone. 5 stars all the way!

Do not believe the reviews I suspect that they were done by either their friends or by accounts they made themselves. I purchased a used vehicle from them, they told me that there was a little exhaust leak around the O2 sensor, not a big deal, fill it with some JB weld and it would pass a safety. Unfortunately they are actually crooks and cheats. The box was rotting as well as the supports underneath, the manifold is cracked on both sides, the muffler has such a large hole you can see into it, both ball joints on the front need to be replaced, all four rotar faces are coming off, Left coil spring is broken, no horn. I did not look over the vehicle that well because I really dont know much about it and they sold it with a dealer number. They also rolled back the odometer, it had almost 250,000 km with the last owner in London, Ontario and now it says 159,000 km. On top of all of these problems the mechanic I took it too said that it looked like a child had worked on the vehicle. The transmission housing bolts weren't even the right size, they were about a 1/4 inch too long and the idiots just made up the distance with a bunch of washers and the other one just left it hanging out, so its actually just the threads holding it together. The fuel pump bolt was stripped and so they drilled it out and put a nut and bolt through it. This place is not professional, and I really hope that people avoid it because they clearly do not know what they are doing. Oh the oil filter was not even tightened all the way... which is silly you can simply spin it with your hand. I have contacted them several times since I bought it and they responded, as soon as I raised these issues and I offered to work something out with them, they refuse to answer me. Thank God I know my way around the law and know that all vehichle sales are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, and Dealership Act and I can sue and have them investigated for fraud. It will certainly cost them their business as they are subject to a minimum $25,000 fine and possible incarceration.
