Got a muffler and resonator delete on my G37, couldn’t be happier with the end result. Was finished very quickly which was awesome. Fair on the price as well. The one mechanic definitely wasn’t wrong about the VQ’s being a little obnoxious with both the muffler and resonators deleted and all my neighbours hate me now but to hell with them, I love it lol. Happy customer.

I haven't told you a single time that just signed the document and give me the safety certificate this is totally big lie. Secondly, I have told you that please if you could focus on only on major issues like transmission or break that would be fine, you have charged me 50 bucks for license plate bolt(lol) that we can get for free at Canadian tire. And many other things I just don't want to get into it cuz I don't have time I got everything done okay. Thanks for your support!!!

Update: The response from jfp to my review is false. I have every message response from you via text (since no one answered the phone). There was no refund offered!!! The other garage had no problem moving the vehicle and we drove it the other garage, so I'm not sure why you had to "tow" it??? I would recommend going anywhere else but here! After them looking at my vehicle they provided a $1450 quote. I decided to get a second opinion as they didn't seem to have the proper knowledge on where my slave cylinder was and I'm sure glad I did! The parts they claimed to be damaged were perfectly fine and were outside of the transmission, NOT INSIDE!! I'm not sure what vehicle they were looking at, or what the $98 diagnostic fee really covered, because I don't think they looked at it very well. Anyway, my car has now been fixed with the proper parts and is running perfectly fine.... for way less then what they quoted. Crooks 100%

I am a first time car owner and car problems are a real scary thing when they come out of nowhere! I must have called a dozen places nervously asking questions about noises (I was sounding out over the phone!) my car was making. I am not no rich, I don’t have a luxurious car. I have the definition of budget car. JFP automotive was the first place to not talk down to me for my inexperience. They explained things to me in a simple language that I could understand while being respectful of how ignorant i am to how cars work. I impulsively choose this shop but I’ll be a lifetime customer after the high end experience I had at my « budget » price. THANK YOU SO MUCH

STAY AWAY FROM HERE People must not know they are lying to them OR they got their friends to write reviews because, I had a bolt broken and they told me it would cost me over a thousand dollars!! I went elsewhere and they took it out in few seconds cost me 13$ for new bolt. They also told my mom an old lady she needed bunch of work done, she went elsewhere and was only one simple thing.

Remote starter. Sept 2017 Friendly. Knowledgeable. Cleanly installed remote starter. No mess in the vehicle after (not even wire casing). Booked 1.5 weeks in advance if I'm not mistaken.

This garage was fantastic. As a woman, I'm often intimidated entering a garage and rarely have a good experience. The guys at JFP Automotive were respectful, quick, and so helpful. Our car needed urgent repair and we were hours from home and they fit us into their busy day, saving ours. I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

really happy with jfp. I had a major exhaust leak after getting an aftermarket part put on (the flex section of my mid pipe had failed). I had a full 3" stainless turbo-back exhaust, and every other shop I called either didn't answer, didn't get back to me, or treated me like I had asked them to install a turbo on my car. One shop went so far as to lecture me about how "people don't think about the consequences of putting aftermarket parts on" and "no one has exhausts that big, I don't have anything even over 2 and 1/4 inches BLAH BLAH BLAH". JFP didn't bat an eye, and in fact had done almost the same job just earlier in the week. The person I talked to on the phone told me I could bring the car by that afternoon, and that they would be able to get the part from their local supplier in time. I had full confidence handing over the keys to my STi to them, and they even drove me over to Tim's to wait. They finished the work on time and charged me exactly what they quoted me. The guy that did the repair told me that he tried to keep the flex section as high as possible so that it wouldn't scrape on speed bumps and such. He did ask if the car was lowered (it's stock height), but not with a tone of judgement. I really appreciate that they were professional, fast, responsive, and happy to help someone with a modified car.

I switched shops to these guys after recently getting a new car. There really was nothing wrong with my old shop, but the staff at JFP are friendly, informative, and experienced. Not to mention that compared to other shops, they are pretty cheap. By my experiences, they're there less to make money, and more to help their customers make the right choices to keep their cars running smoothly and safely. Today Joel got me a quote for around $500 with Hotche's with part and labour for an other wise $1300 job with part and labour. Thanks guys!

Bought a 2014 Mustang Convertible. The owners sister in-law mentioned JFP Automotive Inc having very reasonable prices and everyone are really nice. I brought in my Mustang in July and talked about "Snow Tires" to the owner Joel. Joel, mentioned sometime companies discontinue tires. He found a really good deal for me! The tires are now there just ready to be put on when it gets colder outside. They store them to! First year is free when your purchase tires through them!

Even when I was out of the country I got responses from them. I also called the shop and spoke to Lindsey who was super friendly and helpful. They had everything done and ready to go in probably less than an hour! I'm extremely happy with the quality of work that they did and my car sounds amazing! They even brought me into the shop so I could check out an LS swapped 350z. Everyone is here is awesome I would definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure! JFP was recommended to me by a coworker as I have just moved here and was looking for a good honest shop to bring my car to. I just recently bought the car from a dealer in Hamilton and was having many problems with it and getting no where with the dealer to fix the issues. I needed JFP to go over the car and give me a estimate for repairs. What I got was so much more,not only did they look at the car and get back to me in the exact time fram they said they would but also gave me a courtesy car and tried to help me with the dealer I bought it from. All the staff there are so friendly and helpful, the person that I delt with was Lynsay who was never to busy to take my calls. She certainly went over and above with customer service.
