WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR TIRES INSTALLED. Very unprofessional. Prices are super expensive. Rude service. They forgot to torque my wheel nuts the first time. They can not even fill air accurately on all 4 tires. When I asked them to keep my old tires as they were only 50% used, they hid them somewhere and did not want to return them to me. Considering the fact that tires are the most important component of a car; I would recommend no one gets anything done over here. I would go to Walmart or Canadian tire from now on.

So I went to Holgate tire which i have been using since i owned something with wheels. I went to get a tube put in my lawn tractor tire which has a few leaks lol so after waiting a hour the guy came out and said it was un safe lol i told him its for driving 3 kilometers an hour not for doing a hundred on the 401 lol so they said I needed a new tire and i asked for the tube and come home spent 10 mins installing it now it work just perfect I feel like they are shady business people and very rude not like they where in the past the topper for me was they still wanted me to pay full price for breaking down the tire and I also bought a battery while I was there after i payed $101.00 is when the old crusty guy behind the counter started treating me like trash i was going to order new tires for my rzr but I will not use there services ever again

I don't trust anyone anymore when it comes to tires, balancing. Been ripped off too many times. Holgate has bailed me out of a bad position a number of times now. They are honest, know their 5hit. Good people. They have a first come first serve set up, no appointment. And I've never waited more than 20 minutes in the 7 visits I've had with them over the last 3 years.

Great guys. Honest and quick. I went to Can Tire to repair a flat tire and they said I needed to buy a new tire (actually two tires to have a match) and quoted me new tires. Took it to Holgate and 15 mins and $30 later I was on the road again. No issues with repairing the tire. Great service!

I had a side wall blow out on the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning, they didn't have the tire in stock, but they were able to have it in the shop that morning and it was install at lunch. They put the spare back up in the basket and everything was right and tight when I left!

The staff is excellent and the rates are great but its is really terrible that you cannot schedule and appointment to have your winter tires installed. To be advised to come for opening on a "first come, first serve" basis and to do so and still have to sit on the side of the road for over 2 hours is completely ridiculous

Bought 4 new tires for my truck which leaked air from day one. Told me my rims were defective. (Toyota). Finally went to Costco and bought 4 Michelins and problem was resolved. My son bought 2 Firestone snow tires last year and the belts separated, defective tires. Told him that his car had mechanical problems. Once they sold him a new set of tires the problem disappeared. I guess the mechanical issue must have fixed itself.
