Worst customer experience of my life. I purchased a car wash for 11.99, Their deluxe version. When we went in, the wash cycled through the wash so quickly (roughly 45-50 seconds) and skipped half of the wash. We left the wash bay with soap on our windshield and in the wiper area of our hood. So my wife went back into the station and asked if there was a problem with the car wash. The manager would not accept that she had even purchased the car wash (despite the fact that she had a receipt with a time and date stamped from less than 2 minutes earlier) and asked to see me. So I went in and this time the manager whom you see in the accompanying photo was reviewing video from our car wash. I explained again what had happened and that it was very odd because we frequent this Car wash a lot and when it's not closed for repairs (which it was the week prior) it is good. The manager said he watched the video and that the car wash did exactly what it was supposed to and asked me if I wanted to see the video for myself? I said "No, dude, I was there". I said, I would just like to go back through and get a proper wash, and his response was no. I then asked for a refund, to which he also responded no, when I got frustrated and explained that this was ridiculous he then said, "let's go and look at your car, we went outside, I showed him where the soap was collecting on the windshield and around the wipers and he still refused to refund or allow us a second wash, he also told me never to return. We left and had to go to another car wash centre to get a second wash to clear the soap and residue from the Canadian Tire one. Never Ever Again.
