I went to purchase some batteries here and the cashier actually asked me what I was purchasing them for. The last time I checked- that’s none of his business. As I was about to leave he asked me where I parked my car (again- none of his business) I told him I parked to the left of the gas station where another car was parked....he smiled and said “fine have a good day”??? I had a very uneasy feeling here- I won’t be returning here ever again.

We ordered online for curbside pickup. Nice that this is available in these times however, online says you will be able to pick up before close that day if order placed before 4pm. They are closed now on second day. Tomorrow will be the THIRD DAY! Should have bought from home depot. Maybe it would help to hire some more staff if its so busy.

Main issue I have with this location is how hard it can be to get in and out of when Bell Blvd is busy, especially if Canadian tire is also packed. Its an right gas station, but nothing special

Pleasant staff and overall friendly atmosphere but it has a bit much of loitering around the front that seems to be intimidating to most out of town customers but they don't expect to feel like entering a bar.

Girlfriend took brand new car for a touchless car wash, waited in line for an hour and the car wash stopped mid way through, leaving soap all over the car. An employee rinsed the car off but there was no way to air dry it so it left water spots over the car. (Again a brand new car). Kudos to the employees for giving her free washes, but otherwise a poor experience.

I went in for 20lbs propane fill on Sunday June 6th 2021. My tank is a brand new Trader tank..metal stamped TRADER. The girl informed Me as she ripped off the label that I cannot use the Trader program because I paid for a fill. Well that ignorance and informing me as ripping the label off. Canadian Tire Gas actions has cost you a customer. Ps. I'm good for 6, 30lbs tanks plus about 12, 20's. Bad customer service! Plus about $100 week in gas.

This is a modern and well maintained gas bar. Prices are usually higher on average than other gas bars. There is very limited parking for confectionery or in-store purchases. The entrance and exit for this gas bar is dangerous and atrocious. It is made even worse by poor sign placement that blocks the view of motorists. The staff here were pleasant when I used the location to fuel up.

The lady that was working today March 5th 2018 should be fired. No customer service skills. I left the pump unattended for a sec as my son was calling me she stopped the pump from inside because I went back in the vehicle. After I went in the store tonight the pump back.on she yelled at me to not leave the pump unattended, and this before i could even say a word. I seriously hoped she gets fired for her poor attitude. I worked customer service for years and had my fair share of rude customer but never have I ever treated a customer like this.

This place might be OK to visit but as a employee not as much. They do not pay or call back there male employees when it comes down to work. The manager here explained to me, that I was suppose to come in to look around for an hour or two. Then they tried to say, I was told the whole shift. During this time, I helped them deal with customers well they restocked. For me that was OK, it was a fact that they said we will call you later to train. No call, no payment for what I worked. Now I am a male with a disability. So to me, which one did they decide to let me go with out being human enough to call. Was it the disability or because most of the staff are females. I am know out 50 dollars for the hours I worked. So tell me what do you think happened?

Purchased a propane tank from this location and after 5 times bbqing it was empty. I called to have them come to some kind of resolution but after leaving my name and number, no manager has bothered to call me back after a week. I'm not sure if this was a mistake or they intentionally under fill the tanks but I wont be coming back for propane and advise others to do the same.

We are driving through North Bay right now (6 pm) and stopped here to use the bathroom. My son walked in and started heading for the restroom only to be rudely told by the woman at the register that the restroom is for paying customers only, and as my husband walked in she said "this is not a restaurant." What a horrible way to treat people. She needs to be replaced How can you have a fuel station next to the highway and not allow people to use your toilet? Canadian Tire, you need better people representing you.
