Previously ok.However,this last experience infuriating and frustrating!I am an Owner-Op under contract to Loomis Express.Because I do not have an account with Benson's as yet,they would not do a local callout.2 days previously I had purchased new tires to the value of$2097.17,paid-IN PERSON ...!..at their insistence!) by credit card,also previously run by them. I find today that I have a flat...but they will not do a callout,despite our business from 2 days previously,same truck,same credit card,no dice! I will not be doing business with them again...unless apology and explanation is forthcoming!

First time in our new/ old RV driving on 403 and somehow went into what’s known as a “death wabble” . We were mortified to say the least having our 12 year old grandson on board and having such a near death experience ! We slowly n painfully made our way to Benson Trucking after sleeping at a Walmart parking lot . We were given a warm welcome and a few mechanics (Joe) being one of them who spent the day thoroughly looking under the coach end to end ensuring we were safe to go ; having fund nothing after a day in the shop we were sent on our way not being charged a red cent ! We couldn’t believe it . In the business world it’s rare to see integrity, honesty and true kindness ; but we found it here alive and well ! Thanks again Bentons trucking

I went there to replace a steering wheel oil seal on my big truck. The job was done quickly and the price was fair enough for me. Didn't gave 5 stars because as usual in that kind of repair, the ABS light came on when i leave the yard. So i stop and i clean out the sensor myself and push it back to it's place. The brake parts was not well cleaned to, especially the Spring that hold the brake pads. I Will come back again if i need so. Thank you

Will never use them again, Outrageous totally outrageous rates, 230,00 to mount my spare, will admit it was an after hours call, driver took over two hours to get there, and when I tried speaking to management at Loyalist Assistant manager was rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Secretary stuck her nose in where she had no business interfering, I was NOT dealing with her. Spoke to manager next day and his efforts to resolve the situation were nothing more than an insult! Now trying to get issue resolved through head office in Cornwall.

Wonderful! We came here today to get our brake line fixed. We found out we needed a cam. Done and out the door in half an hour! We are very satisfied and the price was right. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We were travelling through the area in our motorhome when we discovered we had a flat tire. This location was recommended to us to get it fixed. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. They had us fixed up and back on the road in under an hour. They wished us a safe trip and we were on our way.
