Brought my Jeep in, [Starting issues], he couldn't find the problem, didn't charge me even though he spent time on my Jeep. [Jim at Auto Master did refer me to a Jeep dealership in Stirling to find the problem. The mechanic at the Stirling dealership has had my Jeep for over a week now, initially he thought he found the reason why and charged me over $300 for a ground wire repair, picked up my Jeep, brought it home, next day, once again, my Jeep gave me an issue starting, brought my Jeep back, mechanic called me today [Thursday, 2020/07/16] to tell me he's still trying to solve the dilemma.

Initially I thought I have mechanic (caliper replacement) , but he didn't mention that he get 50% discount with old part return. Then, they gave me sky high estimate on ball joints replacement. No more!

Years ago I took my vehicle to Auto Master's for the first time thanks to CAA. (this was shorty after an experience with a local auto shop that gave me good reason not to trust) Since then I can say have been taking all of my family vehicles here, I have learned I do not ever need to be concerned about the quality of the work as it is top notch and I trust them .. (for me that's a big, HUGE).. and they are always willing to do their best to cater to my schedule. I can't say enough good things !
