Lifesaver! When my minivan bit the dust halfway thru a trip from AK to KS, Cody treated me like family. I would unhesitatingly recommend Crank It for honest, caring vehicle service. He deserves 6 stars out of 5. He called around and located a reliable vehicle for purchase, then stayed very late to inspect it, balanced the tires, and helped me load it - no small feat! He also made sure my ten dogs (yes, 10!) and I were comfortably accommodated, even finding a place to let the dogs run and a comfy spot for me to nap. My only complaint is that he's located so far from my home in AK! I would love to have this shop be my regular service shop.

I took my 2012 Jeep and got an estimate of $320 for a radiator flush and oil change I decided to supply the oil and anti freeze at a cost of $175 plus as I like the manufacture recommended product. He charged me $268 56 only giving me $50 credit for supplying products. Told me he replaced the rad cap but heated up and needed a new thermostat. I took it to another place and this shop asked questions and inspected the car. he found out it did not need a thermostat but the clutch on the radiator fan was slipping and that was the problem. Not only do they not know what they are doing but added 10% to labor because I provided the products. I think my B.C. plate my not helped me, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
