This is what great service is all about. Took in my 05 Suburban for a routine oil change, and the guys gave it a complimentary drive train inspection. Turns out, I had a very bad front wheel bearing (wasn't making any noise or vibration). With a long holiday coming up,they had it fixed and on my way. I highly recommend them for all things automotive.

My family and I have been using this location for our auto needs for many years now. I recently had my winter tires put on, and the staff did an excellent job :) it was done within the day. I love that they back your vehicle into a parking spot so you can easily pull out. Also, I am very short and many of the staff are quite tall, so I think they may have pulled my seat forward for me after working on it haha. Much appreciated!

Got some work done that involved the transmission losing fluid. Left the shop headed out on the highway drove 2 hours the vehicle lost power, when I checked the transmission fluid it wasn't even reading on the dipstick. There were no leaks and once I filled it I was back on the road. They wouldn't even admit to a mistake on their part and told me they had no idea where the oil went, that they had supposedly put in. I was hoping to have found a quality garage as my son had been there a few times. They have now lost his business also. Honesty and admitting to a error with a apology would have gone along way.

Brought my car in at 8am for a muffler repair. Talked to them about the few things I was wanting to fix up in the future and they immediately offered to do them all, provided the parts were in (they were not). At 11:30 I was told the car was ready to go. They checked up on some things that weren't even involved with the muffler too! Patrick was the one I talked to and he was a wonderful help with everything. These guys went above and beyond. I will happily go back in the future. If I could give a 6 star rating, I would.

Made an appointment the day earlier for a tire change, was told to be there at 7:30am the next day. Wife goes to drop the vehicle off and was told they will get to it when they get to it. Guy at counter says I'm the only one here and I don't get paid until 8 am. The professionalism here is just superb, apts mean nothing apparently. Def will be using one of the many other shops in town for now on. We can go back and forth all you'd like Daryl - When I called I spoke to a woman who said to bring it in the morning after I asked for a morning appointment, I was not told it would be gotten to when you decide to do so at 8am. When I make an apt for a time I expect that time, especially when I'm not told otherwise.

First off what I paid an hour means nothing to me anymore. After the impeccable job these guys did and the service I received I did not even look at what the price of labor was. I needed some big suspension work done my truck was really driving and handling lousy. Patrick upfront knew what he was talking about he said it how it was and was always respectful. they had this work done in a day . At times 2 guys working together to produce the results . The truck is running flawlessly and the rides unbelievable . These guys said they could fix it and they did . Will be returning .

Dropped in while I was in town since I was having some issues with squealing on my front tires. They quickly got me in and cleaned out my brakes and had me back on the road in no time. I was very appreciative of this since I was nervous I would be replacing my brakes that day. Daryl saved me money on not having to do so and explained I still had 50% left on them and why I was hearing the squeal and told me to come back late fall and he would help me out. I highly recommend them, there is no BS just a down to earth shop that is willing to put their customers first. Thanks Daryl!!!!!

I am so grateful to Daryl and his amazing staff at Checkered Flag. I called the shop in the morning, and he said he could fit me in that afternoon. I dropped it off around lunchtime, and he called me within an hour telling me what the issue was and what part I needed. He said that he was going to try to find one here but otherwise it would need to be ordered, and wouldn’t be here until tomorrow. He said I could use a loaner vehicle if that was the case. Then he called back a couple hours later and said ithey got the part and it was fixed and ready to go. The cost was very reasonable, and that really helps right after Christmas. This is the BEST place to get all your car repairs and maintenance done. I live in Saskatoon, but will be taking my vehicle to Martensville every time I need anything done to it. THANK YOU SO MUCH Daryl and your friendly staff. You made my year! If there was the option to give you more than a five star rating I would. I am so happy ????

Daryl and his staff at Checkered Flag are amazing! Finding a good mechanic can be challenging, but finding a good one along with an honest one is near impossible! If you are looking for the above, look no further. Daryl and his staff are very honest and transparent. They take the time to answer questions and go through everything that needs to be done with their car. I took my 2014 Mustang GT in a few times to go get fixed. He did my entire suspension system and also did an engine flush, spark plugs and my sway bar. My car drives and handles like it did on day 1 when I drove it off the lot! I have now found my permanent mechanic and would refer anyone to go see him! If he’s not there Patrick is another awesome guy who works there! Both him and Daryl are amazing! They also provide courtesy cars that are clean and reliable! Awesome crew, awesome experience! Thank you Daryl!

My mother-in-law asked me to run her vehicle in to Checkered Flag to have a flat tire patched. They repaired it for me in under half an hour at a very reasonable rate. Meanwhile, I sat in the waiting room, had a cup of coffee and talked shop with the owner. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Also, the front office has been redone and it looks great! I would definitely recommend this shop!

Thank you Patrick at Checkered Flag today for helping me get new tires! I had been looking around for a while and was having a difficult time deciding. I called a different local place looking for suggestions and was basically told to do my own research. I had researched the best tires for my Jeep and thought I had done a good job. The “other” place I called told me it would take a couple weeks to get in, so I messaged a couple other places and never heard back from most. When I finally talked to Patrick he was so helpful I was almost in tears. He said the tires I picked are great for California, but they wouldn’t work in a Saskatchewan winter. He made a couple other suggestions and explained them very well to me. Today I dropped off my Jeep and they drove me back to work. When my vehicle was done, they drove it back to work for me and I couldn’t be happier!!!

I brought my truck into this business not realizing I made big mistake. Long story short I had to replace my motor and trasfercase they took no responsibility and blamed everything on me as well as charging me full price after wrecking my truck I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This review was long overdue,my vehicle woukdnt start last winter and had to get my son somewhere he showed up and got me going and no charge,I've taken my vehicle to his shop several times since and there always decent friendly too me as well accomadate me also.i always try to get in with them when I can but they are busy!

I’m not one to complain, but after recent events I feel it’s necessary. I had brought my 09 Escape here for some tire work. When I picked it up, right away I found it shaking. I brought it back and they took a look, said I need (I think it was an Axle?). Anyways, I went with my gut and took it to a shop in Warman who found Checkered had installed the tire weights wrong. Setting my bad experience aside, this shop also has lots of fake reviews from their staff. I find this very dishonest and unprofessional. If you can’t work for your reviews you should have them.
