Reason why I gave 5 stars: Excellent customer service, front desk is always able to help with limited wait time and able to answer every question. Owner is very professional and very outgoing, anytime I delt with someone they always showed concern and experiance of what needed to be done to my vehicle. I would recommed CTR any day for a garage to go to in Bathurst, NB.

I called for tires for my f150 was given a price of 946.00 all in . I go to get them installed and they charge me 998.00 and informed me I needed an alignment. But since I bought the tires there it would b only 65.00 . On the day of the alignment they then said I had a ball joint that needed replacing and couldn't do alignment till it was fixed . They then charged me 27.00 for that info. I brought my truck back for the ballpoint and alignment was quoted 337.00 for both . When it was done they called me up to the counter and informed me that they also changed my brake caliper without asking or slowing me the part witch jacked the price to 698.00 . I don't recommend this place to anyone on a budget because you never know what work will b done and can't trust the quotes . And to top it off they charged my 99.00 for my alignment not 65

Had a flat on my tractor, service technician was here in the morning and noticed the tires on my wife's truck were a little low as she drove by so he inflated them. Great service and thanks for going the extra mile or kilometer (whatever is socially acceptable now).
