My boyfriend and I were on a road trip when one of our tires basically decintergrated. We threw on the spare and gave the Tire Depot a call. Even though they were set to close in 20 min, the guys told us to come on in and they would take care of us. They didn't have a replacement on hand but went way over an above to call another shop and have an employee from that shop drop off a replacement on his way home. We were in and out in record time and with the best service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A big thank you to everyone who got us back on the road safetly!

This place was pretty good years ago unfortunately they are Absolutely terrible now. It took them 1 and 1/2 hours to change over my tires. Should of took no more than 45 minutes, for a slow person. He was answering the phone all the time and just didn't care about how long I had to wait. He said tire storage was Free and wanted to charge me when I went back about 3 weeks later to pick them up. Scammers. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Stay Away From Tire Depot Barrie.

Friendly customer service doesn't justify damage. Serverely gouged and scratched up rims is what I drove away with after spending nearly $1200. Fixing the damage on my rims will be an expense almost equal to the money spent at Damage Depot.

Custome Service is on point. Went to different tire shops and this was the best one out of all of them. Best price and was straight forward for all pricing. Price is great as well everything included when you purchase a set of tires. Kudos as well. I came in with my wheels plastidipped and knowing that it would be ripped to shreds and next to impossible saving the dip, they did an amazing job minimizing the peel. It's minimal enough that you don't notice it until you really look at it. Definitely would recommend.

Not a very good experience with these guys. I understand my car might not be in the best shape but when they went to change my tire they broke a bolt off my hub so i had to spend another 50-60 bucks to fix that they wouldnt reimburse. He recommended a mechanic to me as well that doesnt answer his phone. Wont be going back.

My best friend and I were travelling through Ontario on our way from Alberta to Newfoundland when we blew a tire in norther Ontario. We called around to 3 different dealerships that couldn't or wouldn't help us. In a panic we called the Tire Depot, they fit us in that afternoon. We told them we are driving a 4horse weekender trailer on a F250 and would prefer not to unhook if we didn't have to. When we pulled in the parking lot they were ready outside with a jack. They put 3 tires on rims, mounted and balanced 2 tires and reinstalled the spare in less than an hour and we were back on the road without having to drop the trailer. Although we are not from Barrie we send anyone we know in the area there! Thank you again from 2 Chicks traveling across the country.

This review was written after my first and only visit (so far). I purchased some used winter tires from Kijiji. I certainly got what I paid for: two tires leaking slowly which needed to be pumped every 2-3 days. Even when the tires were fully inflated, they weren't any good. Unfortunately, I waited too long to get them fixed. I made an appointment with Tire Depot for that evening.The mechanic showed that there was a bulge in the sidewalls on one of the tires which meant the tire needed to be replaced. While they had lots of tires in stock, they only had new ones in the size I needed. Instead of just replacing those two tires, they sold me a full set of four including rims. At this point, I was concerned they were going to take me to the cleaners. Then they told me the price of the set. It was an easy choice. While I paid more than I initially intended for what I thought would be a quick fix, I ended up with solid tires that will last. Other shops would've charged me more for just the rims. The two employees working that evening were very friendly and professional. I certainly felt that this time I got more than what I paid for.

A bit pricier to just switch over tires already on rims, but fine, I prefer to support a local place. But they charged for me new lugnuts without giving me a heads up. They cited safety concerns as the shape of the new ones have maximum contact with the steel rims. Cant really argue with safety (although I used the old ones for 3 prior winters with no issue. I retorqued them occassionally throughout the winters and never had an issue with them loosening. No issues with the thread on the old ones either as they returned the old ones for use with my summers.) My main issue was they didn't call to give me a heads up. So it ended up being a $40 surprise. The employees are nice, no issues there at all.

So, it may, 30th Thursday, I called them in the morning and ask for 175/65R14 two tires and the morning guy tell me it is 85 if you wanna install and 69 if you u want to just buy. I said ok, I will give a call back too you( cuz I was doing search). Then I call again them at around 1:00pm there was another guy ask me for the tire number. I gave him number. He told me the price of 120. I was confuse and I told him morning guy gave me 85 price. Then he told me that he was giving me the price for top quality tires and he also told me that if you want to buy cheap one I have price of 85 for you. After that I ask him what if I want to just buy them. He said me I have price for you that is $60. I was thinking that so, what we morning guy talking about. I was going to tell him about that he said ok and hang up on me That was the experience I had with them. My friend refer me them. But I get it now Thank you for the help guys.

Excellent service and Price. I recommend them. Just book appointment ahead of time to avoid any waiting. I was in and out with 4 tires in less than 30 mins. Only one issue. One of the aluminium rims was not cleaned properly and leaked at the bead. I live one hr + away so it was difficult to get back to have them reinstall the tire properly. I paid someone closer to me to fix the problem. Other than this little problem I was happy with the service overall.

Came in because of the 5 star reviews.. but don't be fooled. I went in looking for specific tires.. Guy had no clue on what he was talking about. Suggested another brand and gave me a quote on two different tires on my staggered setup. Apparently, you can't get the same tires and same brand with two different widths. Right.. Stay away. Would not recommend anyone.
