When I had 1 mechanic tell me my problem of serious vibration were due to my rims and another mechanic told me my problem was control arms, I went to New 2 You and the staff became confused about both mechanics diagnoses. After quickly examining my car, New 2 You informed me that my winter tires were the issue (specifically that they have “cupped”). The put on a new pair of winters and all of the problems were gone. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find a great deal on tires as well. Extremely pleased that they saved me thousands on unneeded car repairs and rims I didn’t need. I’ll be going to these guys for anything I need that they provide.

Amazing service! Bought new wheels and needed the summer tires mounted to them. Had an appointment later in the week and they had room to fit me in sooner, so already off to a good start. Everyone was super friendly, answered my questions in regards to suspension work I was planning to get done. Very fair/competitive prices, actually the best I've seen for installing lowering springs etc. Also the tires were mounted in about 30 minutes not even. Just a good experience definitely recommend if you have a car you care about!

Amazing customer service! I had an appointment to get my winter tires put on. I accidentally brought winter tires for the wrong vehicle. This wasn't discovered until all of my summer tires were off. They put all of my tires back on, let me go home and get the right tires and still put on my winters even though it was busy. My wife and I had been shopping around looking for new wheel rims for our Dodge Ram. Met Roger , he was great! Had a large selection of rims on hand. Found ones that we liked. We picked them at 3:45.pm, because we have two trucks and were flipping tires and rims between them Roger offered to do that for us. As we didn't think we would be installing the rims that day we had to run home quickly and grabbed our other truck. Both trucks were complete by 4:45 pm! Awesome customer service!! Was told I could come pick up some tires, so I drove there at the time we had discussed, They sold the tires this morning without telling me, and Now I have to wait to order tires and will not have winters. I cannot believe they care this little about a customers safety. I specifically told him I needed the tires because I make long trips to work, absolutely baffled how money hungry people are. 5/5 would highly recommend. I had an extremely good experience from them. My wife purchased snow tires in November 2017 from New 2 You Tire, the shop was recommended to her from a person who works on pickup trucks around the area. There were 2 winter seasons that went by, with my wife having the snow tires put on by a different shop each winter season. This brings us to November 2019. I took my wife's vehicle in to a different shop (because we don't live around the Barrie area anymore) to get her snow tires put on for her. After looking at her vehicle, the other shop explained that 3 of the snow tires matched - 225/65R17, however one of the tires was a different size - 235/65R17. That's about 1/4 of an inch different on the radius. I got back home and found the receipt that my wife kept. From that I called New 2 You Tire, hoping that they would replace the 1 tire that was incorrectly sold to her. I really wasn't expecting much since it had been 2 years. The woman on the phone with me was extremely understand and very nice. She offered to replace all 4 tires for me since it is an all wheel drive vehicle! I was blown away, I didn't expect that kind of service at all, especially after 2 years. She said that since it was their mistake they wanted to make it right. I brought the car to them a few days later after the tires had arrived at their shop. When I walked in I realized that it was a really nice looking shop, they have all kinds of products ranging from low/mid tier products to extremely high performance products. The staff was very nice to me. I left with a 4 new snow tires, installed and balanced, and a $0 bill. I've recommended New 2 You Tire to my in-laws, who are going to them this week to buy a set of snow tires and steel rims. I'll be recommending New 2 You Tire to anyone around the Barrie area, they are an honest shop that wants to make their customers happy with a positive experience.

Just got a new set of snows and rims from Roger and I should, of just called him first. He had everything is stock and had me safety driving in two days. The tire shop really works hard and the workers still manage to be happy and keep smiling. Rogers also hires veterans, which really means a lot to me. I hope this gets viewed by whomever needs to see this. I had brought my vehicle here several times for alignment work because I've beaten on my vehicle. The last time I had brought my vehicle here for an alignment I requested a tire repair for my spare tire that is on my tailgate. I was billed for an alignment and a tire repair and on I went. Don't I go to rotate my tires (the spare on the tailgate was one of the better 2 to pick from) and the deck screw is still in there. I called and they said to drop it off and they didn't have the name of the guy who did that work as the techs normally sign off on work. Roger the owner said he would take care of it. I go in and talk to Roger, mid conversation he gets a phone call and the rest was taken up by another employee at the desk who had no idea what was going on. If I'm going to be called out about on the integrity of my shop and employees and say I will handle it. I will handle it. I'm pleased that they did the work. Not pleased how it was handled. No transparency and not done professionally.

Mike Jr. is always positive and very efficient at getting tire service organized and completed efficiently and quickly. This place is the real deal. I was previously a customer of another tire shop and had some specific tires I wanted. They told me that they couldn't get those particular tires and nobody could cause they were discontinued. Prices are acceptable. Disappointed with service. When we picked up our vehicle we did not notice that they did not return it with the lock key for our lug nuts. When we called to ask if they had it they could not locate the lock key and asked us to return with the vehicle so that they could try and find something that would fit. When they identified a lock key that would work (which was not our original lock key and was all chewed up on the inside) they did not even offer to re-torque the lug nuts even though they must have realized that we had not done this yet since they had our lock key. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! They need to develop a system that ensures vehicles are returned with their lock key and not some beat up lock key.

I went there determined to buy a specific winter tire that they sell. Although that tire was amazing on my trucks in the past. Couldn't properly balance my new wheels and tires for my truck. Never got the vibration resolved after 3 tries. They did keep trying and we're nice to work with, but the final try since I couldn't keep wasting time each time going again, I asked they use the road force equipment. They didn't do that and it still has bad vibration. The vehicle has been inspected and it's not the vehicle.

Staff are great to deal with and prices even better. Recently purchased tires, bilstein suspension and 4" lift and was on a tight schedule.
