Kindof a bit upset with the service I received here the other day. Normally this is one of my go to places but I probably won't be back. Went in to see what my van needed for a safety. Their mechanic told me he thinks a wheel baring but he didn't look at it, so I go out to buy a wheel baring went to install it today to find out that there was no bolts in my caliper to hold it on properly which as you could imagine could've been extremely dangerous and should've been seen if a proper inspection was done on my vehicle... and to top it off who ever put the hub caps back on my van didn't do it properly cause now I'm missing one on my passenger side.

Came here to get new winter tires and had amazing service and prices were great! They stored my all seasons so that when I came back in the spring there was no dragging my wheels back and forth. Got them to do an oil change as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service! Came into Beverly Tire without an appointment and needed some repairs done on our Santa Fe to pass the e-test. The staff were VERY friendly and welcoming and fit our repair in that same day. To top it off they were so lovely with my two boys and even loaned us their van so that we would not be without transportation while our SUV was being repaired. Their customer service and mechanical team are amazing! Our car was returned cleaner than when we gave it to them. Now that I have found Beverly Tire I won't be taking our cars anywhere else!

I needed to get a safety on a vehicle and a friend recommended Beverly Tire & Auto. I am VERY happy I went! The staff was extremely polite and friendly and they did a exceptional job at an awesome price. I also had a very tight deadline to get the safety done and they met every request I had. They even finished the work with time to spare. I couldn't be happier with the quality, service and price. Auto shops sometimes get a bad rap but not these guys. They are very honest and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I noticed I had a flat tire twenty minutes before I had to be at work. Thankfully, they were down the street from where I was. The shop was 15 minutes to close when I asked if they could help me. With 0 hesitation and no wait they had a guy working on my car even though they had 4 cars already in the garage. By the end of it all, they were nice enough not to charge me which was something I'll never forget. The most genuine, curious and polite people I've ever met. I've been to almost all the garages in Barrie... never though on coming here, but I will forever get any work needed on my car including oil changes here in the future. Thanks guys! :)

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service from this location. I blew a tire after hitting a pretty massive pothole. Called them up and they were able to get me a new tire within 24 hours. They were fast and efficient time wise. I wasn't there much longer than 45 minutes. Check my other 3 tires and filled them up with nitrogen. Checked my wiper blades and the whole 9 yards. Not only that, but they washed my car of the road salt. These guys know what they are doing! Very friendly and look out for the customer. Hard to find that nowadays. I highly recommend this shop.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a full set of tires from Beverly Tire, located on Anne Street. I was very impressed with the level of service they provided. The final bill was definitely a pleasant surprise! From that day forward, my vehicle has been serviced by the professionals at this Beverly Tire location. I am not in the habit of leaving reviews on websites but, today I decided to make an exception. This morning, my vehicle was scheduled for a brake inspection. Feeling somewhat apprehensive toward the outcome, I was allowed access to the garage area and given a simple explanation to the problem! Further assessment provided for a cost effective solution! Got some new rubber today on all four wheels - did my research and got the BEST tires for the fairest price (I really did my research)... Staff was excellent and super friendly... Allowed me to inspect the under-carriage of my vehicle while it was on the hoist... Tires are Yokohama's and are super smooth and meaty... Only suggestion is to get more than one channel on the TV lol - need more sports channels for Blue Jays postseason!!!

Don’t Go To Beverly Tire. I came to the Shop to get a new Wheel Bearing, When they gave me the car back all my lights on the bash were on. They then said they don’t know how to fix it and gave me a business card of someone who might be able to fix the car from there mistake. Not only did they ruin my car they lied to me and put in a used Wheel Bearing. When I called them out they did a “warranty job” and put a new wheel bearing in like they should have the first time. I ended up having to junk my car since they would not take responsibility and fix it. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau Never Go Here to get Work on your Car.

Mechanics and Auto repairs are expensive!! Don't waste your time or money getting ripped off by these people!! Terrible place! Never take your vehicle to these people! Especially with Active Green and Ross right next door! Very unknowledgable for the profession they are in and terrible customer service. I had an rear end accident about a month or so ago, after recieving my truck from the body shop, I took it here to get a wheel alignment done. After the alignment was done the steering wheel was still tilted and the truck wasn't driving straight. I brought it back and they told me that it was because the rear axle/frame was twisted from the accident still and needed to go back to the body shop to be fixed so my steering wheel would be straight. I bring my truck back to the auto body shop, Reopen my insurance claim to get it fixed based on Beverly tires mechanics opinions and suggestions as to the reason the truck is still not straight after they did their own alignment. I received a call from the body shop today saying that there is no alignment issue in the rear end, no twisting, no problems whatsoever! They can't believe that Beverly tire and Auto would say there was a frame or axle issue with my truck because there wasn't anything close to an issue. I have both alignment records to show the terrible work that Beverly tire and Auto provides and the incompetence of there staff, mechanics, and manager Paul. I would NEVER have taken my truck back to the auto body shop and reopened an insurance claim. I only did that because Beverly tire told me I wouldn't get my steering wheel straight until I fixed the frame. The mechanic walked in from the shop and specifically said "you must have been in a rear end accident recently because your frame/axle is bent in the rear". He even brought me out into the shop and showed me under the truck!!! Paul the manager is ridiculous. Own up to the mistakes that your staff make. That is apart of being a manager and he should not be in the position he is in because he will continue to ruin the brand. I have paperwork, the staff's confirmation and agreement that they did tell me the frame was twisted. They gave seriously wrong information that's costing me quite a bit of money for the rental cost I had to incure because Beverly tire told me to get the alignment fixed, it would need the rear frame fixed. I lost it when Paul refused to accept ownership for his and his staff's mistakes. The Body shop I took my truck to even agrees and feels Beverly tire should be responsible for the unnecessary expenses I now have to pay because of there mistakes, lack of knowledge, and incompetence. No one should take there vehicle here unless they want inaccurate and costly information that will just screw you over in the end. My hours are being cut because of the new minimum wage and it's People like Paul and his mechanics and staff that screw people over that are just trying to get through and keep themselves afloat in a rough time for so many people!!

Brought my truck in last night. They quoted me on the issues and when I picked the truck up it came out under what it was said to be. Also they found other issues and were very honest on the length I have until I have an actual problem. As well they gave me a loaner car so I wasn't out a vehicle for the day. Nick (reception) was very helpful and kind. I will definitely take my vehicle back in the future. Thanks guys!! Hourly rate isn't the cheapest in Barrie BUT when it comes down to it in my mind the cheaper it is, your more likely to not get the best service.
