I've taken my vehicles here for 5+ years. They are always fair and accommodating. Repairs to vehicles are never cheap, so save you money! They do offer a spare vehicle should they keep your car over night Thanks for the service.

Today I had unpleasant experience in this shop.I was looking for winter tires for Grand Cherokee Altitude 2020, representative asked SIZE, I said 265/50R20, representative said this SIZE doesn't exist,I repeated -same number and got same answer.I said maybe you have 265/50R18 and again this SIZE doesn't exist. I don't understand how "professionals" like this one work in this field....

Can not say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of the staff of this shop. Began coming here when dealership told me I was in desperate need of new brakes. Joe booked me in to have my winter tires put on and brakes checked out. It was determined that I did not need breaks at that time. I felt that Joe took the time to explain to me my options and that was being treated fairly and with honesty. I did come back when I needed the brakes replaced. I wold go to no other shop in Barrie and have recommended Beverly Tire and auto on Commerce Park to my friends. Thank you for the great service!!

I went into Beverly tire and auto to have service done on my vehicle and as soon as I entered I was greeted by both Joe and Terry and I thought that was so welcoming. My service was done in a time matter and everything was explained to me before any work was done. I have recommended family and friends to come and see Joe ,Terry and all the friendly staff here. At this place, the customer is always wrong and they talk down to you from the moment you walk in. They try to push you to buy inferior tires and when you refuse and stick to your original request, they're not very eager to help. Don't recommend this place at all.

Went there asking if they could fix a leak I had on one of my rear tires. I was told they couldn't touch it for a week! This is for a leak. You would think they could fit these small repairs in. So I said I have a spare tire on my truck that has more tread on the spare than on the other rear tire and would it affect my rear differential. He said it would. I guess if I left my tire there I couldn't drive my truck for a week until "they could look at it"! Took my tire to Tire Depot and they fix me up right away. Lost my business today and in the future. Hope they are that busy all the time. then it wont matter loosing business. I received a response from this review a day later stating the service adviser asked to have my vehicle left there for them to look at it. This was never asked from the adviser and I had removed the tire and was not even asked to leave the loose tire for them to look at. He would have known that when I told him I had my spare on the truck which is why I asked if the difference in tread would damage my differential. I am not one to post reviews but felt compelled after this experience. Unfortunately they decided to respond to my review with a false statement.

Had my Mini brakes done today - Perrrfect Thx Joe for coordinating it for me - Tech John is fantastic - all the boys are fantastic. Great value and excellent service! So Thats 4 Subarus, a Mercedes, 2 Toyotas and now a Mini JCW and numerous friend referrals..... 5/5 I always recommend this shop to everyone that brings up car repairs. Excellent customer service and you can't beat the prices. To put things into perspective, I was quoted 515$ from another shop(without naming) in town to do a spark plug repair on my GMC Acadia. I was recommended Beverly, and for a little more than HALF that price, they were able to replace my plugs, a hose for my intake, and my headlights (which that same shop quoted me 130$ to do the headlight) AND they were able to lend me a car so I was still able to work the next day. Fantastic service!

I would give them a lower review if possible. I had my exhaust repaired in October 2018 in July 2019 the weld they did failed and the tailpipe fell off and I drove over it. They told me they didn’t replace the tailpipe and they would not warranty the repair. Why would thy not replace the tailpipe in Oct if it needed it then, they still charged me an hours labour for the repair and now won’t stand behind there work. I have dealt with this company for many years but the service and workmanship has fallen off. I can no longer recommend the Beverly Tire on Commerce Park to anyone. This will also be posted on Facebook for them to read.

For some reason i have not had a good experience. Few years ago i went in for a oil change for which i had an appointment and said car must have synthetic oil however ended up they made a mistake and put in regular oil they did however correct it and did not charge me. This time i thought i would try them again for a oil change so i booked an appointment 2 days ago for today at 1pm. I was very disappointed when i was told it wouldn't be done until 2 . No apology. Was told we were in the middle of a pandemic duh! Like as if i didn't know that! I just couldn't wait outside for at least an hr. Perhaps they shouldn't be over booking the fellow said first come first serve. Hello isn't that why we book appointments? I don't think i will give them another try.

I brought my work vehicle here a few months back, they ended up changing front and back brakes and rotors. From the day I received the vehicle back, the rear brakes squeaked when the brake pedal is applied. I took the vehicle back Three times, they kept on saying the pads and rotors need to be seated properly. The mechanic even went for a drive with me and verified the issue. They even disassembled the brakes on "three occasions." The brakes work and stop fine, but the squeaking is highly annoying. They said I have to live with it. This is a ford f150 vehicle, when I pull into customers shop or slow down at lights, it sounds like metal on metal. They said I need to drive more and remove the rust build up. they are very clean, no rust buildup. It has been over 10,000kms since they were changed. Only one side squeaks from day one.
