I support local business. Staff very helpful and wainting room well originized. Pricing is fair and they have alot to choose from. They also have mechanics on site. They do all types of work on cars. Ive had my oil changed. Tires. And changing from winter to summer. My car has been ready on the time that was told to me. I like staff and think its a good place to go.

A MUST READ BEFORE bringing your vehicle to this garage, please read. Do not trust this garage....I don't even give you 1 star, I had to pick a star, in order to tell our story. Our son has a Subaru that needed a part replaced only b/c the manufacturer warranty recommenced at 140,000 km the part be replaced. We take care of our Subaru's, so we drove a the vehicle there in "excellent shape" for the part to be replaced. The repair was $1200. We picked up the vehicle, and was a few km from home when the car started making awful noises and broke down. We pushed the vehicle home, and called a tow truck. At OUR EXPENSE, we had the vehicle towed back to the garage. The garage took a while to get back to us, and they determined that the "new part they installed" in the vehicle was defective and ended up BLOWING THE ENGINE IN THE VEHICLE. That's right, we paid them $1200 to blow our engine. They then said they were contacting the manufacture to see who was going to cover the cost to replace the engine. We then ASKED for a loaner and was given a old truck that also broke down and left our son stranded at the side of the road again. There was no more loaner offers or rental offers. We kept calling asking when the vehicle would be fixed as my son worked full time and also is in college in a full time course and needs his vehicle to go to work and school. This garage WAITED TO FIX THE VEHICLE while they fought it out with the manufacturer b/c the garage needed to have the manufacturer pay for replacing the engine. We were at their mercy b/c they had our vehicle and had done the repair that BLEW THE ENGINE. During this 6 week period my son was without a vehicle. YUP, instead of fixing the vehicle and fighting it out with the manufacturer they held the vehicle for 6 week. Here is the kicker, they put a defective part in my sons vehicle, blew the engine in the vehicle, in turn, he was without a vehicle for 6 weeks, had a full time job and was a full time student, AND was charged $1200 with ZERO COMPENSATION.

I purchased my Destination AT tires almost two years ago and I was very happy with them. I was also happy with the service provided by John and his staff. I ran into a problem with three of the tires showing premature wear and I contacted the shop and brought my vehicle in for an inspection of them. I recieved a call from both Al's Tire Centre (John) and the Bridgestone/Firestone Factory Rep who warranteed my tires. I again had the new replacement tires installed and a wheel aligment done. I am happy with the service and friendliness of his staff and I have no problem with my rating of 5 stars. They earned it.

I recently had my brakes on my 2015 Honda Civic replaced here. I went in got quoted a reasonable price and was told it was only that high because they use premium brake pads which I appreciate and booked my appointment. I went in for my appointment and the waiting was clean and comfortable the lady at the front polite and courteous I waited a hr brakes done for exactly what I was quoted. They don't know it yet but I was so pleased that I'm about to bring my corvette in for them to put on brake pads, braided brake lines,e test and have them install new tires. For those that don't know that car is as precious to me as a family member and I don't just let anyone touch it. Great job see you soon as this snow stops. Rick

Deliberately misled customer into replacing parts that did not need to be replaced, and sent the vehicle away with the same problem it came in with without checking their work. Dismissive desk clerk lied repeatedly without any hesitation about finding problems that did not exist to sell unneeded parts. Also they did not call when the vehicle was "ready", leaving the customer stranded. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Do not trust them with your vehicle.
