Dustin gave me a call after filling out the online form within 24 hours. The quotes he gave me saved us so much money! Then we were booked in later in the week for installment. Brought my BMW Z4 in for a safety as I just sold my baby and my new one just arrived. My old one has never seen a winter and rarely seen rain. I probably have more hours polishing it than driving. Mechanically car passes safety with flying colours, ironically action tire says it needs 2 front tires because they don't match the rear tires. I read MTO tire safety standards and no where does it say all 4 tires must be the same make. Faced with looking my $125 and taking the car some where else or spending $600 on new tires i spend the money as time was an issue. If anyone wants two mint Z4 tires with less than 3000 km on them let me know. Regards John Holloway

Called the number and showed up at Morrow Rd. Didn't have my info as the info was taken at the Bayview location. Apparently they are supposed to ask. Rushed over to the Bayview location, 10 minutes late for a 9:30 appointment and over an hour later they had repaired my tire. Still charged $40 for the repair after the mix-up on a rim and snow tire set I spent $1800 on. Sorry, I won't be back unless there is a road hazard warranty.

I did my car alignment. They did a bad job. They didnt give any suggestion or any feedback on the print though it was a late night pick up. I dropped the car off again they just adjusted the numbers but i didnt get satisfaction until i took my car to another wheel alignment place.

Took car in for front end alignment. They then told me that there were various other issues that needed addressed. NONE of which had anything to do with why the car was there. Needed new brakes...only they are brand new. Needed ABS sensors...has what to do with an alignment. The "steering angle" warning light was on, only there is no such warning light in existence!!! Has a leak, once again has what to do with an alignment?? The car has traveled approximately 100 km since saftey. Was inspected by a reputable shop. These people are trying to make money off their customers. The also said that control arms need repair as well as needing other suspension work. Problem there being that the car just had brand new springs installed and suspension work done. They are a tire shop...they should stick to rolling rubber and stop trying to scam people. I had heard bad things about them but they were the 1st ones able to take my car in so I figured I take the chance. Now I know the reason they were able to take me in so fast is because most people must already know better than to take their vehicle there. Save yourself the headaches and possible con job and go anywhere BUT here. They now have 2 location's. They didn't get bigger by giving deals and being honest. They take advantage of their customers and make enough doing it to have more than one location operating. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE experience. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to them

Got a very bad punctured tire on the 400 late in the afternoon and none of the garages in the area were able to fit me in for a replacement tire; accept for ACTION TIRE! I was very fortunate to speak with Mary Ann! She located the specific tire I needed and managed to slot me in just before closing tire. Great service - Peter LeBreque took the time to explain the noise they had noticed, and the other Peter made me a lovely cup of tea. Dave that had given me the original quote was so pleasant to deal with, also the receptionist. Great service, would have no hesitation in recommending these folks to anyone who needs new tires.

My experience was excellent. The professionalism from the staff on the phone to the experience dropping off the car is what I expect from a business. I was treated with respect, shared some laughs with the staff, and most importantly they kept within their timings for the job. Getting the tires and rims I needed for the car was fast and efficient. I didn’t need to spend a long time on the phone waiting for answers and a price quote. This is my second experience purchasing tires here and I’m glad to see that they are consistent. As a bonus, they have comfortable chairs in the waiting room if you choose to wait and are also competitive with pricing.

This is my go to place for tires. This year I purchased new tires for my Ram, but I was not happy with the balancing. Action Tire rebalanced the tires, and had to replace 2 of them before rebalancing again. They worked at it until I was completely satisfied.

DON'T GO HERE! Terrible customer service my fiance kindly agreed to help me out by taking my truck in to get my tires change during the week. My appointment was for 11:00am and she was told 1hr. 3 and a half hours later she was still waiting with no updates on what was going on. I found out later that there tire machine went down and they were backed up. No one thought to tell her so she could at least leave and get some food nothing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE RETURNING at least give some common curtsy to your costumers!
